We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

1. Civil Lead Engineer

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Min 5- 10 years experiences in same position

• Experience in Smelter project

• Proficient in using Ms. Office, Plaxis, Staad Pro and AutoCad

• Develop calculations related to the Civil Deliverables List

• Knowledge on reading 2D or 3D drawing

• Making recommendations or presenting alternative solutions to problems

• Contract Based

2. Civil Engineer

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

• Min 3-5 years experiences in same position

• Experience in Smelter project

• Proficient in using Ms. Office, Plaxis, Staad Pro and AutoCad

3. Architect Engineer

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Architect

• Min 2-3 years experiences in same position

• Experience in general construction/building/mining/plant

• Understand and be able to apply BIM (Building Information Modeling) and IBC (International Building Code)

• Comprehensive in using Autodesk Revit, Autocad, Office (Excel)

• Well organized and attention to detail

• Contract-Based

• Willing to work in Site: Papua

4. Senior Electrical Designer & Checker

• Min Technical High School or Diploma in Electrical

• Min. 8-10 years Experiences in Electrical Designer & Checker

• Max. 50 years old

• Good knowledge in operating Autocad 2D, Dialux Luxicon, Autocad 3D (Optional), etc.

• Good knowledge in checker draw

• Familiar with FEED & Detail Engineering Design for Electrical

• Familiar with Electrical Drawing (Cable Routing Layout, Lighting Layout, Grounding Layout, etc)

• Contract Based HO (Jakarta, Kalibata)

5. Project Manager (Mechanical Maintenance)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Min 10 years experience in the same position

• Certified maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) issued by Society for Maintenance and Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

• Experience in managing maintenance work. Including planned outages (Turn Around) with minimum annual spending approximately IDR 75 billion

• Experience in managing maintenance work in the areas of HSE. Procurement (including overseas procurement). Cost, schedule, interface, quality management KPIs)

• Computer literacy Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills, fluent in English both oral and written

6. Mechanical Superintendent (Site Team Leader Mechanical)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Min 5 – 10 years experience in the same position

• Experienced in managing site preventive, corrective, and predictive mechanical maintenance work including job prioritization, resources levelling with minimum 60 POB (Personel On Board)

• Experienced  in  managing  site  maintenance  work  in  the  areas  of  HSE,  cost, schedule, interface, quality controls/assurance, look ahead plan, KPIs.

• Experienced in  developing  method  statement  /  working  procedures  to  support maintenance mechanical work

• Experience and competency in managing the following work execution :

 Internal/external vessel cleaning, piping joint integrity (bolting), gas or steam turbine overhauls

 Onshore mechanical maintenance services during execution of planned outages/turnarounds

• Computer literacy, including scheduling tool (e.g. MS Project and/or Primavera)

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills, fluent in English both oral and written

7. Project Manager (Electrical & Instrument)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrument Engineering

• Min 10 – 15 years experience in the same position

• Managing maintenance work with minimum approximately annual spending IDR 50 billion

• Managing maintenance work during planned outages (turnarounds at onshore facilities)

• Managing procurement work both goods and services to support maintenance work

• Certified maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) issued by Society for Maintenance and Reliability Professional (SMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent

• Experienced in managing maintenance work in the areas of HSE, procurement (including overseas procurement), cost, schedule, interface, quality management, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Computer literacy, strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills, fluent in English both oral and written

8. Electrical & Instrument Superintendent (Site Team Leader E & I)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Instrument Engineering

• Min 5 – 10 years experience in the same position

• Experience and competency in managing: field instrument and control valve calibration, function testing, troubleshooting, control valve/on-off shutdown valve and actuator overhaul and repair/refurbishment, Instrument scope (inspection, testing, calibration, repair, replacement) during campaigns or turnarounds (planned outages), Fire and gas devices, fire alarm system, and analyzer maintenance. resource levelling with minimum 60 POB (Personnel On Board)

• Experienced in managing site maintenance work in the areas of HSE, cost, schedule, interface, quality controls/assurance, look ahead plan, KPIs

• Have in ex certified equipment inspection

• Computer literacy, including scheduling tool (e.g Ms. Project, and/or Primavera)

• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills, fluent in English both oral and written

9. Staff Analis dan Administrasi (Project CRP Produksi)

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering/ Information System/ Computer Engineering

• Familiar with MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio and other software

• Good knowledge at basic graphic design (CorelDraw, Photoshop, Canva, Video Editing

• Good knowledge at basic web/application development

• Contract Based

10. Talent Management Staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology

• Min 3 – 5 years experiences

• Strong handling of talent management

• Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving

• Excellent oral and written communication skill
