1. Job Title: OSBL Engineer
Jakarta, 3 months (short terms); renewal
Job Description:
Working with a team of Project Engineers acting as a focal point with the Execute contractor for the OSBL to ensure the project cost, schedule and quality remain on track.
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the flow from contractor to the OSBL Project Delivery Team.
Job Requirements:
- Degree qualified and chartered or equivalent in appropriate engineering discipline.
- More than 15 years' experience in Engineering role - Oil and gas or Petrochemical settings. Operations experience would be a significant advantage.
- Seasoned and experienced Engineer.
- Work will be based in Contractors Office in Reading but occasional travel to other locations in West Java would be required.
2. Job Title: Telecom Engineer
Jakarta, 3 months (short terms); renewal
• 15+ years of experience in the same position in Oil & Gas Project
• Develop telecommunication design Oil and Gas offshore/onshore Facilities such as : Microwave Radio system, multiplexer, PABX and telephone system, VHF radio system, repeater and marine, LAN & WAN system, Aviation communication: NDB & VHF ground to air radio, entertainment system (CATV), PAGA, system integration into block diagram and wiring diagram. Radio Link, LAN-WAN (Cisco), IP Telephony (Cisco, Siemens), CCTV (Coex), UHF, HF and VHF Marine Radio (Motorola, Sailor), Crane Radio (CDT), Radar Beacon (Sea beacon), EPIRB, and SART) coordinate with project, Instrument, Electrical, Safety and Mechanical Discipline for related issue.
• Conduct site Survey in order to integration of new oil gas facilities into existing IT/Telecom plant facility.

• Previously worked as Estimator with value US$500,000,000
• Bachelor Degree of Electrical/Instruments Engineering
• 15 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Estimating or equivalent.
• Proficiency in local tendering and estimation experience is strongly encouraged to apply.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment in managing multiple projects within tight timeline.
• Able to work independently with minimum guidance
• Building & Construction experience is added advantage
• Previous working experience as construction estimator for (5) years

- Provides input on the preparation of the contract strategy and planning documents. Prepares and manages the bid processes for construction, engineering and construction services contracts required for the execution of the Capital projects. Administer the construction, engineering and construction services contracts during the execution phase throughout close out. Manages the close out process for those administered contracts. Manages the Contract Administration System CAS.

Papua, 12 months
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain/Logistics with value US$500,000,000
• Collecting Project materials Manifest as per shipping schedule
• Prepare the required space ready at receiving laydown Cargo dock prior the ship arrives at Cargo dock.
• Preparing the Priority delivery plan to Project Laydowns
• Do coordination with Transport/Barge operator and COMPANY MCG for delivery schedule inbound and outbound accordingly,
• to monitor and control Project’s materials (Owner Purchased and Contractors Materials) scheduled by MCG/GSC from Cargo dock to Highland,
• to create VRMS and HMAF/OSH form for Contractors on COMPANY system
• Monitoring and control the contractor and subcontractor Material management execution according to Contactor Material Management Execution Plan.

6. Job Title: HSE & Process Safety

• At least a Bachelor of Science degree in Process Engineering
• 15+ years' experience in PMC or EPC company in petrochemical or oil and gas project
• 10+ years' experience as HSSE Engineer especially in petrochemical, or oil and gas project
• Has experience in developing of the following HSSE Methodologies and procedure in Process Units:
HAZID (Hazard Identification) study, HAZOP (Hazards & Operability) study, Fire Risk Analysis / Explosion Analysis, SIL(Safety Integrity Level) Study, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA).
• Has experience in performing QRA (Quantitative Risk Assessment) and Project QA Audit in Process Units
• Has experience for HSSE implementation in preparation project specifications, procedures, based on international codes and standards
• Has experience as Lead HSSE Engineer
• Has an excellent knowledge of current internationally recognized Codes and Standards such as, American Petroleum Institute (API), American National Standards Institute (ANSI), Instrument Society of American (ISA), American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Association of Corrosion Engineers (NACE), NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) and Other Safety Codes and Standards
• Working knowledge in the use of computer programs (latest HSSE/Hazard Analysis software i.e PHA Works, fire-modelling etc.) applicable to such designs
