We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Mining Supervisor to join our team. This leadership role is essential to ensure the achievement of both internal and client production targets, with a focus on engineering best practices, safety, environmental standards, and optimal resource utilization.

Location: Tabang, East Kalimantan

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate mine plans (yearly, quarterly, and monthly) aligned with internal targets and client expectations, ensuring timely approval and implementation.

• Describe job achievements, pending work, work area conditions and others during overshifts.

• Carry out safety briefings to operators regarding various work-related matters such as unit position, work to be carried out, hazard indications, and others.

• Assigning to the operator in accordance with the mastery of the heavy equipment unit and the level of difficulty of the work and directing it to the location that has been determined by the Mine Engineering.

• Supervise mining operations in general so that they run safely and provide high productivity results.

• Propose and implement technical solutions to address operational challenges.

• Collaborate closely with the maintenance team to minimize equipment downtime and enhance performance.

• Manage engineering budgets, including procurement of materials, equipment, and resources.

• Conduct due diligence on prospective mining projects and provide strategic recommendations.

• Foster effective relationships with clients, subcontractors, local communities, and government stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (S-1) in Mining Engineering, Geological Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in the coal mining industry, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and engineering principles.

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.

• High level of adaptability, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Willingness to travel and work in remote project locations.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

• Pengawas Operasional Pertama (POP) & (POM) – preferred.

• Valid Driver’s License (SIM A)
