Internship Opportunity

 

Eni is a major integrated international oil and gas company based in Italy, with interests in 68 (sixty-eight) different countries. Eni has Exploration & Production activities in Italy and other areas worldwide such as Africa, America, Asia Pacific, Eurasia, and the Middle East.

Eni in Indonesia is currently opening several internship opportunities for fresh graduates with the requirements:

• Minimum holds Bachelor’s Degree

• Minimum GPA 3.25 out of 4.00

• Fresh graduate (maximum 1 (one) year from graduation) as indicated in the Academic Certificate or Letter of Graduation (Surat Keterangan Lulus)

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken)

The internship program lasts for 6 (six) months and will be based at Eni Jakarta Office – Pondok Indah Office Tower 3 (Jl. Sultan Iskandar Muda, Kav. V-TA, Jakarta).

We are currently looking for excellent candidates to fill the following positions:

HEALTH, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT, & QUALITY DEPARTMENT

 

Environment Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Environment Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or other related sciences
  • Activities:
    • Support in administrative and technical preparations for environmental studies’ application and monitoring.
    • Review and analyze environmental studies report.
    • Support implementing the environment campaign and projects

 

HSE Operations & Development Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering Degree
  • Activities:
    • Support in managing documents for HSE projects (bridging document, HSE plan, SIMOPS, etc.)
    • Conduct gap analysis of HSE related regulations (internal & external), conduct benchmarking through research, support in creating solutions to handle gaps
    • Prepare SIMOPS deliverables from Planning, Premobilization, Mobilization, Execution and Post Execution phases.
    • Maintain and analyse Project HSE statistics

 

 

OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT

 

Drilling Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Petroleum Engineering
  • Activities:
    • Familiarization with Drilling and Completion Engineering, Preparations, Operations, Contracts and Reporting
    • Support and involve in Drilling and Completion activities, including but not limited to Engineering, Preparations, Operations, Contracts and Reporting
    •  

 

Production Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Petroleum or Chemical Engineering; preferably have knowledge in Excel Macros or VBA
  • Activities:
    • Support in internal and external production reporting activities
    • Manage all necessary data (upstream to downstream) required by the team to perform related tasks
    • Support the team in daily well and facility performance monitoring, as well as operating parameters
    • Support production and operations team related to problem solving matter through detail technical and data analysis (i.e well and facility matters)

 

 

SCM & PROCUREMENT DEPARTMENT

 

Vendor Management Intern

  • Background: Graduate from any major; preferably with a background in IT
  • Activities:
    • Data management for procurement plan and contract monitoring
    • Support in reporting activities for internal and external parties
    • Support team for CIVD verification and market survey
    • Other administrative support

 

 

Local Content Intern

  • Background: Graduate from any major; preferably with a background in IT
  • Activities:
    • Manage the Local Content database
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholder regarding the Local Content process
    • Document management

 

Procurement Operation Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Information Technology, Mathematics, preferably with skills in data science, data management, statistics
  • Activities:
    • Administrative support in the Procurement process
    • Manage Procurement process report which includes activities, progress, and key metrics
    • Collect and analyse procurement data to generate reports, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide insights to support decision-making

 

SECURITY & EXTERNAL RELATIONS DEPARTMENT

 

Governmental Affairs & Communications Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Social and Political Science, Communication, or other related fields preferably fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English and photo/video editing skills
  • Activities:
    • Political analyses of the current Indonesia’s political dynamic and latest regulation that may affect the Company's business
    • Support in maintaining relations with external stakeholders (e.g. SKK Migas, Government of Indonesia)
    • Support in documentation activities (i.e.: photo and/or video)
    • Support in writing and reviewing company communication materials
    • Support in company events and other communication activities

 

HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT

 

HR Services Intern

  • Background: Graduate from any major
  • Activities:
    • Support in the manpower planning process and preparation of HR business plan
    • Support in the selection, hiring, and onboarding process
    • Support in the formalities processes
    • Support in other administrative tasks and HR activites

 

 

ICT Intern

  • Background: Graduate from Computer Science, Information System, or Engineering
  • Activities:
    • Support the development of company’s internal applications (programming, testing, user requirement, and documentation)
    • Support business and technical applications transition (documentation, progress monitoring, user requirement and training)

 

 

General Affairs Intern

  • Background: Graduate from any major preferably in accounting or economics with intermediate skills in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Activities:
    • Preparation of Work Order, Job Order and other administrative matters related to vendor request services.
    • Account Payable of third party’s vendor activities (invoice processing & checking, accruals, call offs)
    • Budgetary planning and monitoring
