1. POSITION  : HSE ENGINEER

Education  : University Graduate on Technical Major

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Offshore Brownfield Experiences for Construction and Installation activities.

• 10+ years’ experience in oil & gas industry.

• MIGAS AK3 certification.

• Certification in Incident Investigation Process (TapRoot is preferable).

• Experienced in Constructability HAZID and Risk Assessment development.

• Experienced in delivering HSE trainings.

• Ability to work independently and with a team.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good command of English.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Project HSE focal point, including offshore activities.

• Developing HSE deliverables as per Project Requirements.

• Developing and facilitate Constructability HAZID and Risk Assessment.

2. POSITION  : LOSS PREVENTION ENGINEER

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

1. Personal skills

1.1. For junior engineer, fresh graduate in Chemical Engineering or has one year experience in LOSPE / Technical Safety group, and has an interest in LOSPE / Technical Safety project activities,

1.2. For expert engineer, has experience on development of LOSPE /Technical Safety document and activities both for project bid and project execution with major international Oil&Gas Companies.

2. Technical & professional skill/knowledge (for expert engineer)

2.1. Has capability to develop some of the following technical documents and activities under LOSPE / Technical Safety based on project scope:

• Risk assessment and safety studies e.g. QRA, FERA, EERA, ESSA, DOS, NHRA, RAM study, participation on HAZID/HAZOP/SIL/3D model review workshops,

• Firefighting system including active and passive fire protection philosophy, FW system PID design, FW and foam system hydraulic calculation, specification and data sheet for firefighting equipment and firefighting equipment layout,

• General safety design e.g. HAC, F&G detector system (F&G detector philosophy, F&G layout, F&G detector mapping, F&G cause and effect matrix, SIL verification), safety equipment specification/data sheet and layout, gas dispersion and heat radiation study,

• Environmental engineering e.g. environmental regulation, noise & vibration study, release register.

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Prepare technical document and activities under LOSPE/Technical Safety based on project scope including calculation, specification and drawing,

• Review and/or prepare all document related to point no. #1 including philosophy, calculation, specification and drawing before issue to client, and review document from other disciplines,

• Back to back with LOSPE / Technical Safety lead engineer in the meetings and technical reviews,

• Support procurement, commissioning, construction departments and yard activities,

• Knowledge of Piping and Layout engineering design criteria, methods, and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase.

• Knowledge of main international Discipline standards, codes, and regulations.

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activity.

• Knowledge of P&IDs mechanization battery limits

• Knowledge of basic principles of stress analysis design criteria regarding typical load conditions, stress calculations, comparison criteria with admissible values, Capability to perform calculation relevant to expansion/stress analysis in order to allow flexibility and piping support location.

• Communicate in a simple, clear and assertive way. Adapt own approach to different audiences to have a positive impact and to gain support for own plans.

• Check all produced documents (internal or subcontracted) like design reports, technical specifications, drawings under responsibility.

• Control the input data for team activities and check/review all documents issued by the team.

• Provide technical support to Project group.

• Provide technical support to Procurement, Subcontracting and Construction activities included in the scope of work.

5. POSITION  : PIPING PDMS DESIGNER

Seniority  : Expert/Senior Designer

Working Experiences : More than 7 years in similar position or similar field

Working Status  : Temporary / Contract

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION

• Diploma or equivalent technical vocational degree in appropriate engineering subject

• Knowledge of Discipline engineering design criteria, methods and workflows from conceptual phase up to site engineering phase. Capability to define the technical documents set based on Project quantities and scope of work. Capability to perform and coordinate Project engineering documents production activities and to check and review design documents, prepared either internally or by Vendors,

• Knowledge of tools related to 2D and 3D modelling activities specifically S3D experienced users,

• User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center Discipline technical design software tools. User level knowledge of Corporate and Operating Center IT tools supporting business processes such as electronic document system management, and office automation applications,

• Capability to design and coordinate P&IDs for related systems. Full knowledge of Discipline workflow and of Discipline mechanization procedures and criteria. Full knowledge of Discipline P&IDs mechanization battery limits,

• Knowledge of basic principles of stress analysis design criteria regarding typical load conditions, stress calculations, comparison criteria with admissible values, Capability to perform calculation relevant to expansion/stress analysis in order to allow flexibility and piping support location,

• Basic knowledge and capability to develop plant layout and equipment layout according to process requirements defined on PFD or P&ID and in accordance to the engineering good practices: developing the single line structure to lay the piping distribution and the equipment elevation. Knowledge of plant layout optimization,

• Knowledge of Piping/Electrical/Instrumental/structural basic terminology and rules,

• Specific knowledge of drafting drawing techniques,

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Design, execute or check the typical Piping and Layout studies including:

- 3D Modelling using AVEVA PDMS

- 3D Model review with other disciplines and issue of clash check report

- Construction or design drawings using 2D software or extracted from 3D for piping networks (overall plot plan, equipment layout drawings, piping general arrangement, piping isometrics and piping supports)

- Bill of materials or materials take off.

- Extraction of bill of materials and other information from the 3D CAD model

• Co-ordinate the work of his team with the Piping and Layout engineers of the project

• Check the input data and all the documents and information issued by his team

• Check permanently that all the assumptions upon which his teamwork is based keep up with the project development and warn the project Piping and Layout Lead of any detected anomaly

• Documents updating after comments issued by other disciplines (inter-discipline checks) or external stakeholders (Client, Yards, Third party review, etc.)

• Feed the Piping and Layout Department improvement system by reverting the lessons learned during the project

• Support design

• Engineering support during construction phase.
