Established in April 1981 by its parent company Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC), Kuwait Foreign Petroleum Exploration Company (KUFPEC) is an international upstream company, engaged in exploration, development and production of crude oil and natural gas outside the State of Kuwait. KUFPEC is active in 13 countries spanning five continents a head office in Kuwait and seven area offices in Egypt, Indonesia, Australia, Pakistan, Norway, Canada, and Malaysia.

KUFPEC participates in joint ventures with similar E&P companies both as an operating and non-operating partner.

KUFPEC AO Indonesia requires highly qualified individual to join our Jakarta team in our KUFPEC Indonesia (Anambas) B.V., operator of Anambas Block PSC as:

Sr. Commercial/ Marketing Officer

Qualification and Responsibilities:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 8 years’ experience in oil and gas Production Sharing Contract (PSC) environment.

 • Strong competencies in procedures and operations of gas pipeline.

 • Extensive experiences in GSA preparation, process, and finalization

 • Hands on experience in the overall commercial/marketing including planning strategies.

 • Familiar with the gas market in the Natuna Sea would be an advantage.

Government Relation (GOVREL)

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Legal, or Business with over 8 years of experience as a Government Liaison in the O&G Industry

 • Candidate must have a proven experience in professional relationships with the government, including with SKKMIGAS, MIGAS, and other Governmental bodies.

 • Well experienced in explorations and exploitations stages.

 • Hands-on experience in planning and implementing CSR programs.

 • Experiences in Media Relations and Community Development are essential.

 • Proven experience in advocacy, data-driven, stakeholders and issue mapping, and stakeholders’ management, especially in the Oil and gas sector.

 • Well experienced on general affairs matter including but not limited expatriates formalities.  

 • Committed to adhere to the highest integrity values (anti-corruption, anti-bribery, anti-unlawful payments).

General Requirement

• Indonesian citizen

 • Excellent Bahasa Indonesia and English skills, oral and written

 • Motivated self-starter, strong personality, capable of working independently with limited resources within tight time constraints.

 • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals.
