Business Development / Sales Specialist (Reference Code: Sales)
A Fantastic Opportunity for professionals with advanced practical experience in Business Development/Sales and Customer engagement.
This position needs consistently growing gross sales, increasing customer numbers, and maximizing profits with a hands-on and proactive style and representing company values in all business interactions.
Location: Jakarta
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills (Fluent in English)
• 5+years’ experience working for large multinational companies.
• Experienced in Commercial Management in Engineering Services Companies, Consulting, Audits, Supervision, Testing and Inspections in Public and Private Administrations in the Oil & Gas/Renewable/Petrochemical sectors/EPC companies.
• Experience in establishing strategies to develop intelligence of the markets of interest, detect customer needs and channel them into successful sales. Strong knowledge of technological areas, related to Oil & Gas/Renewable/Petrochemical sectors/EPC companies.
• Able to deal with large budget and sales targets
• Ability to negotiate and communicate well to all levels
• Familiar with engineering and consultancy services
• Resilient and adaptable
