1. POSITION : COST CONTROLLER LEAD
Department/Project : PCON
Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than 10 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : PCON / TBA
Work location : Jakarta
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Previous experience to manage EPCI project in Oil & Gas sector
• Knowledge of SAP or similar software is a must
• To be able to manage more than one project by time and coordinate the cost team assigned
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially of Excel is a must
• Fluent in English both oral and written. Good Leadership & Communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Preparation of Cost Control Report for project based on WBS / CBS breakdown
• Preparation of analysis and reporting for Project Management
• Managing the cost control team assigned and follow time lines set by the Company / H.O.
2. POSITION : COST CONTROLLER ENGINEER
Department/Project : PCON
Education : University Graduate on Technical Major
Working Experiences : More than5 years in similar position or similar field
Working Status : PCON / TBA
Work location : Jakarta
REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Familiar with reimbursable project scheme
• Able to work in a multicultural environment. Able to work under pressure.
• Previous knowledge of SAP is preferable.
• Office suite knowledge
• Fluent in English both oral and written. Good Leadership & Communication skills, able to communicate effectively with people at all levels of the organizations.
• Fluent in English both oral and written & expert in use MS Office.

• Support actual cost control team
• Follow up reimbursable project cost, follow up invoicing cost, handle for cost control activities, etc.
3. POSITION : BUYER

REQUIRED WORKING SKILLS/QUALIFICATION/SERTIFICATION
• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Technical Field (Preferable)
• High level of English language
• More than 5 years experiences (experience in EPCI company)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience with MS office and SAP software or equivalent
• High level of following skills is requested: flexibility, problem solving, focus to result and negotiation
• Advance knowledge of contractual regulations, standard terms and conditions.
• Advance knowledge and ability to manage the Purchasing process procedures and best practices
Tasks :
• Carry out all the activities necessary to purchase goods and/or services/subcontracts, in compliance with given
• cost/time/quality requirements and with Corporate/Company policies and standards and work instructions
BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTIONS
• Issue to vendors the Request for Quotation based on given purchasing request
• Support the vendors during the preparation of the technical/commercial proposals with obligation of confidentiality about the related bid info
• Prep are the commercial/economic bid tabulation to compare different proposals and suggest actions to be taken in order to improve bid result and/or select the vendor
• Lead the commercial/economic negotiation
• Prepare the purchase or der/subcontract based on standard General Purchase Terms and Conditions and Project Special Purchase Conditions, if any, and managing possible deviations
• Close out the bid process receiving purchase/subcontract confirmation by selected vendor and informing the unsuccessful vendors about negative result of their bid
• Follow up and negotiate, if necessary, purchase order/subcontract revisions
• Perform the assigned activities in compliance with procedures and provided systems and tools
• Check and comment the technical documentation received with the Purchase Requisition and Technical Evaluation
• Manage contractual documentation (Archive) before the issue to centralized archive.
