PT. Macmahon Mining Services is a multinational mining contractor company and has a combined mining experience including projects throughout Indonesia.
We are seeking motivated, high qualified candidates to join our team in Jakarta Office and Site Based.

1. General Accountant – Jakarta Office
Requirements
1. Bachelor Degree in Accounting
2. Minimum 4 years experiences in the similar role
3. Experience in handling general Journal, Payment process
4. Familiar with MS Office (advance in MS Excel)
5. Having Accounting ERP System experience, preferrable SAP
6. Can-do attitude and team worker
7. Excellent analytical and time management skills
8. Attention to detail
Responsibilities
1. To provide timely and accurate input of payroll data/ information, payroll run execution and reporting
2. To maintain monthly report based on payment records, data input and calculation to provide accurate report & payment
3. To maintain general ledger reconciliation to facilitate management review of accounting transactions and facilitate subsequent follow-ups
4. To maintain inter-company activity/invoice report to facilitate accurate consolidation for the group
5. To maintain employee social insurance (BPJS) & others related tasks to payroll benefit (medical, allowance, etc.) input, calculation, payment, reconciliation
6. Prepare necessary paperwork for tax payments and returns
7. Liaise with internal and external auditors
8. Calculate, pay, reporting and maintaining PPh 21 income tax
2. Commercial Manager – Site Based
Requirements
1. Bachelors degree qualified - Finance, Commerce or similar.
2. Minimum of 10 years in Mining Industry.
3. Minimum of 3 years in Senior Finance or Commercial Leadership Role.
4. Implementation of Financial and/or detailed commercial systems, processes and reporting for a large resource project.
5. Managing and coordinating multi-functional teams.
Responsibilities
1. To manage the implementation and monitor company procedures relating to commercial matters in order to ensure project compliance with policies and procedures.
2. To manage the administration of subcontractor agreement and variation, instructions, contract negotiations and variations for mining projects in order to limit financial exposure and ensure performance of subcontractor obligations.
3. To coordinate contractual and commercial client deliverables and undertake adequate reporting in order to advise management of potential exposures.
4. To review and liaise departmental accounting and finance staff in order to ensure the accuracy of reporting of financial data and commercial controls.
5. To manage the preparation of subcontracts, consultancy agreements, and purchase orders in order to ensure mining activities progress according to scheduled timelines and budget.
6. To maintain inter and intra-functional coordination in order to be aware of possible delays, exposure, alteration to cost or value.
7. To review and control continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies in ongoing basis.
8. To consolidate and review financial and project status reports in order to ensure the accurate presentation of monthly and annual reports to enable the company to address any operational issues or undertake appropriate adjustment for financial result for the project.
9. To perform knowledge sharing and update commercial expertise in order to enhance the professional development within the organization
10. Establishment and implementation of procedures for the commercial administration of sub contracts.
11. Preparation of project cash flow forecast including monitoring and updating as necessary, monthly cost/profit forecast, Project Budget & reports monthly
12. Establish a payment schedule related to the Mining program for main contract interim payment applications, including reviewing progress against the program and revising the payment schedule accordingly.
13. Annual closing of the accounts and monthly reporting.
14. Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements and corporate policies in areas of accounting and taxation
15. Assist in the development and maintenance of company systems to ensure legal compliance.
16. Administer budgetary and internal controls, perform variance analysis and reconciliation.
17. Handle the External, Internal, Tax Auditor
3. Deputy Project Manager – Site Based
Preferred qualifications:
1. Broad knowledge and exposure on the Mining and Civil Operational.
2. Understands best practice mine planning processes and the ability to drive the establishment of required planning systems and approaches
3. Ability to think creatively to develop multiple, workable options for the mining underground environment
4. Has a good understanding of Project Management standards and their application
5. Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication and people management skills
6. Preferable certified with POU (Pengawas Operasional Utama)
