Spartan Eragon Asia is a company that was founded in 2014 and has experience in handling recruitment, HR management in the oil and gas sector.

Our client is a reputable oil & gas company which manages more than 8 (eight) PSC in Indonesia and several participating interest assets, and is looking for several position in technical & non-technical to support their operations & projects.

 

Sr. Instrument & Electrical Officer

Description :

This position will mainly involve with Operations/Production unit, in order to prepare additional oil & gas production in drilling project.

Responsibilities :

• Provide expertise to design, analyze and/or modify the complex instrumentation, automation, electrical and control systems according to standard and basic design.

• Perform budgetary, schedule and man power analysis, cost estimation and managing projects for plant improvement program and provide technical tender document, perform technical review and evaluation.

• Perform analysis and evaluation of electrical and instrumentation technical documents, both specifications, calculations, datasheets and drawings according to the applicable code standards

• Demonstrates in-depth understanding of plant and facilities process, process control systems, measurement system, safety instrumented system, alarm management, automation system (DCS, PLC, SCADA), vibration monitoring and diagnostic system, electrical network, final control elements and field instrumentation

• Supervise instrumentation and electrical during pre-fabrication and site installation to meet approved drawing and appropriate with specification.  As well as pre-commissioning and commissioning activities (Witness, monitoring, record and documentation)

• Provide instrumentation and electrical engineering input during Pre-FEED, FEED and Detail Design to the development of Scope of Work Document, monitor and review Contractor's piping engineering deliverables.

• Perform internal and external inspections FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) to determine if a product or equipment meets the acceptance criteria of a specific code, standard or document.

Requirement:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor degree's of Physics Engineering, Major : Instrumentation and Control

• 12 years relevant experience and minimum 8 years experience as Instrument Engineer in major oil & gas and/or industrial project.

• Have participated and contributed in regular quality assurance during the execution of project phases.

• Familiar with PLC Troubleshooting i.e. Allen Bradley SLC 500, Triconex TS3000.

• Familiar with InstruCalc Plus / Instrument Engineering Program

• Willing to work extended hours to meet deadlines.

Skills and Qualification

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• In-depth knowledge on the project plan and stages both in Brownfield and Greenfield facilities.

• Good knowledge on DCS/PLCs systems including design, review and testing as well as experience on FAT, SAT and site commissioning activities.

• Experience on automation project lifecycle from Concept, FEED to Detail design.

• Proficient in Control Philosophies, Control Narratives, Safety Narratives and Logic diagrams

• Good knowledge on the oil & gas production and hydrocarbon separation processes will be advantage.

• In-depth knowledge and skills using Computer Literacy, AutoCAD.

• Strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams.

• Good teamwork, organizing, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

Reservoir Surveillance Officer

Description :

Review and manage company’s assets reservoir engineering and database and also providing RE surveillance analysis in day-to-day Operation and WI activities. He/she will evaluate reservoir performance by conducting reservoir and production engineering analysis to support management decision, both Operating Assets and Non-Operating Assets.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct reservoir and production engineering analysis, both for internal or external reservoir model from partner.

2. Review and Manage company’s assets reservoir engineering and database part for evaluation purpose.

3. Support Sr. RE to generate and update field model (database input parameter) for any dynamic model or DCA.

4. Provide and support detail plan of development scenarios to commercial for economic evaluations.

5. Perform and support Technical Reserves Assesment for Internal MY, YE, and External Auditor Assessment.

6. Provide input data for Short Term Production Forecast for Monev report.

7. Conduct and recommend any reservoir engineering review to support production optimization program.

8. Support Subsurface and Operation team to manage Well operation and Well Intervention activities. Including field visit or as witness for any program.

9. Conduct and support well test design program, including data acqusition screening.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical  Engineering, Gescience, others

• 1-3 year relevant experience in Subsurface

• Proficient in using Software: Prosper, MBAL, GAP, Petrel RE, Eclipse, DCA Software

• Good teamwork, communication, analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in written & spoken English

Production Surveillance Officer

Description :

Manage and optimize current production assets. He/she will work to interface and coordinate field activities (Well & Surface Facility activities) which require interdepartmental coordination, such as: Operation Team, Drilling/Completion & Well Intervention Team. He/she will responsible to do monitoring, surveillance, troubleshooting and optimization of well and facility performance to achieve company production target as per field depletion planning.

Responsibilities :

1. Conduct well performance monitoring & surveillance to ensure wells operate within Well Operating envelopes (including well integrity)

2. Conduct well & facility review, perform troubleshooting and recommend production optimization.

3. Create and update Well Model and GAP Model using Petex software to optimize oil and production from two productions assets.

4. Perform flow assurance analysis for well and surface pipeline. Identify possible scale issue, possible mechanical restriction and also unloading issue.

5. Coordinate and Interface field activities (Well & Surface Facility activities) which require interdepartment cordination, such as: Operation Team, Drilling/Completion & Well Intervention Team.

6. Witness onsite activities for Well Intervention Job and other well/facility optimization.

7. Evaluate Loss Production Opportunity (LPO) of unplanned well and facility shutdown/issues.

8. Perform Gas lift and ESP troubleshooting and optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical  Engineering, others

• 5-7 years relevant experience in Production Engineering or Production Surveillance Engineering.

•  Proficient in using Petex Software: Prosper (Well Model Software) and GAP Software.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office: Excel, Words and power point.

• An advantage to have skills in programing software, such as: visual basic, macro excel, SQL Query, Phyton.

• Familiar with realtime data monitoring software, such as: PI Processbook, Uniformance PHD.

• Good interpersonal skills – ability to communicate effectively with site personnel, peers and management.

• Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions.

• Able to take the lead in some projects involving people from other disciplines

• Proficient in written & spoken English

Finance Officer – AP

Description :

Perform accurate, compliant and timely Account Payable processing and reporting such as review and process correctness and validity of incoming invoice,  tax verification and with Tax department, assurance of no VAT penalty, resolve overdue invoice, invoice aging analysis and AP related account reconciliations

Responsibilities :

• Review employee expense report, travel & non travel settlement to be align with company policies and to ensure completeness of its supporting documents

• Review and process employee cash advance and maintain employee cash advance balance and its settlement in a timely manner

• Maintain petty cash balance and perform  monthly petty cash reconciliation

• Perform operational process for account payable activities and report to ensure accurate processing and timely payment of invoices/expense report in accordance with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations

• Perform a review on vendor invoices to ensure the accuracy and validity of invoices with adequate support/tax documents in complying company’s invoicing procedures and policies

• Prepare and analyze account payable aging and report, balance sheet reconciliation for petty cash, cash advance, and other employee settlement, and other reports needed

• Assist month end close for operator assets as per timeline, to meet Government and Corporate reporting deadline

• Support to provide supporting documents related to monthly corporate report, inter-company billing, and audit inquiries to comply with accounting principles, fiscal regulations, and PSC regulations

• Support ad-hoc requests related to finance activities

• Provide a recommendation to improve policy & procedure to manage account payable and invoicing

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting

• Minimum 3 years working experience in Accounting area, preferable previous experience in oil and gas industry.

• Good Knowledge and Familiar with SAP FI-CO

• Good knowledge on the accounting/financial statement and analysis

• Good analytical thinking and interpersonal skills.

• Excellence communication skills, strong team player, open and transparent communicator across diverse multidiscipline teams.

• Proficient in written and spoken English

Executive Secretary

Description:

The External Relations Officer manages contacts with government, partner, media and the general public

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Directors & Commissionaires

• Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents.

• Arranges travel and accommodations for executives

• Schedules meetings for the executives

• Receives incoming communication or memos on behalf of executives, reviews contents, determines importance, and summarizes and/or distributes contents to appropriate staff.

• Performs office tasks including maintaining records, ordering supplies, and performing basic bookkeeping.

• Performs additional duties as assigned by executives.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

• At least 8 years of related experience required.
