Petrochina Intl. Jabung Ltd., an International Oil & Gas Exploration and Production Company has the following position open for immediate engagement:

I. Mooring Master

Work Location: Jabung Field

Job Responsibilities:

- Assists in the development of Marine programs and budgets.

- Assists in the establishment of standard and policies, supports in developing operating procedures and computer system to support Marine activities.

- Supervises Human Resources related matters such as Training and Development and Performance Management in own team.

- Oversee the entire process for ships carrying LPG, crude oil, or condensate (before, during, and after) to ensure safe and smooth operations.

- Coordinates all the required duties for lifting activities to include but not limited to the activities prior to the arrival, inspects and certifies conditions of tanker, during the mooring/unmooring, loading of LPG/crude oils/condensate, and after the lifting process.

- Manage the safe and cost-effective daily operation of Tugs, Work barges, utility boat, mooring boat, and crew boats.

- Supervises materials, equipment and tools, including the underwater equipment required for the mooring section operations.

- Coordinates schedules, permits, licenses, and documentation for cargo transfers, vessels, and marine equipment.

- Coordinates and supervise contractor personnel on board according to company policy and procedures.

- Promotes HSE issues and ensure compliance with Indonesia laws and regulations, also Indonesian and/or international oil & gas industry standards as well as ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and Safety Management System from Indonesian Government.

- Performs all other duties as may be required by the business needs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Marine Academy. 

- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in a similar field and industry (Naval, Tanker).

- Lead or supervisory experience is required.

- Minimum experience of 3 years being Senior Officer in Oil or LPG Tanker and 2 years in Mooring/Unmooring vessel

- Valid Certificate of Competency for Deck Officer Class I and Maritime Pilot Class I (minimum Class II)

- Valid Certificate of Proficiency for Loading Master, BST, AFF, SCRB, BOCT, AOT, BLGT, ALGT, GMDSS, SSO.
