We are seeking for best candidates to fill the vacant position:

POSITION  : MECHANICAL (PACKAGE) ENGINEER

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or field

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work Location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineer

• Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in oil/petrochemical plants

• Engineering of Process Packages. Knowledge of design criteria and engineering issues of Process Packages, including good background and updated with continuous evolutions in this field. Knowledge of criticalities related to engineering standards, materials, sub vendors, degrees of prefabrication, estimation of engineering quantities, and other issues typically associated to packaged equipment.

• Engineering of Solid Handling Packages. Knowledge of design criteria and engineering issues of Solid Handling Packages, keeping updated with continuous evolutions in this field. Knowledge of criticalities relevant to engineering standards, materials, sub vendors, degrees of prefabrication, estimation of engineering quantities, and other issues typically associated to packaged equipment.

• Packaged equipment design. Capability to properly define a package, to prepare exhaustive duty specifications, to address the packaged design from a process perspective and to check the correctness, from a process point of view, of the Vendor's proposed design.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Perform technical tasks assigned by the Package lead, define equipment and process requirements, prepare technical tabulations of bids from Vendors, check documentations as per project requirements and participate in package integration with the plant.

• Follow all Project interfaces, supervise in/out information flow and control technical activities performed by sub-contractors and vendors Implement on the Project Saipem operating guidelines.

• Define detail engineering activities (layouts, 3D, routings, supports)

• Provide support for document management and prepare final documentation book

• Support discipline Lead in the activity with Project functions including Procurement and Construction.

• Support discipline Lead for the definition of the Discipline construction inspection plan and for preparation of materials quantities and weights estimation.

• Assist construction activity providing information and clarification through vendor(s)

• Take part in site supervision, inspection, testing and quality controls if needed

• Coordinate activity for as built drawing

• Assist, when necessary, engineering adjustment on site.

POSITION  : MECHANICAL (ROTATING) ENGINEER

Department/Project : TEP ONSHORE

Education  : University Graduate from on Technical Major

Working Experiences : More than 5 years in similar position or field

Working Status  : 6 months contract

Work Location   : Site Papua

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Bachelor’s Degree in mechanical engineer

• Engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in oil/petrochemical plants

• Comm, Start-Up and Op Mech Rotating Activities. Experience on main Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Start-up, Maintenance and Troubleshooting activities on Mechanical Rotating Equipment.

• Project technical documents. Ability to read and interpret technical project documents such as isometrics, standards for supports, P&IDs, piping arrangements, plot plants, alignment sheet, project installation procedures. Ability to identify possible issues in the documentation and to promptly take corrective actions.

• Predictive maintenance techniques. Knowledge and application of predictive maintenance and condition monitoring using vibration monitoring and other non-destructive Testing System such as thermography.

• Fluent in English

• Excellent in Microsoft Office and computer literate

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Ensure Rotating Equipment Engineering activities in accordance with Project requirements within the assigned budget, time schedule and quality standards. Ensure compliance with all Project interfaces and supervise in/out information flow.

• Contribute to the capitalisation of Project experience in order to improve and harmonize work methodologies through continuous improvement and best practices.

• Implement the Company guidelines and KPI monitoring within the Project.

• Provide support for document management and certified final documentation.

• Support Discipline Lead in the activity with Project functions including Procurement and Construction.

• Support Discipline Lead to define Machinery Equipment construction inspection plan and during preparation of equipment weights and dimensions to assist Construction activities.

• Assist construction activity providing information and clarification through vendors.

• Take part in site supervision, inspection, testing and quality controls.

• Coordinate activities for as built drawing.

• Assist engineering modifications on site.
