MANAGER - ENVIRONMENTAL
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• To utilize strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to develop and manage environmental programs to ensure the Project compliance with all applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, company's environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
• To coordinate and coach the permitting-reporting-compliance, planning & projects (reclamation), and monitoring functions (inc. the administration) of the Environment Department. Promote a culture of environmental excellence, and to hold all employees accountable for high environmental standards;
• To lease with site senior leadership team and external stakeholders regarding environmental matters. With senior management team develop site environmental objectives and targets based on company policy, identified risk & opportunity, legal compliance and other requirements;
• Accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of Environmental Department functions;
• Coordinate the development and implementation of a formal Environmental Management System (ISO14001) for project operation;
• Coordinate site environmental risk and opportunity management processes;
• Develop environmental objectives and targets for the Environmental Department that are aligned with company and site business requirements;
• Establish and maintain environmental standard and procedures in line with company vision, mission, and commitment reflecting best practices in the mining industry;
• Work closely with senior management to develop appropriate management and permitting strategies so that developments, operational schedules and production targets can be realized;
• Push the provision of advanced technical environmental evaluation and recommendations for major projects, design changes, mine and closure planning, current operating practices, environmental studies and critical monitoring results and trends to the operational groups of the department;
• Continuously monitor and communicate environmental performance through monitoring, audit and inspections programs;
• Conduct investigation and report environmental incidence and maintain effective system of corrective and preventative actions.
• Manage the permitting-reporting-compliance, planning & project (reclamation), monitoring, environmental advisor and administrative functions of the Environment Department;
• Manage department routine and projects annual business planning (budgeting) process (headcount, Opex, Capex, and closure cost), identify issues, and propose improvements;
• Ensure that programs are conducted within approved budgetary constraints;
• Be accountable for approval of purchases and expenditure within the delegated limits of authority;
• Review monthly cost and production against budget, and identify improvement. Reforecast budget if necessary. The budgeting and costing process are assisted by planning and project superintendent;
• Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans;
• Promote and adhere to company methodologies, policies, procedures and standards by consistently maintaining a high quality of work across all allocated functions;
• Oversee development projects, control and direct project status, initiate corrective action to deliver projects on time at cost by ensuring project compliance and quality while identifying improvement opportunities.

What skills and experience do you need?
• Postgraduate technical qualifications in science or engineering with a Master degree in environmental and/or Oceanography (overseas Master Degree of Doctoral Degree Preferable), with 15 years or more professional experience on technical matters pertinent to the open cut mining industry;
• Experiences in Seminar/ journal publications within Environmental aspect national wide/overseas as presenters representing Organization of individual knowledge;
• Member of Indonesian/International Associated of Environmental Organizations ;
• Have minimum 8 years’ experiences in similar role as in Senior Managerial role in Environmental Engineering;
• Have minimum 15 years of experience in environmental compliance, management and monitoring with an emphasis on regulatory programs within the mining (or similar) industry
• Have middle level operational inspector certificate (POM) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
• Have management and supervisory experience with emphasis on training, staff development, and budgetary management; Strong understanding on environmental performance management in mining environment, environment government regulations; Have a working knowledge of Environmental Management System (EMS); Strong understanding on international guidelines related to environmental; Experienced in environmental compliance and management within the mining (similar) industry; Experienced in conducting multiple media environmental sampling and monitoring, reclamation, and/or compliance program. Strong skill in data analysis and statistical analysis;
• Has ISO14001 awareness, auditor training and certification and AMDAL training and certification.

MANAGER SECURITY - SMELTER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for providing leadership in the development and implementation of the overall security strategy of the company through implementation of flexible and high-level security solutions with regards to the protection of all Mine-Smelter assets;
• Leading security members to provide security protection guarantees for company assets, people, equipment and resources as well as continuity of company operations from the possibility of interference from both internal and external;
• Develop, implement and manage the overall Mine-Smelter processes for security strategy and related architecture and engineering standards;
• Align security functions, standards and philosophy with of the Industry Standards and best practices to ensure fit with the overall Mine – Smelter strategy and objectives;
• Oversee the continuous monitoring and protection of assets, facilities, product, personnel and information systems and proactively respond to any perceived risks or breaches;
• Deal with confidential issues and communicate these to stakeholders at the required level;
• Manage security contractor(s) to obtain maximum outputs and adherence to agreed scope of work;
• Develop and implement security policies, standards and guidelines to ensure adherence and compliance to Mine-Smelter security;
• Work closely with all stakeholders in order to understand the Mine’s requirements and regulatory compliance so as to map the requirements to current and future security projects;
• Ensure that the Mine-Smelter conforms to best practices and security industry standards and provide a secure environment;
• Liaise with relevant departments to train departmental personnel on appropriate security standards and policies and contribute towards the achievement of security objectives and safe working environment;
• Undertake negotiation for budgets and financial plans with relevant groups and individuals in ways that build commitment to the plans.
• Review cost management issues and identify improvements.
• Manage Department’s Budget, identify issues, and propose improvements.
• To analyze intelligence information, report and give presentations if needed

What skills and experience do you need?
• Tertiary degree in Risk/Security Management or equivalent from a recognized institution with minimum 15 years’ experience in security management in a large working area and able to lead more than 300 security personnel in the field.
• Have minimum 5 years’ experiences in similar role as Manager Security;
• Have experience in handling private jetty, smelter facilities;
• Have skills surrounding security technologies in the field of face recognition systems, CCTV strategy installation, movement sensors, Access Control and Diamond Control; Sound knowledge of Criminal Procedure Act, Law of Evidence and Security Law; Sound knowledge of Investigation and detection procedures; have basic survival knowledge; able to carry out field inspections; Have high skill and flexibility in communicating, especially with security agencies;
• Have Garda Utama certification,

SUPERINTENDENT OOCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY - SMELTER
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to utilize strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to guide the staff Occupational Health & Safety to achieve full compliance with all legal and other requirements.
• To manage side wide safety operations related issues for all project activities, to hold all employees accountable for high OHS standards, and promote a culture of OHS excellence.
• To manage company objectives and all applicable Government of Indonesia regulatory and permit obligations for OHS, with reporting, compliance, and other statutory requirements.
• To be accountable for the execution of plans/projects in each of these functions and responsible for the training and development of employees in OHS Department.
• To manage and find the solution all operational OHS issues and improves safety performance among organization of site project (including Business Partner).
• To act as a Manager OHS cover sitewide activity during Manager SHLP was not available on site.
• Audits compliance to company safety rules and policies, procedures and programs as well as Indonesian Government requirements.
• Assists Departmental Managers in the implementation/Supervision of Safety/Loss Control activities; Working closely with respective Manager in his area responsibilities to ensure all OHS applied properly.
• Support and work with all stakeholder in OHS Services in the implementation of emergency response procedures in his area of responsibilities.
• Support and work with internal team in the implementation of OHH programs in his area of responsibilities.
• Advises line management regarding safety rules, regulation, trends, statistics and compliance with rules and policies.
• Participate at the accident investigation, observations, safety Interactions, Inspections, Safety meetings to assure that program are working as intended.
• Prepares work schedule and weekly report.
• Ensures compliance with company Standard Task Procedures.
• Assist line supervisor to have observations/Safety Interactions for their positions.
• Provide required resources to achieve the compliance of mine operation safety laws and regulations.
• Analyses data from accident investigations, observations, inspections, and other sources to assure management that programs are working as intended. Proposes alternatives to programs that are not working as intended.
• Implements and maintains Emergency Response Plan Procedures.
• Conduct annual side wide risk register (IBPR) and follow up priority as appropriate
• Manage Site Wide Risk Register and evaluation of the implementation layer audit for Top 10 High Risk to each department involvement
• Responsible to the preparation material (C&P Monthly, MCS, SEE Quarterly Meeting, Board Directors Meeting), etc for management, government and corporate officials.
• Responsible to the preparation and submittal for accident/incident report to Mine Inspector, monthly report OHS information (internal and external), quarterly for DOME and annual reporting of the department’s activities.
• Assist Manager OHS to comply with all the OHS mandatory requirements for Company and business operations.
• Propose and manage section budget and spending as per company policies to achieve efficient operation.
• Monitor and control overhead charges, through interrogation of reports on a monthly basis. Report on variance to the OHS Manager and identify improvement opportunities.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor Degree in Occupational Health & Safety qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 12 years of experience working in Smelter/ Mining or related industries; Post Graduate (Master Degree in OHS) is preferable;
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in managerial role as Superintendent OHS Operations; had operational experience in Health, Safety or Loss Prevention or related field Smelter and or Mining Mineral Processing is preferable;
• Understand Mining and Smelter business process; Understand the mining and construction process involving at least 100 employees.
• Demonstrate HSE skill in mining, milling or heavy industry, engineering, project management, human resource management, training or training development with program implementation; Managed OHS Operational of Mining/ Smelter Processing activity minimum 7 years; Has Emergency Response Team Experience.
• The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system);
• Understand Loss Control Management philosophies; Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard, Knowledge of Internal Audit, Knowledge of SMKP Internal Audit , and the implementations (SMKP, ISO45001, ISO14001, ISPS Port, Security Management System, OHSAS 18001, Safety Auditor, Risk Management process) and government safety regulation; understand about HSE standard on Mining activities; Familiar with Safety management at all levels.

SPECIALIST INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible for assisting in preparing and maintaining the company for IMS/ Integrated Management System (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 9000) Certification. Check the effectiveness of the Integrated Management System and the implementation of the policies and procedures in the IMS to attain company objectives. This role will work closely with the SHLP team and other departments to ensure that safety systems are designed, implemented, and maintained in compliance with government & and company safety regulations;
• To provide technical support to the SHLP department in the areas of safety compliance, risk management, and process safety, ENV for Environmental Management System and Mining QC for Quality Control;
• That in connection with the above, required technical instruction on Application, evaluation, and reporting
• Provide technical support to the SHLP department in the areas of safety compliance, risk management, and process safety
• Implement safety systems, including process safety management programs, hazard analysis, and risk assessments
• Compliance reporting with all the above laws and regulation in timely manner
• Prepare and Create HSLP documents controlled based on Information register, audit and risks assessment findings against standard (SMKP, ISO45001 Management System and Company Safety Management Standard)
• Conduct safety evaluations, including process hazard analyses and safety reviews

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in similar role in Engineering Safety as Specialist Safety - Integrated Management System; Experience in the management of health, safety, and environmental systems more than 5-7th years if preferable;
• Experience in developing and implementing safety systems, including process safety management programs, hazard analysis, and risk assessments; Experience in conducting safety engineering evaluations, including process hazard analyses and safety review; Experience in implementations ISO45001 (or OHSAS 18001), ISO14001 and ISO9000;

SR. SPECIALIST ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE AND WASTE MANAGEMENT
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Responsible to ensure the waste management of the operation meet the government regulations and internal standard by utilizing strong technical skills to develop guidance, program, and implementation. Active seeking of innovative/improvement to promote environmental high performance to achieve full compliance with all legal and other requirements.
• To ensure the environmental compliance with all applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, commitments specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans and other obligations especially for the waste management (Hazardous waste and Non-hazardous waste).
• To support projects and/or research to improve environmental performance and understanding, reduce environmental risk, and/or to meet/exceed standard criteria set by Government Regulations and company
• To create compliance report of environmental performance in accordance with the government regulation, permit and other obligations.
Operation Coordination:
• Support the Superintendent in organizing and supervision of the staff and program in CRI section including the staff performance assessment, training needs and development;
• Review and monitor the operational environmental management and monitoring activities, including the result of regular environmental management inspection conducted by SHE Representative team and provide report of non-compliance issues to the management level.
• Provide technical support and recommendation/corrective actions of non-compliance or environmental incident, and coordinate with areas to follow up the recommendation.
• Manage the non-hazardous waste and hazardous waste/LB3 handling, including by identify possibility of reducing the B3 material usage (through chemical review procedure), provide treatment/disposal method of B3 waste and support the area/department operational personnel on B3 waste storage (storage and shelter operator).
• Conduct/organize due diligence audit of B3 waste to external business partner to ensure the compliance with applicable regulations.
• Coordinate and liaise the external party (government inspection, consultant/auditor) site visit with related area representative regarding the environmental inspection, field verification and audit. Provide the required follow up action distribution and tracking the progress for reporting purpose.
• Ensure environmental compliance data base of LB3 are verified and maintained appropriately and reviewed to support reporting compliance (RKL/RPL, Permitting and regulations requirement) and provide environmental control actions required to improve environmental performance or reduce environmental risk.
• Ensure original data and other hard copy (forms, waste manifest, log books, report) are maintained and properly documented according to document control procedures.
• Provide environmental input for management reviews and reports, to ensure that emerging environmental issues are addressed and managed in compliance manner.
Environmental Management System
• Have a working knowledge of the ISO14001, PTAMNT Environmental Management System (EMS) and Environmental Performance Standards.
• Participate and facilitate in the Environmental Risk and Opportunity (Aspect Impact) review, Internal Audit and support EMS implementation program (legal review, preventive and corrective action management).
• Review internal operational environmental standards/procedures as required, support developing compliance implementation program including for new facility/project,
• Ensure the compliance of environmental programs to all applicable Government of Indonesia regulations, requirements specified in the Environmental Permit, Environmental Management and Monitoring Plans, company's environmental commitments and objectives, and other obligations.
COMPLIANCE
• Ensure that the company fulfils its environmental reporting obligations to the Government of Indonesia, Lenders and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the data collection/report from other departments in accordance to RKL/RPL and permitting requirements and meet the reporting submission targets.
• Manage and coordinate environmental regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly and semesterly) operational report to be submitted timely.
• Support data and report submission for regular government evaluation (PROPER, ESDM, SIMPEL and other Environmental Online reporting, etc).
• Other duties as assigned
Reporting
• Ensure that the company fulfils its environmental reporting obligations to the Government of Indonesia, Lenders and other stakeholders.
• Ensure the data collection/report from other departments in accordance to RKL/RPL and permitting requirements and meet the reporting submission targets.
• Manage and coordinate environmental regular (weekly, monthly, quarterly and semesterly) operational report to be submitted timely.
• Support data and report submission for regular government evaluation (PROPER, ESDM, SIMPEL and other Environmental Online reporting, etc).
• Other duties as assigned;
Budget & Cost
• Provide input for budgeting process base on the regulation requirement such as competencies training (PJ PPA, PJ PPU) and/or facility permit requirement (technical standard of PROPER).
• Provide inputs to Supt. CRI regarding annual budget for Environmental Compliance to ensure timely and affective completion of all compliance program. Proposed budget must account for maintenance, business travelling, training courses and other consumables.
• Prepare Contract process (CR, bidding and BAR) for contracted services (Haz. Waste processing, TPS LB3 operator) and track invoices payment to ensure that programs are conducted within approved budgetary constraints.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor’s degree in environmental engineering and/or science related field with 10 years’ experience conducting environmental compliance related activities or equivalent experience obtained in the mining (or similar) industry;
• Have minimum 4 years’ experiences in similar role as Sr. Specialist/ Sr. Engineer Environmental Compliance and Waste Management
• Experienced in legal, standard auditing and multiple other media related to environmental compliance and permitting program.
• Have knowledge in Environmental Management System: ISO14001 awareness and auditor training and certification; Environmental Regulations in Indonesia Mining Industry: Water and/or Energy Manager, AMDAL training, certification and training Waste management/handling (PJOI PLB3).
• Hold an operational inspector certificate or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of positions (Pengawas Operasional Madya); poses relevant technical inspector certificate;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate; Strong computer skills and be competent in all Microsoft Office software programs, as well as project-specific software.
SENIOR ENGINEER – FIRE EMERGENCY SERVICES
(National - Site Based)
Some of your duties will include:
• Support for ensuring the effective operation, maintenance, and readiness of all fire emergency equipment, systems, and protocols within the organization. Reporting to the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent, this role plays a critical role in safeguarding the well-being of employees, visitors, and property by preparing for and responding to fire emergencies; Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs;
• Equipment Maintenance and Inspection:
- Conduct regular inspections, testing, and maintenance of fire protection equipment, including fire alarms, sprinkler systems, fire extinguishers, emergency lighting, and hydrants.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and industry standards in all maintenance activities.
• Emergency Response Planning:
- Collaborate with the Fire Emergency Services Superintendent to develop, update, and implement comprehensive emergency response plans and evacuation procedures.
- Participate in fire drills, simulations, and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Conducts emergency response planning including: conducting research for the development of building pre-fire plans, conducting company building fire prevention inspections and familiarization, and assisting Fire Prevention with occasional fire inspections and other related duties.
• System Troubleshooting and Repairs:
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to fire protection systems and equipment promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous functionality.
- Coordinate with external contractors when necessary for complex repairs and system upgrades.
• Training and Education:
- Provide training to employees on fire safety practices, including fire prevention, evacuation procedures, and proper use of fire extinguishers.
- Conduct workshops and informational sessions to raise awareness about fire safety and emergency response.
• Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of all equipment inspections, maintenance activities, repairs, and testing results.
- Prepare regular reports detailing the status of fire protection systems and any recommended actions for improvement.
• Regulatory Compliance:
- Assists the Superintendent FES in implementing Emergency Response activities and programs.
- Stay current with local, national, and international fire safety codes, regulations, and standards, and ensure that the organization remains compliant with all requirements. Be responsible for the safety, work standard and discipline of all FES operational and non-operational personnel. Ensuring that measurable levels of competency are maintained to all workgroups within the FES and that Governmental compliance is maintained with regard to any matter pertaining to FES personnel.
- Contribute to the formulating and development of work safety standards, development, implementation and influence behavioural change to ensure compliance and avoidance of risk-taking behaviour amongst FES personnel.
- Provide a systematic application of management policies, procedures and practices to the task of identifying, analyzing, evaluating, treating and monitoring risk. Formulate and suggest program policies and procedures for management review.
- Support the development of strategies and policies that contribute to the delivery of the organization’s objectives.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as Facilities Management and Occupational Health and Safety, to integrate fire safety measures into broader health and safety initiatives.
• Emergency Response Leadership:
- Assist in coordinating emergency response efforts during fire incidents, providing technical expertise and support to ensure the safety of all personnel.
- Liaise with external emergency services (fire department, EMS, etc.) when necessary.
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor's degree in OHS Engineering/ Fire Protection Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. Relevant certifications such as Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) are a plus.
• Proven experience min 10 years in Fire Emergency Services area , including the protection system maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response management system and compliance; Has 4 years experiences in the related position as a Sr. Engineer - Fire Emergency Services;
• In-depth knowledge of fire safety codes, standards, and regulations.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex fire protection system issues; Excellent communication skills to effectively convey fire safety information to individuals at all levels of the organization; Proficiency in using fire safety equipment and tools./ Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional departments; Physical fitness and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks during emergency drills and response.
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate;
What skills and experience do you need?
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental qualifications or relevant qualifications with minimum 5 years’ OHS experience in Construction Project Development & Facilities Services industry.
• Minimum of 4 years experiences in the related position as a Representative/ Specialist Safety.
• The candidate should possess HSE System Trainings (Investigation, Risk Assessment or other HSE Trainings supported the system); Certified HSE Inspector (AK3 Umum by Kemenaker Tran) and Methodology Level-3 Train the trainer;
• Have strong knowledge about safety, health & environment standard (SMK3, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 14001:2015, Safety Auditor, Risk Management process) and government safety regulation; Demonstrated reporting and presentation capabilities;
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills; good in coaching/mentoring; good analytical; conflict resolution;
• Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate
