WE ARE URGENTLY HIRING

We're hiring for HSE Superintendent position which be placed in our Project – Indramayu:

Job Description:

• Assist HSE Manager (Site) for control and monitoring function through project SHE management system,
• Support in monitoring the implementation of the project SHE Management System through reporting and auditing activity,
• Involved SHE management system audit, as per project and corporate requirements,
• Support HSE Manager for evaluating and compile all project documentation and records needed as a basis of bank data to be used for bid support activity,
• Monitoring the minimum corporate SHE requirements are being performed by project SHE department,
• Distribute lesson learned (if required) from the analysis result of all data compilation to avoid any recurrence,
• Support review for subcontractor management selection, related to SHE matters, if required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree of Engineering or Occupational Health and Safety
• Minimum 10 years working experience (5 years as HSE Superintendent) in oil & gas and at least 1 year working as HSE Superintendent in EPC Projects
• Certified AK3 Oil and Gas or Occupational Health Safety Expert (Ahli K3 Umum), Certified in SMK3
• Having knowledge OHSAS 18001:2007 SHE Management System
• Possesses leadership experience and Excellent Communication
