ESP SPECIALIST

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max. 45 years old.
• Min.Diploma (D3)degree in engineering (electrical or mechanical is preferred) from reputable university.
• Min. 8 years field experience related with Electric Submersible Pumping/ ESP.
• Having knowledge and experience of ESP products originating from Schlumberger.
• Strong HSE culture and Familiar working based on SOP.
• Good knowledge on computer literacy for ESP system equipment selection and sizing applications.
• Able for installation, testing, commissioning, troubleshoot, maintenance, repairing and dismantling of downhole & surface ESP system (ESP unit, downhole sensor, cable, cable penetrator, VSD, transformer, etc.)
• Able to monitor ESP system performance, investigate problem and problem solving.
• Able to give technical recommendation to improve ESP system performance.
• Able to review and give input on ESP design & WO/WS procedure.
• Able to assist and supervise WS/ WO job and have experience on rig floor operation.
• Familiar with well completion equipment (packer, Y tool, shroud, etc.)
• Able doing inventory, ordering and QC of equipment, tool and consumable related to ESP & well completion.
• Able to carry out technical evaluation of tenders or purchasing.
• Able and willing to give training, sharing knowledge and experience regarding ESP & related equipment to another employee.
• Have good relationship with ESP company and always update ESP technology.
• Able to make structured reports.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English, both oral and written.

WORKOVER SPECIALIST

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max.45 years old.
• Min. High school diploma with engineering background from reputable institution or university.
• Having valid relevant professional certification.
• Min.10 years field experience related with workover, wellhead, wellsite operations, etc.
• Strong HSE culture and Familiar working based on SOP.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa and English, both oral and written.
• Hardworking, detail oriented & able to work in a team, dynamic and pro-active.
• Willing to be placed in Bula Field, Seram Island, East of Indonesia with on call basis schedule.

ASSISTANT HSSE & PR MANAGER

Requirements

• Indonesian passport holder/ citizen with max. 50 years old.
• Min. bachelor’s degree in engineering/ Technical/ Occupational Health and Safety or Environmental
• Min. 10 years working experience in HSSE include but not limits to Security, Government & Public Relations, CSR, and Permits function.Min. 5 years’ experience in PSC, Project Development/ Construction of oil and gas industry.
• Strong, wide, and extensive in various onshore and offshore oil and gas project development/ construction experiences.
• Hold certificate for International/National OHS Certification (i.e., NEBOSH, AK3 Umum, AK3 Migas, etc.)
• Strong knowledge in International HSE and related code, practice, and standards (API, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001, etc.), Government of Indonesia HSE regulation (Migas, Depnaker, KLH), HAZID, HAZOP or other Risk Management tools
• Familiar in development and implementation of Project HSE Management System.
• Have strong and experience project support managerial skills.
• Able to communicate in Indonesian and English, both oral and written.
• Competency in Microsoft applications packages including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Hardworking, detail oriented & able to work in a team, dynamic and pro-active.
• Sound understanding of modern risk-based approach and risk assessment techniques in oil and gas industries.
• Experience in develop or implement HSSE management systems.
• Proven experience in training personnel through courses, workshops, job safety analysis, HAZOP, HIRA and other related HSE assessment.
• Proven history of HSSE Planning, Training and Auditing.
• Experience in communication and reporting to SKK MIGAS, DITJEN MIGAS including but not limited to Ministry of Environment, Forestry, Manpower and POLRI.
• Good knowledge of HSSE national and international standards applicable to the oil and gas industry.
• A demonstrable strong commitment to HSSE management system implementation.
• Previous working experience as Public Relations Specialist for 5 years.
• A proven track record of successful PR campaigns.           
• Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
• Aptitude in presentation and public speaking.
• Familiar with the permit process of PPKH / Forestry Permit, ISPS Code Permit, Access Road Permit, Jetty Permit, Environmental Permit, Explosive Permit include itsrequirements and obligations.

Condition Monitoring Engineer

COMO Engineers have knowledge and skills in analyzing specific problems and problems to find the best technical and/or professional solutions. Conduct regular physical inspections of running plants and alert of any anomalies, which may impact plant performance and availability. Analyze efficiency test results and recommend changes to operating procedures/regimes to improve plant performance. Minimum 5 years experience with a mechanical engineering background

Diesel Engine Technician

Reciprocating Machine Technicians have skills in disassembling, cleaning, inspecting, reworking parts, assembling, and testing these machines and manufacturer-installed components and accessories. These technicians are well versed in safe work practices, rules and regulations, and quality assurance systems that impact their jobs and workplaces. A minimum of 5 years of experience with a minimum D3 mechanical educational background is typically required for this position. Additionally, receiving machine technicians should have a strong understanding of troubleshooting techniques and the ability to interpret technical drawings and manuals. They are also responsible for documenting their work and maintaining accurate records of repairs and maintenance activities.

Electrical Technician

Professional Qualifications :

• Min. D3 /S1 in Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering Experienced in electrical Equipment maintenance 10 years in similar position
• Electrical Migas certification
• Has working experience 10 years, included 7 years in Oil & Gas or Petrochemical Industry
• Has Positive attitude, adaptive and respectful of their team
• Has a strong teamwork skill; good communication and leadership
• Has familiar with English written and verbal
• Has familiar with occupational and process safety
• Experienced in Field Devices, troubleshoot for (Motor, transformer, switchgear, MCC, Generator & Lighting facilities
• Experienced in calibration Relay protection for electrical safety device system
• Experienced and understanding in Control and Measurement resistance value of grounding bonding system
• Experienced and understanding in Safety Lightning protection device and Circuit breaker system
• Experienced and understanding in Electrical wiring design System
• Excellent to reading technical drawing; single line diagram, loop drawing 8 schematic diagram.
• Familiar with Forcing / Bypassed / Override / inhibited
• Experienced or have good knowledge in electrical Equipment maintenance (Main Circuit Control, panel System, Switchgear Transformer ‚Generator and Motor drive.)
• Experienced Fire alarm systems.
• Experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting UPS
• Familiar with synchronizing power generators
• Placement in Musi Banyuasin (Rawa Field)

TL ICE ( Duri Project )

• Kualifikasi minimum untuk posisi ini adalah

1. Sarjana (S1) jurusan teknik elektro atau instrumentasi dengan 5 tahun pengalaman kerja atau
2. Sarjana Muda (D3) jurusan teknik elektro atau teknik instrumentensi  dengan 7 tahun kerja.

• Pengalaman kerja harus berhubungan dengan pemeliharaan fasilitas kelistrikan di operasi utama industri Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas , yang meliputi pekerjaan pemeliharaan peralatan kelistrikan, instrumentasi, control system . Pengetahuan yg baik tentang motor , transformer , electrical circuit and control,, breaker,UPS dan Sistem proteksi, memiliki kemampuan menggunakan hand tools, alat ukur listrik, memahami tentang P&ID, wiring diagram dan memahami manual book, memahami instrument device seperti pressure switch , thermocouple, transmitter , RTD, PLC , DCS, control valve ,flow meter, Hart Communicator, pengetahuan tentang kalibrasi.
• Memiliki Sertifikat SKTTK  Level 4 PLTG untuk Instrumentasi atau Electrical
• Memiliki Minimal  Sertifikat K3 Teknisi Listrik
• Punya kemampuan untuk mengatur dan menganalisa program pemeliharaan peralatan listrik dan instrumentasi  termasuk juga material yang diperlukan.
• Punya kemampuan untuk mengatur dan mengawasi pegawai yang berada dibawahnya untuk melakukan pekerjaan dengan selamat, tepat waktu dan memenuhi spesifikasi. Memberikan nasehat dan penghargaan, melakukan pembinaan dan mentor kepada bawahan
• Punya pengalaman dalam Planning dan scheduling job dan pengalaman menggunakan CMMS ( JDE , Maximo ,SAP dll)
• Memiliki kemampuan computer minimal MS Office.Mampu membuat schedule kerja, Pengetahuan K3L yg baik, mampu membuat PTW, JSA ,SRP. , report hasil pekerjaan

Senior Technician ( Duri Project )

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan D3/S1  Teknik Elektro, Teknik Fisika Instrumentasi
• Pengalaman  keja Min 5 Tahun untuk D3 dan 3 tahun untuk S1
• Pengalaman kerja harus berhubungan dengan pemeliharaan fasilitas kelistrikan dan Instrumentasidi operasi utama industri Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas , yang meliputi pekerjaan pemeliharaan peralatan kelistrikan, instrumentasi, control system . Pengetahuan yg baik tentang motor , transformer , electrical circuit and control,, breaker,UPS dan Sistem proteksi, memiliki kemampuan menggunakan hand tools, alat ukur listrik, memahami tentang P&ID, wiring diagram dan memahami manual book, memahami instrument device seperti pressure switch , thermocouple, transmitter , RTD, PLC , DCS, control valve ,flow meter, Hart Communicator, pengetahuan tentang kalibrasi

Document Control ICE  ( Duri Project )

Kualifikasi:

• Pendidikan Minimal D3 Teknik Elektro atau Fisika Instrumentasi
• Pengalaman  min 2 tahun dibidang Instrumentasi dan Electrical
• Memilliki Pengetahuan tentang alat ukur listrik ,  hand tools ,alat ukur Instrumentasi  seperti kalibrator  , Hart comunicator dll
• Memiliki pemahaman tentang PM & PdM  Terkait Instrumentasi dan Electrical
• Kemampuan memahami P&ID , PFD > electrical wiring dan  manual instruction
• Kemampuan Komputer minimal MS Office.
• Memiliki kemampuan melakukan tools inventory dan pengecekan serta function test tools Instrumentasi , electrical
• Mampu membuat programn regular inventory dan  pengecekan  tools  serta reportnya dlam database.
• Mampu membuatkan data base hasil PM /PDM dan mengupdate secara rutin.
• Mampu menata dokument2 technical Instrumentasi dan electrical baik hardcopy maupun softfile dan juga data K3L terkait Instrumentasi & electrical
• Memiliki Pemaham K3 L, PTW , JSA dll

• Kemampuan kordinasi dengan personil  lain  dalam satu tim maupun tim lain

Inventory Management & Purchase Officer ( Duri Project )

Kualifikasi :

• Pendidikan Minimal D3 Teknik
• Pengalaman 2 tahun dalam hal Inventory management dan purchasing part Maintenance
• Memiliki pengetahuan tentang CMMS
• Memiliki kemapuan MS office yg baik serta system database
• Kemampuan kordinasi dengan personil  lain  dalam satu tim maupun tim lain
• Memahami  program K3L dan KAM yang sudah ditentukan oleh Perusahaan
• Memiliki kemampuan memastikan keperluan spare parts/material/consumable berada dalam jumlah yang tepat untuk mendukung kegiatan pemeliharaan
• Kemampuan mencek jumlah spare parts/material/consumable yang ada tersimpan di warehouse baik lewat system CMMS ( SAP , JDE , Maximo ) maupun y gada tersimpan di Shop/Gudang Tim pemeliharaan.
• Mampu melakukan  identifikasi keperluan spare parts/material/consumable yang baru baik jumlah , harga referensi maupun spesifikasi .
• Mampu menyiapkan dokumen dan data-data yang diperlukan untuk pembelian material yang akan dilakukan oleh Tim RENHAR/LAKDAN.
• Kemampuan melakukan  evaluasi secara berkala (6 bulanan / tahunan) proses inventori dan pembeliaan barang yang sudah dilakukan.
• Kemampuan melakukan dokumentasi kegiatan inventori dan pembelian barang baik secara hardcopy maupun digital.
• Kemampuan melakukan tindakan yang diperlukan untuk memastikan pembelian barang dapat diterima tepat waktu
• Kemampuan  koordinasi rapat Team Improvement di tim terkait   ( Tim Pemeliharaan, Renhar , Lakdan )dan membuat notulensi rapat.
