To support our immediate upcoming projects, we are looking for qualified candidates to fill the role as follows:

1. Experienced Water Treatment Plant Operator

Work location : Mt Morgan, Queensland, Australia

(our client’s site)

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor water treatment plant systems, including chemical dosing, filtration, sedimentation, and pH control processes.

• Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, and minor maintenance of equipment.

• Collect and analyse water samples to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.

• Maintain accurate operational records, logs, and reports.

• Support environmental and safety standards, including incident and risk management processes.

• Work collaboratively with environmental officers, contractors, and other site personnel.

• Assist in process optimisation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirement:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience operating industrial water treatment systems (preferably in a mining, legacy mine, or heavy industry setting).

• Certificate III or IV in Water Operations or a relevant qualification.

• Strong understanding of water chemistry and treatment principles.

• High level of safety awareness and experience working in regulated environments.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication and reporting skills.

• Familiarity with legacy mine or acid mine drainage (AMD) treatment systems.

• Basic mechanical or trade background is advantageous

• Ability to pass pre-employment medical, drug, and alcohol screening.

2. Senior Civil & Structural Designer

Work location : Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Assists with creating a bill of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition.

2. Coordinates with and consults with discipline engineers to design, layout or detail aspects of process plant design.

3. Develops civil and rebar detailed and shop detail drawings.

4. Develops Civil and Structural Layout drawings.

5. Develops detailed design drawings primarily for civil and structural disciplines using computer-assisted drafting in either 2D or 3D.

6. Ensures drawing formats are as per company standards and in line with best practice.

7. Ensures drawings are clear and accurate for project implementation.

8. Uses company specifications and design criteria to produce designs.

Requirement:

• Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and AutoCAD (2D or 3D).

• Good in English, both spoken and written.

• Excellent knowledge and understanding of accepted Civil / Structural Engineering practices, design codes and regulations.

• Excellent knowledge of reading and understanding drawings.

• Experience with other drafting disciplines.

• Team player and able to build and maintain internal and external relationships.

• Flexible to change and open to constructive feedback.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Able to think creatively when developing and designing solutions to projects.

• Min D-3 in Computer Aided Design or D-3 Civil/Structural Engineering.

• Min. 8 years of experience as a Civil / Structural Draftsman.

• Have some years of experience as a Civil / Structural Draftsman in the Mineral Processing Industry.

3. Senior Mechanical Designer

Work location: Jakarta

Responsibilities:

1. Develops detailed design drawings primarily for mechanical and piping disciplines

using computer-assisted drafting in either 2D or 3D.

2. Coordinates with and consults with discipline engineers to design, layout or detail

aspects of process plant design.

3. Develops Mechanical, Piping Layout drawings and shop detail drawings

4. Develops Mechanical plate works general arrangement and detailed drawings.

6. Develops Piping Isometric drawings.

7. Uses company specifications and design criteria to produce designs.

8. Assists with creating bill of materials for project budgets and/or scope definition.

9. Supervises, where necessary, drafting resources

10.  Ensures drawing formats are as per company standards and in line with best practice.

11. Ensures drawings are clear and accurate for project implementation.

12 Ensures compliance with internal document control procedures.

Requirement:

• Min Diploma (D-3) in Computer Aided Design or Diploma D3 in Mechanical  Engineering.

• Having 8 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman or 4 years of experience as a Mechanical Draftsman in the mineral processing industry.

• Good knowledge and understanding of accepted Mechanical Engineering practices, design codes and regulations.

• Excellent knowledge of reading and understanding drawings.

• Experience with other drafting disciplines on Gold Processing Plants.

• Computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook and AutoCAD (2D or 3D), SP3D and AutoCad Plant.

• Team player and able to build and maintain relationships both internal and external.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision, think creatively when developing and designing solutions to projects.

• Good in English both spoken and written.
