We are currently looking for experienced and qualified talents for the following positions:

Manager Construction


Job Descriptions

• To plan, lead, organise, and control the project resources to maximise the achievement of the company objectives

• Prepare project schedules for the timely completion of the project

• Monitor the schedule as the contract progresses, ensuring project deliverables are delivered in a timely manner

• Assist in the planning of the project to maximize productive resource allocation and minimize expenditure

• Review budgeted figures to ensure that the construction plan is achievable

• Monitor item purchasing and control spending

• Enforce the importance of cost control within the Construction Team

• Provide input into forecasting against designated cost codes

• Participate in risks and opportunity workshops and be accountable for risk management on the project site

• Proactively utilize the productivity control system and information generated to empower the workforce

• Provide leadership to other staff members in all aspects of the business

• Coordinate staff to work safety, productively, efficiently and effectively as an integrated team

• Provide leadership to employees through proactive management of industrial relations issues

• Provide a positive work environment to allow everyone involved in the project to feel part of the Team

• Manage relationship with contractors to ensure a high level of performance in terms of time, cost and quality

• Ensure the contractor safety is in accordance with Organization policies and their approved safety plan

• Monitor contractors progress to ensure compliance with the project schedule and respective contract

• Review and provide input to the Scope of Work and pre-award discussions with major contracts

• Ensure appropriate access is provided to each contractor to provide the opportunity for the contractor to complete the scope and maintain their profitability


• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree from Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related Majors;

• Has experience min. 10 years in mining industry or EPCM industry as Construction Manager

• Has experience in extensive experience in construction management, project management, client relations, contract management, staff management, and cost management

•  Proficient in tendering process, financial concepts, OHS&E, legislative and statutory requirements, construction expertise

Superintendent Compensation & Benefit


Job Descriptions

• Evaluating and modifying existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

• Developing and implementing new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures

• Ensuring all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation

• Communicating with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues

• Supporting the internal HR team with recruitment and talent management activities

• Developing incentive, employee wellness, and performance management programs

• Managing subordinate HR employees and daily operations related to compensation and benefits activities

•  Identifies and recommends updates to payroll software, systems, and procedures

• Preparing budgets, reports, and presentations


• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Finance & Accounting Management, Business Administration, or a related field

• Mature and trustworthy with attention to confidentiality

• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail

• At least 8 years of experience as a Payroll Specialist, Supervisor or in related roles

• Extensive knowledge of benefits and compensation programs, policies, procedures, and applicable legislation

• Advance proficiency in MS Office

• Experience managing benefits and compensation in a Human Resources Information System (HRIS)

• Strong people and project management skills

• Organized, logical and methodical approach

• Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals, tax (PPH-21), BPJS deductions and payroll best practices

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
