Job Location: Jakarta

Employment Duration: Permanent/ Direct Contract

Our Jakarta office is looking for HRBP in Jakarta, Indonesia for full-time employment:

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent (preferably HR related)

• Min 5 years of generalist HR experience or business partnering with department managers

• Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyze and influence people)

• Excellent presentation skills

• Strong planning and organizational skills

• Meticulous, attention to details

• Strong negotiation skills

• Fluent in English

• Open for Indonesian Passport Holder Only

Desired Characteristics:-

Experience working with multinational companies in one or several HR domains, regional role will be added advantage.
