We are challenging the Experts to join us in the position of:
31. Senior Engineer Electrical (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Develop, prepare and recommend electrical engineering design, project plan and target based on FEED/EPCI phase; Monitor and conduct electrical engineering strategic plan and detailed design according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of project phase as guideline; Monitor, review and coordinate OLNG electrical engineering including specification development and project schedule with related department in order to ensure availability of integrated OLNG electrical engineering project plan;
• Compile and prepare Work Program & Budget and Authorization for Expenditure (AFE) based on SKKMIGAS requirement including its supporting documents; Conduct and support internal approval process as well as approval from SKKMIGAS; Assist and prepare process and document as required to get approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS; Implement, review and recommend strategy to accelerate the approval process to ensure complete and accurate OLNG electrical engineering budget and project schedule submission;
• Review, analyze and report any change occurrence in electrical engineering OLNG; Implement and monitor MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; Coordinate and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure any changes arisen in electrical engineering OLNG is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;
• Provide review and analysis on electrical engineering tenders document and process; Provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors; Coordinate and conduct Contractors/Vendors manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed electrical engineering and preparation in order to provide recommendations for electrical engineering in OLNG contract and tender process and its terms and conditions;
• Monitor and review Contractors’ works related to OLNG electrical installation in overall OLNG project with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of project phase; Analyze and recommend solution on any issues and arisen problems; Create and prepare report OLNG electrical installation status for related department in order to ensure OLNG electrical installation meet engineering/technical standards (DEP), and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall OLNG electrical installation.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical/ Instrumentation Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in installing electrical system within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. LNG design and/or project exposure preferred
32. Senior Engineer Process, Automation, Control & Optimization (OLNG)
JOB ROLES
• Review, analyze and recommend detailed process automation and control solution engineering for OLNG project; Develop conceptual, and detailed engineering, process automation and control solution and design (as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards, and internal standards); Review and recommend plans and procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management, process automation and control to ensure process automation and control solution can optimize operation in OLNG project based on common engineering practice, HSSE and company expectation;
• Support all related department on process automation and control solution integration and application, instrumentation specification, configuration, validation of process equipment, process automation and control system; Provide technical guidelines in execution of the Abadi projects related to process automation and control to address project needs during project;
• Work with FEED Contractor to develop, review and estimate resources needed in process automation and control solution; Provide expert technical advice in the forms of discipline peer reviews, technical input and / or support of OLNG project; Assist and cooperate with other technical disciplines (process, instrumentation, safety, mechanical, electrical) to ensure resources in the project are align with project need and project target can be achieved on time;
• Prepare and compile technical document for process automation and control solution engineering contract; Assist and monitor procurement process automation and control solution engineering contract; Provide solutions to queries from contractors; Review and analyze contractor’s technical specification to ensure contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule;
• Provide expertise and recommendation on risk assessment for OLNG Facilities; Compile, documented and analyze equipment specification, data sheets, request for quotations, and technical bid evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets performance requirements and ensure project safety, maintainability and operability;
• Participate in P&ID, Hazops, SIL review to ensure the instrumentation and control design (SIS, FGS) meet the safety design requirements; Minimize the human interface as barrier in design;
• Monitor, compile and review process automation and control solution best practice in other OLNG projects; Recommend and apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials; Monitor and report change occurrence in OLNG project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks to ensure interface management of each arisen change in OLNG project is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in process engineering within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. LNG project exposure is required.
33. Mechanical Superintendent (Static / Piping)
JOB ROLES
• Manage and coordinate the team in providing input for design mechanical piping parts (including piping component and system, pressure vessel, bolted flange joint) in relation to parts stresses; Evaluate and establish main selection criteria and design codes for mechanical piping parts; Prepare and establish the main operational considerations for mechanical piping parts and systems; Evaluate and identify common failure modes found in mechanical piping; Decide the steps that must be taken to resolve the problem to ensure mechanical piping parts and systems according to project design, project specification and HSSE requirements;
• Review project specification developed during FEED that used to design Pressure Vessel, mechanical equipment and piping;
• Manage and coordinate team in reviewing the detail design of mechanical static parts (including Heat Exchangers, Cryogenic Exchanger, Heaters and Fired Heater Equipment, Valves/ Pressure Safety Valves (PSV), Storage Tanks, Flare System) for OLNG project; selection criteria and design codes; operational considerations; common failure modes; maintenance requirements of heat exchangers to ensure the spare parts are in accordance with the project design, project specification & HSSE standard;
• Manage the team in providing mechanical (static/piping) technical inputs; Evaluate and establish technical recommendation in tenders related to Onshore LNG plant (OLNG) development project; Maintain good communication and coordination with Contractors; Monitor and review Contractors performance in order to select the appropriate contractors and Contractors deliverables according to contract;
• Coordinate and prepare mechanical (static/piping) work program and budget including its supporting documents; Manage to get all required approval from the Head Quarters, Management, Business Partners, and SKKMIGAS and provide direction and strategy to accelerate the approval process; to ensure the SKKMIGAS administrative requirement is accomplished and approved within the timeline as a basis of cost recovery;
• Monitor process and evaluate plant layout and 3D models; Establish Mechanical and structure engineering input on risk assessment for OLNG Facilities; Monitor and review mechanical equipment specification, data sheets, Request for Quotations, and Technical Bid Evaluations provided by Contractor to ensure each equipment meets process design and performance requirements and ensure project safety, maintainability and operability;
• Monitor and evaluate best practice in other OLNG projects; Recommend and apply technology best practices during designing and selecting the equipment and materials; Manage any change occurrence in OLNG project, implementation of MOC policy and procedures, relevant documentations, and records as tracking system; monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change in OLNG project is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact to overall project schedule and cost;
• Ensure both FEED design output competitively meet Company requirements, and all technical intellectual property is kept as confidential information.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering. Advanced degree in Mechanical/Machinery Engineering is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in upstream Oil and Gas Industry. LNG plant Mechanical Engineer Project and Operation experiences are required.
34. Senior Engineer Rotating Equipment (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Provide technical aspects inputs and technical aspects evaluation in project tenders related to FPSO development especially in Rotating Equipment Engineering, provide technical advice related to FPSO project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;
• Review and monitor the Contractor’s works in executing FPSO development project especially in Rotating Equipment engineering with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information; Review, and monitor Contractor’s deliverables and submit the evaluation result to the Contractor;
• Monitor and review FPSO Rotating Equipment procurement, working progress, quality and standards; Solve any issues and problems, in order to achieve the target and meet determined quality and standards;
• Monitor and evaluate FPSO Rotating Equipment engineering/technical aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in all phases of project, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation for FPSO Rotating Equipment meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;
• Provide expertise input for risk assessment in engaging with FPSO Contractors/Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mechanical Static & Piping engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO mechanical engineering;
• Monitor and control in setting up plans and/or procedures related to the operations and/or integrity management for rotating equipment;
• In coordination with other Group, Provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select rotary machinery, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED including technical interface and technical integration for Masela block.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in technical science or engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
35. Civil / Structural / Painting / Insulation Superintendent
JOB ROLES
• Control FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & insulation engineering project plan, strategy and target and approved FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering design in the FEED project phase; provide recommendations of FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering (coverage FPSO topside electrical/ machinery/mechanical engineering) strategic plan, detailed design and detailed project plan and target according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for each of Engineering Procurement Construction and Installation (EPCI) project phase as guideline; develop and propose FPSO Civil, Structure, Painting & Insulation engineering project schedule to other Groups and Departments; in order to ensure availability of integrated FPSO Civil, Structure,
• Painting & Insulation engineering project plan;
• Control engineering excellence on the Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering aspects of FPSO production system consisting of its philosophy, principles, strategy, plan and standards as well as the integration among process as guidelines;
• Lead the team in evaluate Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering aspects on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed/occurred in the FEED phase, its impact to the integration of the overall production system process and performance; provide technical justification and recommendation related to those aspects based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles;
• Control and monitor Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering assurance implementation to overall production system in the FEED phase according to determined national and international standards;
• Evaluate early identification and tracking system and tools of any deviation and potential risk in Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation of production system; develop, monitor and evaluate mechanical engineering database of production system interface and integration, maintain and record data, information, and documentation related to any deviation occurrence both in Company and in Contractors;
• Lead the team and coordinate other Group, provide advanced expertise and knowledge to select study, its methods, and conduct specific studies and researches previous and after FEED and EPCI related to Structure, Civil, Painting and Insulation engineering including technical interface and technical integration.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Minimum 13 years experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
36. Senior Engineer Process, Automation, Control & Optimisation (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Develop detailed Process Automation and Control Engineering for FEED and EPC in Abadi project; Perform conceptual, FEED, and detailed engineering, process automation and control solution and design as per design basis, project specifications, design codes and standards, and internal standards; Setting up plans and procedures related to the operations management, process automation and control to ensure process automation and control solution can optimized process in Abadi project based on common engineering practice, HSSE and company target;
• Assist engineers and all related department on process automation and control solution application, instrumentation specification, configuration, validation of process equipment, process automation and control system; Provide technical guidelines in execution of the Abadi projects related to process automation and control to address project needs during project;
• Create and estimate resources needed in process automation and control solution; Provide expert technical advice in the forms of discipline peer reviews, technical input and / or support of Abadi project, whether executed internal or by contractors/ third party; Cooperate with other technical disciplines: process, instrumentation, safety, mechanical, electrical to ensure resources in the project are align with project need and project target can be achieved on time;
• Prepare technical document for Process Automation and Control Engineering contract; Assist and monitor procurement process for Process Automation and Control Engineering contract; Provide solutions to queries from contractors; Review and analyze contractors technical specification to ensure contractor deliver on time based on contracts and project schedule.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering, or equivalent. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years experiences in installing instrumentation system within hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
37. Mooring Systems Superintendent
JOB ROLES
• Evaluate and control FPSO Mooring System engineering plan in the FEED project phase; Advise of FPSO Mooring System FPSO Mooring System engineering plan according to knowledge, best practices and engineering principles for project phase as guideline; Evaluate and control FPSO Mooring System project schedule to other Groups and Departments; in order to ensure integrity of FPSO Mooring System including interfaces;
• Control and monitor FPSO Mooring System capital expenditures (CAPEX) and project schedule as an input in annual budget and authorization for expenditures (AFE) to be submitted to SKK Migas; to ensure complete and accurate FPSO Mooring System CAPEX and project schedule submission;
• Control and evaluate FPSO Mooring System in the EPCI tenders, and lead the team to provide technical inputs and technical evaluation related to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to FPSO project contract preparation and its terms and conditions;
• Provide risk assessment and set technical inputs in engaging with FPSO Contractors/ Vendors, conduct manufacturing facilities visit to gather information that support detailed FPSO Mooring System engineering and preparation, and to obtain feedback on manufacturing limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. for input into EPCI project phases related to FPSO Mooring System;
• Monitor, coordinate and evaluate Contractors’ works related to FPSO Mooring System construction and installation in overall FPSO project execution including interface and integration with respect to detailed engineering design, data input, and information in the each of EPCI project phase; provide solution on any issues and arisen problems; set up communication of FPSO Mooring System installation status with other FPSO Group, SURF and HSSE; in order to ensure FPSO Mooring System installation meet engineering/technical standards, and minimize/mitigate unpredictable risk for overall FPSO Mooring System installation;
• Control and monitor FPSO Mooring System risks on any change and/or deviation of elements, specification, process, system, and others that are proposed in the each of EPCI phases, implementation of Company MOC policy and procedures, related justification and determination of change approval; in order to ensure any change and/or deviation FPSO Mooring System comply with Company policy and procedures, and meet HSSE requirements and standards and engineering principles.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineering, Civil/ Structural Engineering or any other relevant Faculty.
• A minimum of 13 years of working experiences. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
38. Senior Engineer Integration (FPSO)
JOB ROLES
• Monitor management of integration best practices in oil and gas project development around the world, and develop and propose engineering integration consisting of methodologies, policy and procedures, standards, etc., for overall project activities as integration guidelines; to ensure available standards and/or adopted standards for engineering integration of FPSO production system as guidelines;
• Administer integration, act as person in charge (PIC) for change issues, and ensure project changes are identified, documented, reported, and monitored to closure;
• Review, monitor and evaluate the implementation of integration methodology, policy and procedures, standards, etc. on arisen change in project activities, and monitor interface communication among related Parties, issues, and potential risks; to ensure interface management of each arisen change is implemented properly within the timelines, and minimize unpredictable change impact;
• Develop and/or implement early identification and tracking system and tools of all potential changes, develop and maintain change registers and issue reports as well as log and track all changes and their status including closed items.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• Minimum 10 years in Project Engineering within upstream hydrocarbon or manufacturing industry. FPSO and/ or FLNG project experiences are preferred.
39. Senior Subsea Production System Engineer
JOB ROLES
• Influence team members and contractors to deliver FEED successfully. Responsible for contribution and assurance of the Subsea Production System scope in key project deliverables.
• Provide technical expertise which include contributions and assurance of the SURF FEED deliverables relating to Subsea Production System facilities. Define the subsea choke design and supplier selection pool to accommodate life of filed service for the Abadi high rate, high thermal cycle operations. Responsible for advancing certain SURF In-house deliverables from previous project work.
• Manage project value drivers during decision making and managing threats and risks within the scope and cost promises established at FEED contract award. Provide contribution on hazard management to the SPS portion of the project integrating with contractor and HSSE & Sustainability Team.
• Contribute and assure on subsea facility design decisions balancing tradeoffs between manufacturing, fabrication, integration, and installation. Collaborate with EPCI suppliers to optimize the total installed EPCI cost.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science, preferably in Marine Engineering. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Subsea project experiences are required.
40. Senior Engineer Umbilical Riser and Flowline
JOB ROLES
• Provide technical contributions and assurance to FEED deliverables in the area of Flowline Systems, Riser Systems, Umbilical and Subsea Distribution Systems. Provide expertise relate to hydraulic analysis, subsea material selection, manufacturing and fabrication, offshore installation, pre commissioning and commissioning of associated flowline, riser and umbilical systems during EPCI. Responsible for advancing certain URF related In-house deliverables from previous project work.
• Provide contribution to SURF FEED ITT tender documents, and manage project value drivers during decision making, working within the scope and cost promises established at contract award. Provide Hazard Management contributions to the URF portion of the project integrating with contractor and In-house HSSE resources.
• Coordinate with EPCI Contractor including Integrated SURF EPCI Supplier and Flexible Riser Supplier in particular to optimize the total installed EPCI cost.
Responsible for contribution to the local content capability and gap closure plans for local pipe mill suppliers. Under SCM Team coordination, integrate between materials, welding and gas export pipeline resources.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or any other Technical Sciences.
• A minimum of 10 years with at least 8 years in the Oil and Gas industry. Having minimum 5 years of Subsea project experience. EPCI subsea project experience is preferable.
