GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willing to relocate to Pangkalan Kerinci & Futong Seaport, Riau or other related location (with NO roster/on-off schedule)

• Have experience in Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Company

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken

• Mandarin proficiency is a plus point

1. JOB POSITION : MECHANICAL LAYOUT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare project layout proposals, ensuring adherence to mill project standards and world-class industry practices.

• Generate accurate, timely, economically designed, and applicable engineering drawings.

• Check and review project 3D models during the detail design phase.

• Safeguard the integrity and security of drawing document files.

• Review and verify design drawing documents from the main package.

• Collect data from project in-charge personnel to create as-built drawings and documentation.

• Ensure all plans, drawings, specifications, schedules, and contract documents are complete before the project commencement.

• Coordinate with the engineering section for all construction documentation, including revisions, site instructions, and as-built drawings/designs.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering; a master's degree is advantageous.

• Minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

• Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office, PDMS, AutoCAD 2D/3D, AutoCAD Plant 3D, etc.

• Expertise in mechanical, E/I, and piping design.

• Familiarity with various international standards, processes, and civil engineering basics, along with knowledge of quality standards.

• Understanding of mechanical and piping design, process design, architectural, and civil design principles.

• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and strategic planning.

2. JOB POSITION : HEAVY EQUIPMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop detail of HE allocation schedule for various project

• Allocation schedule should be reported on weekly basis to top management

• Conduct Continuous Improvement program with lowest cost & increased productivity

• Lead and control Heavy Equipment operational activities and analyses the problem in operation then giving the problem solving

• Monitor & control the operation cost according to budget

• Record progress on works to ensure information is available for reporting as required

• Develop and coaching / mentoring the subordinate in order to generate good service

• Develop new program to run HE more efficiently

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering

• 15 years experiences of managing Heavy Equipment and active in the industry, including in all projects phases i.e : Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)

• Able to use computer

• Have knowledge of existing regulations with Heavy Equipment

• Have an understanding of Heavy Equipment handling and maintenance program

3. JOB POSITION : PROCUREMENT MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying potential suppliers and conducting research to evaluate their capabilities, pricing, and quality.

• Oversee the creation and management of contracts with suppliers, and ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.

• Maintain relationship with suppliers, resolve any contractual disputes, and monitor supplier performance.

• Monitor project budgets and costs related to procurement activities based on cost-saving principal.

• Assess potential risk associated with procurement activities and ensuring that it complies with organizational policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

• Coordinating with project teams to ensure that procurement activities align with project requirements and overall project timelines.

• Monitor procurement activities to identify any areas for improvement and implementing process improvements as needed

• Report on procurement activities to project stakeholders and senior managements

• Monitor and taking control of subordinates’ jobs by ensuring jobs are conducted in efficient and effective way, and ensuring overtime works to be done by subordinates are classified as urgent work which cannot be delayed.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management/Business Management or related education background.

• Min. 15 years’ experience as Procurement Manager in Project Company, and involved in all project phases i.e Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC).

• Able to deal with various vendor (Technical & Management)

• Ability to communicate in English professionally (written and verbal)

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder simultaneously.

• Have a thorough understanding of risk and mitigation strategies

• Awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001

• Knowledge of Pulp and Paper/Chemical Industry

• Thorough understanding of effective purchasing and effect decision taking on costs and  revenue

• Professional certifications such as the Certified Professional in Supply Management may also be beneficial.

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.

4. JOB POSITION : MECHANICAL MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all mechanical engineering activities and projects of the organization relating to the improvement or modification of various engineering areas Generate accurate, timely, economically designed, and applicable engineering drawings.

• Coordinate all appointed subcontractors for the various areas of responsibility in Mechanical Project to ensure project targets are met.

• Design mechanical systems and components that meet needs and requirements.

• Produce mechanical outline designs.

• Test and evaluate mechanical designs.

• Alter and modify mechanical design to meet requirements and to eliminate malfunctions.

• Analyze project specifications, develop work schedules, and delegate tasks to different teams

• Supervising staff and manufacturing processes and making appropriate recommendations for improvement.

• Ensuring that each project stays within the allocated budget and timeframe.

• Collaborating with other engineers and technical personnel to develop instructional manuals where required.

• Coordinate site activities and various work execution phases to ensure compliance with all SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality) requirements.

• Ensure effective application of installation methodologies and enforce project and site standards.

• Coordinate work sequences accordingly to set milestones dates to ensure completion according to the schedule.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering; a master's degree is advantageous.

• Min 10 years broad experience in all project phases i.e. Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.

• Knowledge of various international standard, material spec, mechanical design, process design, material handling, rigging, piping & allied subject, knowledge process engineering & quality standard.

• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.

• Knowledge of Paper, Pulp, Rayon / Chemical industry

• Technical understanding of process, machinery and equipment.

• Understanding of Mechanical engineering standards.

5. JOB POSITION : QUANTITY SURVEY & CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for all things related to contract, PR, PO Invoice, etc. in related Project

• Reviews and manages contractual obligations of the parties and provides continual review to ensure that all terms and conditions are met

• Draft and review all types of agreements (e.g., Contract, purchase, sales, service, subcontract, etc.)

• Coordinate with Legal Dept. to review defined contract terms (i.e. limitation of liability, indemnity, patent indemnity, warranty, etc.) and revise accordingly consistent with Company policy and procedure.

• Responsible for the day to day management of one or several assigned project or business personal assisting with the Contract Management function

• To support CPU in contractual issue Legal document, Legal compliance, Budget & BOQ for tendering and bidding process

• Ensuring Contract process and Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, Legal on RFC issue. Updated contract as required

• Verification and Pre-Qualification for new Contractor / Vendor / Supplier.

• To evaluated performance of contractor / vendor based on APRIL standard requirement

• To Ensure Legal compliance and legal document issues area escalated as necessary based on standard certification requirement.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in the construction management or related job field.

• Min 12 or 15 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role.

• Ability to communicate in English, including ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and Legal documents; ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from costumer, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community.

• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumferences and volume.

• A solid knowledge of various documents, accounting report, financial analysis report or management reports, SOP and decision letters format report

• Experiences in manufacture industry

6. JOB POSITION : DEPUTY PROJECT SAFETY CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To implement and maintain an effective occupational Safety and Health Management System to prevent accidental losses and achieve company’s operation project objectives

• Maintain and develop occupational Health and Safety Management System to protect and minimize accidental loss

• Actuate and motivate all employee in implementing and civilizing OHSMS in Riau Complex

• Manage reporting system concerning weekly / monthly performance, significant hazards and accidental loss (loss to people, property, process and environment) on timely

• Minimize workplace accidents or incidents that might incur financial cost, social costs and injuries / illness

• Promoting and implementing effective health and safety practices in the workplace

• Manage and monitor contractor management system (CSMS)

• Manage and monitor occupational health and safety equipment purchasing and using

• Implement relevant Fire and Safety training to LP&C team, all company employee and contractor’s employee

• Develop and maintain Occupational Health and Safety Procedures

• Ensure all Fire Protection & Suppressions System are working well at all time

• Support all Department in implementing OHSMS in their areas responsibility

• Support all Contractors, Supplier, Vendor and Stake Holder Implementing OHSMS in their responsibility

• Make and send monthly regular report to Disnaker – Government as regulation requirement

• Follow up risk management recommendation and other audit recommendations at all areas

• Help all areas to conduct workplace safety analysis by implementing : NCR, BAGUS, JSA, HAZOPs, HIRADC, Incident Investigation, Equipment and area inspection, etc

• Organize OHS training for all employee

• Organize LP&C – Internal Audit of OHSMS at all areas.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree, preferably graduate degree of Occupational Health and Safety

• Occupational General Health and Safety Experr Certificated (Manpower Dept. Certificated / AK3 Umum)

• Occupational Health and Safety Management System Training (SMK3)

• Process Risk management Training

• Minimum 15 years experiences in Occupational Health and Safety Management System

• Thoroughly comprehend Indonesia and International Occupational and Safety Management System SMK3 and OHSAS – 18001 / ISO 45001 OHSMS

• Comprehend ISO 14001 – Environmental Management System

• Risk Assessment including PPE regulation and Composition of Safety Officer

7. JOB POSITION : UNIT MANAGER CIVIL PROCUREMENT

• Min. 10 years (specific experience), in all project phases i.e. Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) as the same position.

• Knowledge of Pulp and Paper/Chemical Industry

• Capability in developing and managing budget, schedule, resources until project completion.

• Able to deal with various vendors both technical & managerial.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Fluent in Mandarin is preferable.

8. JOB POSITION : UNIT MANAGER LOGISTIC (HE & EXCESS MATERIAL)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible to coordinate with related all department (direct and indirect) about excess material from site, monitoring, control and update excess material in the Project, and allocating Heavy Equipment for all activity within Logistic area

• Generate accurate, timely, economically designed, and applicable engineering drawings.

• Handling spare parts and Project chemical inventory

• Maintain stock accuracy for spare parts, all Project & raw material

• Inventory monitoring and control including slow moving, non-moving, obsolete/excess materials.

• Setup layout & space management; work organization chart; procedures (SOP).

• Coordinate improvement in department such as 6S and Gemba walk

• To coordinate and monitor implementation HSE in department

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor degree in supply chain, mechanical engineering or any related discipline

• Minimum 8 years in Material, Store/Logistic, Heavy Equipment Coordinator management

• Understand warehouse management in large manufacturing organization

• Knowledge on store process, and best practice in inventory management

9. JOB POSITION : LEAD CIVIL PROCUREMENT ENGINEER

RESPONSIBILITIES:
