Procurement Manager of Indonesian Growth Project (IGP)

Purpose of the Role:

Manage and lead Indonesian Growth Project (IGP) Procurement, Inbound and Outbound Logistics activities, include but not limited to the Sorowako RKEF, Bahodopi FeNi, Pomalaa HPAL and other growth projects part of Indonesian Growth Project (IGP).

Lead procurement and contracting activities for IGP overall sourcing need, from defining strategy up to execution, which includes strategic and non-strategic contracts in order to captures an optimum value for the company with respecting the company values.

Accountabilities:

1. Manage and implement an effective sourcing of Indonesian Growth Project for goods and services, in any stages of the projects include but not limited to the Feasibility Studies, Implementation up the Commissioning and Start Up.

2. Manage the implementation of effective sourcing, including e-sourcing, or similar methodologies to ensure the Procurement sections achieves savings through consolidation and purchasing power.

3. Manage suppliers & contractors’ registration and pre-qualifications to continuously improve the

qualified suppliers & contractors engaged with PTVI, especially in the new project areas of Bahodopi and Pomalaa.

4. Provide best advice and training to colleagues and represent Procurement in Project Risk & Maturity comittes, JV partner meetings and Tollgates during the project study (FEL 2 and FEL 3) and execution phases to ensure a high level of procurement on projects.

5. Lead a project procurement plan by understanding local and global market capabilities in order to

propose a project procurement plan that takes into consid eration the engagement of local contractors and development of local business as a strategic factor to project success, contributing to the Community Social Responsibilities.

6. Negosiate with suppliers and Work with managers across the organization to ensure best purchasing solutions are achieved with an agreed procurement leadtime.

7. Provide support to staff using the purchase ordering/procurement system and take responsibility in supplier selection to ensure that they continue to be effective and provide value for money by inntroducing alternative and better suppliers.

8. Monitor and controlling all procurement activities in the Project Procurement to ensure the consistency and compliance to Company´s rules, norms, and Health & Safety Management policies and procedures.

9. Develop the strategies in Procurement & Contract from projects in FEL study to execution phases to ensure that purchasing cost savings can be maximized, the level of risk exposure from outsourced work can be minimized/eliminated, the competitiveness of tender process can be improved in the highest level of compliance standards.

10. Manage communications, negotiations, and contract development with third party suppliers in conjunction with and on the behalf of internal customers to ensure KPI target achieved.

11. Lead and direct all facets of IGP Supply Chain including, but not limited to, purchasing, traffic & export import management, inventory control management, material forecasting include waste management under Central Material Disposal (CMD) program.

12. Working closely with contract management team to ensure the suppliers delivere the work according to the agreed scope in the contract document

Technical Specializations:

1. Capital projects knowledge regarding project management, procurement and contract principles and practices from FEL stages to execution and start-up.

2. Knowledgeable in Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management (EPCM) type of contract.

3. Major contract negotiations for construction services and procurement packages in diferent c ontract modalities (lump sum, unit price, cost reimbursable, among others)

4. Strategic sourcing on local and international markets and supplier relationship management

5. Customer relationship management in capital project enviroment

6. Performance trade-offs & negotiation skills

7. Knowledgeable on warehouse management

8. Inbound Logistics

9. Location facilities

10. Procurement compliance

11. Knowlegable in the environmental compliances and management.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1), preferable in Engineering or Science

2. Minimum 12 years working & profesional experience

3. Supply Chain Management certification, Purchasing Management certification, Project Management certification, Contract Management certification, Warehouse Management certification and Transportation Management certification are preferable

4. Fluent in English both written and verbal

Position:

Senior Technical Analyst IT Infrastructure & Service

Purpose of the Role:

The role is required to provide a comprehensive technical analysis to plan(strategy), design, transition, operation, and continual improvement in IT infrastructure and services within scope of facility and data center (DC/DR) services, network (wired/wireless) and telecom (fixed/mobile) services, hosting (on premise/cloud/virtualization/hyperflex) services, and security services, in order to fulfill PT Vale Indonesia business requirements with highest level of availability, reliability, and visibility. He/she also needs to establish targets to achieve monthly and quarterly goals within annual milestones.

Accountabilities:

1. Ensures alignment of IT infrastructure (facility & data center, network & telecom, hosting, security) standards and strategies with business requirements, as well as ensuring effective and timely delivery of services.

2. Ensures all IT infrastructure practices and procedures are being followed and maintains the required documentation associated to the solution, especially critical for those systems that are deemed to be material through compliance reference.

3. Ensures quality, integrity, accuracy, reliability, right sized, measurable, and efficient delivery of supported services and procedures.

4. Ensures development and execution of IT infrastructure services plans understanding local and global requirements.

5. Provides maintenance, enhancement, and support functions, as well as a strong understanding of all other associated systems whether they are directly or indirectly related. Goal is to achieve minimal business disruption.

6. Participates in medium to large IT projects as technical resource or as a subject matter expert (SME).

7. Maintains up-to-date knowledge of IT technology and business processes and systems, to be able to fully guide the direction for the associated technology.

8. Accountable for external vendor management (monitoring service levels, escalation, contract management, etc.).

9. Continuous improvement – contribute regularly to the efficiency and effectiveness of related processes which translate into tangible benefit.

10. Service orientation – participate in meeting customer needs (internal & external) affectively, and at the same time, generating good feedback as part of the deliverable for each & every interface the role meets

Technical Specializations:

1. Preferably having worked in IT system integration company or other company with experiences level of medium to high complexity.

2. Having experience and  currently holding a valid certification for one of the minimum network certifications in professional level or higher (CCNP Enterprise or CCNP Collaboration).

3. Having experience and currently holding a valid certification for one of the minimum virtualization certifications in professional level or higher (VMware Certified Professional - VCP).

4. Have experience in implementation, analysis, monitoring, and development of network services, hosting services, and security services which include wired/wireless, data center, cybersecurity, voice, video, data management/storage, hyperconverged, cloud, Linux-based and Microsoft, or other forms of services in legacy and development according to technology in the market.

5. ITILv4 certification, and have a good risk assessment, in regards of IT technical aspects, effort, resources, and cost.

6. Ability to document processes/procedures, fuctional specificaton etc.

7. Strong leadership, analisyt, communication and presentation skill.

8. Expert knowledge of microsoft product (word, excel, visio, powerpoint, ms project).

Purpose of the Role:

To supervise the talents and development programs including yearly structured training programs for leadership behaviors and coordinate technical training programs for all Non-staff, managing coaching, mentoring, sharing routine programs, on the job rotation and special assignment also organizing development for Hi-Potential talents as required in order to support business process of human resources talent management to develop competent employees.

Accountabilities:

1. To identify development needs and collecting the data from CSP in order to equip PTVI employees to improve their skills competency and agility by developing yearly structured training programs

2. To develop plan activities based on the criteria 70-20-10 to ensure the development implementation

conducted effective and efficient in order to improve the employee performance.

3. To socialize the development plan also documentation and organization of development activities to ensure the documentation activities is comprehensive accurate and recorded by using VES (Vale Education System).

4. To prepare and execute the implementation of budget and spending talent & development as required of PT Vale goals and objectives with effectiveness spending .

5. To create and conduct the agreement with 3rd party including training consultant, guess trainer, to support training activities within PT Vale Indonesia as well as coordinate the external training employees aimed at filling to fill the gap of their individual development plan (IDP).

6. To monitor, evaluate and report the ef fectiveness of programs in order to achieve PTVI development goals and objectives.

7. To manage internal sharing activity and ensure availability of internal trainer to conduct internal sharing session effective and efficient in order to channel the talent of potential employees in sharing their knowledge.

8. To lead the competency assessment and certification of employees to meet with national standards as required by Badan Nasional Sertifikasi Profesi (BNSP) as per PTVI requirements and governments regulations also build and maintain relationship with BNSP aligned with Lembaga Sertifikasi Profesi (LSP) to ensure successful certification process implementation in to support the PT Vale productivity.
