Meares Soputan Mining (MSM) and PT. Tambang Tondano Nusajaya (TTN) at Tokatindung Project Site – are currently seeking below professional in order to support our seamless operation :

SR ENGINEER DEWATERING PROJECT (Job Code : SEDP/II/24)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties:

• QA / QC supervise mine dewatering project (minor & major);

• Project Engineering from purchase through operation of equipment;

• Perform construction administration and field investigation tasks for assigned projects including conducting field inspections and subsequent detailed inspection reports;

• Ensure that dewatering project drawings and designs are in accordance with company and regulation standards;

• Communication and coordination with multiple vendor, consultant and contractors;

• Working with vendors to ensure proper equipment requirements and ensuring delivery of machines/equipment to desired location at the agreed upon time;

• Development of budgets and alternatives;

• Safety/EHS - Working in a safe and efficient manner at all times; and providing leadership to immediately resolve/eliminate any unsafe conditions;

• Driving Reliability Improvement Projects;

• All other duties as assigned.

  Requirements :

1. Minimum has Bachelor degree of Civil / Mechanical Engineer;

2. Min 2 years experience in the Dewatering area & min 3 – 5 years in project construction area;

3. Familiar with project management, rotating equipment, and other machinery;

4. Excellent supervisory and inter-personal skills;

5. Exposure to and good working knowledge of AutoCad, SAP, Microsoft Projects, MS. Office;

6. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English – either written & speaking;

7. POP Certifications is a must.

DRILL & BLAST SUPERVISOR (Job Code: DBS/II/24)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties:

• Responsible for leading pre-start meetings for drill and blast crew and handovers for each morning and night shift;

• Able to carry out operational supervision duties and responsibilities to achieve yearly target;

• Implement best practice of drilling and blasting as required by plan, SOP, community sensitivity level and regulation requirement in daily base;

• Regularly do the fragmentation, vibration and flyrock measurement then review and evaluate the result continuously;

• Check and sign off drilling reports, QAQC reports, day work reports in the drilling and blasting area;

• Responsible for work distribution, preparation of drill locations, provision of sleep blasting equipment, taking actual topography, marking out drill points, pick up actual drill points, installing boundary pegs;

• Responsible for distribution also reliability of stemming material (gravel) in each blast location is sufficient.

  Requirements :

1. Minimum has Bachelor degree majoring in mining;

2. Approximately 3 - 5 Years of experiences in drill & blast area;

3. General understanding of mining operations is an advantage;

4. Proficiency of Surpac, MS. Office;

5. Proficiency of SAP is an advantage;

6. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English – either written & speaking;

7. POP & KJL Certifications is a must.

PRINCIPAL MINING DEPARTMENT HEAD (Job Code: PMDH/II/24)

(Location: Toka Tindung Site)

Duties:

• Generate & review gold reserve estimation report;

• Review and report the annual reconciliation and performance of mine models;

• Deliver the updated Mineral Resource and Mineral Reserve respectively based on annual reconciliation, performance of mine models, geotechnical performance, open pit wall angle;

• Deliver the LOMP updates based on the reserve update;

• Deliver the updated forecast mine physicals production;

• Provide input into mining technical studies and projects;

• Create Resource Estimation Report update annually using latest data drilling;

• Conduct technical study for underground project which is supported by underground team;

• Follow the integrated inspection by mine inspector and obey to regulation of ESDM (RKAB & FS) in terms of technical aspect.

  Requirements :

1. Minimum has Bachelor degree in Mining Engineering;

2. Over 12 Years of Experiences in Mine Planning roles on Epithermal Deposit;

3. Proficiency of Surpac, Minesched, Whittle and MS. Office

4. Excellent in analytical & problem solving skill;

5. Proficiency of SAP is an advantage;

6. Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English – either written & speaking;

7. POP Certifications is a must, POM Certification is beneficial;

8. Member of AusIMM (JORC 2012), CP/I (KCMI 2017 or SNI 4726 – 2019), STRI (Professional Registered engineers Indonesia) is an advantage.
