Under the Production Sharing Contract arrangements with SKK MIGAS, PETRONAS Indonesia Operations is looking for the following professionals:

Managerial positions:

1. Legal Counsel

Responsible for providing effective and efficient legal advice, consultation to the company on business activities as well as formulating the best course of action or draft agreements to ensure that the company's legal rights and obligations are clearly defined, interpreted, implemented and safeguarded in line with the company’s governance. The role also will require incumbent to identify and analyze legal exposures of any petroleum agreements/arrangements (PSC, JOA, GSA, GTA, Facility Sharing Agreements and any related agreements) including new laws and regulations by providing recommendations or participating in the negotiation and draft agreements to ensure the company’s legal rights is protected and safeguarded from any action by third parties and/or the enactment of new laws and regulations.

Senior officer positions:

2. Senior Liaison & Permit Officer

Responsible for planning and following up on official project-related documentation with the government authorities and act as a liaison in managing and facilitating the timely approval of permits and other related matters such as approval/recommendation, licensing of new facilities, land acquisition, inspections, audits, etc. Maintain the security of the company's reputation and image and ensure the business growth.

3. Senior Project Accountant

Manage and monitor financial performance of Company’s portfolio and G&A through the implementation of Exploration, Development & Production (EDP) financial controlling, forecasting and analysis activities to ensure effective financial performance and cost management in maximizing value creation, ensure availability of funds and addressing any performance gap as part of monthly management report preparation. Sound knowledge in financial accounting, project accounting and SAP system in the oil & gas industry are required.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant working experience (for managerial position) and 8 years relevant working experience (for senior officer position) in oil & gas industry. Knowledgeable in relevant standards and policies, possess good analytical skill and well experience with relevant computer software/programs i.e., Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Adobe, etc. All candidates must be proficient in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (oral and written).
