PT Baramulti Suksessarana Tbk (Company) was incorporated in 1990 and started its operations in coal trading activities. In 2011, the company began to produce its own coal in the Production Operation Mining Permit (IUP OP) area, namely at Loa Janan, Kutai Kartanegara, East Kalimantan.

The Company then entered into a strategic partnership with The Tata Power Limited, the largest integrated power company in India, in the following year, 2012. This year also marked the Company’s move to conduct its initial public offering at the Indonesia Stock Exchange with ticker code BSSR.

Our subsidiaries, PT Antang Gunung Meratus (AGM) owns coal Mining Business Permit based on Coal Mining Contract of Work (CCoW) 2nd generation with Mining areas of 22.433 Ha at Tapin, South Kalimantan. AGM started its production in 1999.

1. Fix Plant Mechanic Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. Diploma Degree in mechanical engineering

• Have 3-5 years of working experience as supervisor

• Excellence knowledge in handling maintenance of crusher, conveyor, etc

• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus point

• Location based: East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan

2. Bekantan & Biodiversity Specialist

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in forestry or related field from a reputable university

• Have min. 3-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Bekantan / Orang Utan / Primate Conservation or relevant field

• Have experience in planning & support management on conservation areas

• Good leadership, skill, and ability to work with variety og skilled technical staffs, and government representatives

• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint)

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable

• Location based: South Kalimantan

3. Procurment Supervisor

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in Industrial/Mining/Mechanical Engineering/Supply Chain Management or related field from a reputable university

• Have 3-5 years of working experiences as procurement, preferable has experience in Mining Industry or Heavy Equipment Industry

• Have knowledge about the procurement process and experience handle purchasing of spare parts, fuel, and heavy machinery

• Have a good communication and negotiation skills

• Have excellent skills in analytical, interpersonal, problem solving, planning, and organizing

• Have driving license (SIM A)

• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint) and SAP/Ellipse

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable

• Location based: East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan

4. Reclamation Supervisor :

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in related field from a reputable university

• Have min. 3-5 years experience at same position, preferable has experience in Mining Industry

• Have knowledge in Good Mining Practice and K3LH

• Have knowledge and experience about PROPER

• Handle reclamation & revegetation process

• Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, & Powerpoint)

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is a plus

• Location based: East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan

• 8-2 roster for supervisor options only available for candidate outside East Kalimantan hire

5. Surveyor Spv :

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of Geodetic Engineer

• Have min. 3 years of experience in the same field

• Familiar with survey topography

• Have knowledge in measurement instrument

• Have knowledge in surveying software

• Understand basic principal of survey and mapping

• Have Juru Ukur Tambang and POP Certification would be plus

• Location based: East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan

6. Land Acquisition Supervisor

Requirements:

• Latar belakang pendidikan minimal S1 Hukum

• Usia Maksimal 35 Tahun.

• Memiliki pengalaman kerja di posisi yang sama minimal 5 tahun atau lebih, terutama di industri pertambangan

• Memiliki pengalaman pembebasan Lahan Komulatif dengan total pengalaman diatas 1.000 Ha

• Memahami Hukum Pertanahan Indonesia

• Terbiasa menggunakan software pemetaan : AutoCAD, ArcGIS, Global Mapper, dll.

• Memiliki kemampuan Negosiasi yang baik.

• Location based: East Kalimantan & South Kalimantan

• 6-2 roster for section head position & 8-2 roster for officer/supervisor options only available for candidate outside South Kalimantan hire

7. Finance Accounting Supervisor (site)

Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor Degree in FINANCE / ACCOUNTING or related field from a reputable university

• Have min. 3-5 years of working experiences, preferable has experience in Mining Industry or relevant field

• Have experience about petty cash site report, opname, & closing

• Handle payment process and bank reconciliation

•  Expert in MS. Office (Excel, Word, and Powerpoint), Ellipse / SAP

• Fluent in both spoken and written English is preferable

• Location based: South Kalimantan

• Only annual leave available for this position (local hire)
