Spartan Eragon Asia is a company that was founded in 2014 and has experience in handling recruitment, HR management in the oil and gas sector.

Our client is a reputable oil & gas company which manages more than 8 (eight) PSC in Indonesia and several participating interest assets, and is looking for several position in technical & non-technical to support their operations & projects.

1. Project Controller

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform cost estimating & control services, project planning and scheduling for company’s projects both at individual or portfolio level which shall include but not limited to: cost estimating, cost control & forecasting, portofilio compilation and scheduling for 12 months ahead, develop and update project schedule (up to level- 4), work with company’s project control team dan construction contractor to develop and update master schedule (resources loaded, wbs based), identify critical path in project schedule, etc.

• Prepare construction cost monitoring report and guide Construction Contractor to develop and maintain contractor's processes and procedures related with project planning and scheduling for project executed by Construction Contractor and supervised by Contractor. This include in providing monthly project cost accrual for construction contractor and Contractor, as well as monitor target achievement in Work Order.

• Assist and guide Construction Contractor to develop and maintain Contractor's processes and procedures related with cost estimating and control.

• Prepare detailed schedule for project execution covering all associated activities (such as: construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, etc.), interconnection among activities and determining critical path activities, by referring to historical data and/or appropriate duration benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

• Work closely with company and construction contractor during performance of cost estimating & control services for company’s projects.

• Develop and maintain contractor's processes and procedures related with cost estimating & control.

• Prepare detailed cost estimate for project execution covering all associated cost components (such as: detail engineering, construction, commissioning, equipment certification, construction management, procurement of goods & services, project overheads, etc.) by using budgetary quotations for major equipment and by referring to historical data and/or appropriate cost benchmarks and/or professional judgment.

• Report to Company’s User for execution of Project Controller services during the contract period.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum education is bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, science, economics, management or computer with 6 years or diploma (D3) with minimum 10 years working experience in project cost estimating and control with minimum 3 years of which experience in cost controller/scheduller/planner for oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• The candidate shall has thorough knowledge on various cost estimating & control practices and related codes & standards, including associated software.

• The candidate shall has broad knowledge and experience in contruction execution, various project scheduling methods and related codes & standards, including associated software.

• The candidate shall has high skill for facilitation & coordination, and networking.

• Company is able to add other specific skill for this job title as per business needs, including but not limited to the specific skill certification to ensure the personel’s competency fulfilled Company’s expectation. for example, Project Controller with specific skill for construction schedule development and controlling with Primavera tools.

2. Technical Assistant

Roles and responsibilities

• Work  closely  with  Company Representatives related to implementation of the contract services

• Assist Company’s user to conduct technical services in the field as well as monitoring reporting process for Contractor Construction’s work result or other Company’s programs which conducted as per Company’s business condition.

• Assist Company to establish and implement an efficient document control system and procedures.

• Responsible to ensure all managed construction’s documents are used for company business purpose including to store in electronic system that accessible by Company, consists of native file, working file, and scanned document, and compile all project correspondences and maintain good project history.

• Assist Company to develop all project documents related to work plan development process, work close out, handover report to asset owner, field verification, training and development program monitoring, information and data management, technical writing, and safety program data monitoring.

Qualification of personnel

• Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, science, economic, business administration or information technology with 5 years working experiences or associate degree (D3) engineering, science, economic, business administration or information technology with 8 years working experience in providing various technical assistances based on required work discipline, with minimum 4 years of which in project and/or facility handling oil and gas or petrochemical.

• For the specific need Company may add additional requiement related to the work experience or aother specification that will be stipulated on the position proposal.

• The candidate shall be skilled to use microsoft office software, such as: excel spreadsheet, microsoft word, microsoft access, etc.

3. Electrical & Instrument Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical  consultation  if  it’s required by Company to support Company’s related projects.

• Work closely with Company’s User  to conduct Company’s deliverable review, developing standard operation procedure, project planning and design, and assist in analyzing any issues occur in the field should there be any construction failure/problems during the field execution by Other Company’s Contractor.

• Assisting Company’s project team to provide technical planning, construction calculation, cost and material planning prior to work execution in the field, including developing construction drawing.

• Conduct evaluation for the utilization of value engineering, construction execution technique, and other planning

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum education is a bachelor degree (S1) for electrical Engineering, industrial electrical.

• The candidate shall has minimum 7 years working experience in Electrical & Instrument Engineering related to his/her education background and expertise, with minimum of 4 years in projects and/or facilities handling oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

4. Design Engineer – Piping

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare and complete development  of related discipline engineering deliverables.

• Provide technical  consultation  if  it’s required by company to support Company’s related projects.

• Work  closely  with  Company’s  user(s) during review sessions of deliverables.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum education is bachelor degree (S1) engineering all discipline with minimum 6 years working experience in any related engineering discipline, either in provision of FEED as well as detail engineering, in oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• The candidate shall has adequate knowledge on respective engineering discipline and capable to utilize with related software and codes/standards related  to the intended work.

5. Contract Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• As part of a skill group in Contract Management team to run and manage contract implementation and management administration operated by the team, including in preparing contract plan and documentation.

• To record and conduct contract implementation administration and Other Contractor’s performance monitoring, as well as other contractors appointed by the Company

• Supervise and approve the implementation of Company’s Other Contractor mobilization process, such as inspecting construction tool feasibility, light and heavy equipment, Company contractor’s facilities inspection, badging and permitting process, PEP, close out, documentation, and other reporting, including regular inspection process needed by Company’s Contractor.

• Assisting Company to ensure penalty implementation, back charge, and MPI are monitored and well managed.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) all discipline with 4 years working experiences or associate degree (D3) all discipline with 8 years working experience or Senior High School with 10 years working experience in construction contract administration or management or implementation related field with minimum 3 years of which in project and/or facility handling oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• The candidate shall has capability in facilitation, negotiation, and coordination skill, and has broad networking.

• The candidate shall has capability in reporting, facilitate meetings, understanding of field construction activities and contract concept.

• The candidate shall has work experience related to construction tools inspection process, supervising and monitoring contractor personnel’s timesheet, monitoring contractor’s accrual/invoice, verifying close out report, or developing any related report.

6. Contract Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• As part of a skill group  in  Company’s contract management team, to operate and manage contract management program operated by the team.

• Operate and manage contract management program operated by the team.

• Assisting the team in contract development and contract implementation administration including for documentation.

• Plan and execute supervision activity and Company’s contract management administration including but not limited to assisting Company in scope of work monitoring, contract budget monitoring, accrual, timesheet of Company’s Other Contractor, badging and permitting process, vehicle and contractor’s offices inspection, penalty and back charge, field contractor’s performance report management, etc.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, science, economic, business administration or information technology with 8 years working experiences or associate degree (D3) engineering, science, economic, business administration or information technology with 10 years working experience or Senior High School with 13 years in contract administration management (multi discipline of materials and services) with minimum 7 years of which in project and/or facility handling oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• Capable and experience in contracts writing, estimating costs, preparing bid documents, proceeding fair tender process, developing contract documents, and administering contracts.

• The candidate shall has a thorough experience and broad knowledge of project management, HES management, contracts management, contract law and principles.

• The candidate shall has capability to facilitate meetings, negotiation, and coordination skill, and has broad networking in contract development/implementation.

• The candidate shall has strong capability in any computers skills, software and databases

7. Analyst Officer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Establish   and   implement   an   efficient document control system and procedures.

• Develop and implementing databases and data collection systems as well as filtering and cleaning data.

• Assist management to identify  crucial metrics or KPIs, and prioritize them according to business needs

• Responsible to ensure all managed construction’s documents are used for company business purpose including to store in electronic system that accessible by Company, consists of native file, working file, and scanned document.

• Compile all project correspondences and maintain good project history.

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum education is S1 degree in any discipline with 4 years experience or diploma (D3) in any discipline with 7 years working experience in document control and reporting system in construction activity with preferable 3 years inside in oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• The candidate shall be skilled to use microsoft office software, such as: excel spreadsheet, microsoft word, microsoft access, etc.

8. Senior Design Engineers Structure

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation if it’s required by company to support company’s related projects.

• Work closely with company’s user to conduct company’s deliverable review, developing standard operation procedure, project planning and design, and assist in analyzing any issues occur in the field should there be any construction failure/problems during the field execution by construction contractor.

• Assisting Company’s project team to provide technical planning, construction calculation, cost and material planning prior to work execution in the field, including developing construction drawing.

• Conduct evaluation for the utilization of value engineering, construction execution technique, and other planning

Qualification of Personnel

• Minimum education is bachelor degree (S1) engineering all discipline with minimum 10 years working experience in Design Engineering in accordance with the discipline and work field with minimum 7 years of which in oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

9. Information Management Analyst

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide  support  to  Facility  Engineering team to conduct data and document analysis including but not limited to project data analysis and completeness of project documents, engineering data and document analysis including metadata document compatibility and document content, facility and equipment data, and document analysis as well as its validity and updates.

• Provide  support  to  Facility  Engineering team for preparation and development of technical documents including but not limited to periodic reports preparation, Sistem Tata Kelola (STK) development for documentation, and conduct follow up on project review process.

• Work closely with  team  in  assisting Company to manage the implementation of information management system used by Construction Contractor including the practices of contract management development, improvement, and correction process.

Qualification of personnel

• Minimum qualification is bachelor degree (S1) in engineering, computer, information technology or science with 5 years working experience or diploma (D3) engineering, computer, information technology or science with 7 years working experience in information technology and contract management with minimum 3 years of which in project and/or facility handling oil & gas, petrochemical, civil structure (road/highrise building/bridge), mining or power generation projects.

• Has experience and capability in analyze integrated process business to develop information system modules.

• The candidate shall has strong capability in any computers skills, software and databases
