SUPERINTENDENT – LNG OPERATIONS

(National/Expat - Site Based)

This position involves managing and coordinating various aspects of LNG Facility operations to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. To ensure that the LNG Facility are always at its optimum capacity by continuously evaluating its performance, system design, operations and maintenance methods associated with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Some of your duties will include:

• Supervise development and implementation standard procedures and practices for the plant operation and maintenance.

• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate plant performance in terms of efficiency, productivity, reliability, availability, health, environment, and cost.

• Conducting review and recommend changes in operation and maintenance methods and in design of system, equipment or components to maximize assets life, minimize operating cost and optimize performance and strengthen health, safety and environmental standards.

• Maintain the performance of existing plant operation and maintenance standards and benchmark against best practice.

• Ensure emerging technologies and materials to ensure that LNG Facility plant operation and maintenance standards are aligned to best industry practice.

• Evaluates the training needs of the operation personnel and coordinate with HR.

• In relations with the function, he will act as WAKIL KEPALA TEKNIK if needed and requested by the KATEK

• Develop and implement strategies for optimizing LNG Facility operations, taking into account safety, efficiency, and environmental considerations.

• Collaborate with other departments to align operational activities with broader LNG Facility objectives.

• Enforce a strong safety culture throughout the LNG Facility operations.

• Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations, industry standards, and environmental requirements.

• Oversee the maintenance and operation of all LNG Facility equipment, including LNG storage tanks, vaporizers, compressors, and associated infrastructure.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability.

• Develop and implement emergency response plans to address potential incidents or accidents.

• Conduct regular drills and training exercises to prepare LNG Facility staff for emergency situations.

• Lead and manage a team of operations personnel, including shift supervisors, operators, and technicians.

What skills and experience do you need?

• Holder of bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical or Gas Technology Engineering. Advanced degree or relevant certifications would be preferred.

• Holder of valid Pengawas K3 Migas Utama certificate preferred.

• Minimum 15 years of extensive experience in LNG Facility or LNG Liquefaction operations or a similar process industry. With 5 years of experience in a leadership role

• In-depth understanding of LNG processes, equipment, and LNG Facility operations.

• Familiarity with control systems, safety protocols, and emergency response procedures.

• Having sound Management Skills.

SUPERINTENDENT - LNG MAINTENANCE & ENGINEERING

(National - Site Based)

This position involves managing the maintenance and engineering team, ensuring the reliability of equipment, and coordinating engineering projects to maintain and improve LNG Facility operations. To develop and implement maintenance program of the plant and to ensure that all plant equipment and auxiliaries achieve optimum reliability and performance and minimize downtime.

Some of your duties will include:

• Oversee the planning and execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities for all LNG Facility equipment, including LNG storage tanks, compressors, pumps, and vaporizers.

• Ensure adherence to maintenance schedules and compliance with safety standards.

• Reviewing plant equipment performance in accordance with the established Company goals and objectives.

• Initiate plans, policies and procedures for improving work efficiency, safety practices and on-going. training in the ME department.

• Initiate maintenance Program and Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend changes as required.

• Plans and implements the LNG Facility plant’s turn around program and sees to it that materials, spare parts and consumables are at hand and execution of activities are within the schedule.

• In relations with the function, he will act as WAKIL KEPALA TEKNIK if needed and requested by the KATEK.

• Coordinate and manage engineering projects aimed at improving the safety, reliability and efficiency of LNG Facility equipment.

• Collaborate with the engineering team to design and implement solutions for equipment upgrades and modifications.

SUPERVISOR SHIFT - LNG OPERATIONS

(National - Site Based)

The role of an LNG Facility Operation Shift Supervisor is pivotal in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the LNG Facility during designated shifts. The supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities of the operating team, permits to work, maintaining compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing production processes. Coordinate with Marine Operations prior to and during LNG unloading operation until unberthing. Responsible as Loading Master during LNG unloading operation. Also, to plan, organize, monitor, control works of Operators in conducting operation of all LNG Facility equipment, systems, DCS, engine and all related equipment according to SOP.

Some of your duties will include:

• Oversee and manage LNG Facility operations during assigned shifts.

• Hold as loading master during LNG unloading operation and coordination with Marine operation.

• Review and approve work permit and ensure the works executed safely.

• Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and safety protocols.

• Coordination and cooperation with CCPP and SMELTER Gas Delivery Supervisor/Dispatcher.

• Organize Operators in recording and observing engine operation parameters.

• Set up the Operators assignment at the time of the shift.

• Periodic observation of supporting equipment in the field and delegating to Operators.

• Compile and summarize logbook of all parameters to Operation Engineer.

• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the shift team.

• Conduct safety briefings, toolbox talks, and ensure adherence to safety regulations.

• Monitor and control LNG processing equipment, including liquefaction, storage, and vaporization units.

• Minimum 10 (ten) years experiences as an operator of LNG Facility or liquefaction plant.

• Experienced in operation of LNG Facility or liquefaction Plant.

• Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role.

SUPERVISOR - LNG MECHANICAL MAINTENANCE

(National - Site Based)

LNG Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor is responsible on maintenance of mechanical equipment, rotating equipment, piping systems and material handling systems within LNG Facility effectively and efficiently. To organizing a mechanical team in the event of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance. To lead a team of mechanical and piping technicians in the execution of maintenance, repair, and construction activities

Some of your duties will include:

• Oversee the installation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, rotating and piping systems in the LNG Facility.

• Develop & implement of Maintenance plan of mechanical equipment, rotating equipment, packages, piping and material handling for LNG Facility equipment as well as good, especially maintenance and reliability of rotating equipment.

• Arrange and manage third party/vendor  services for specific  package equipment for maintenance.

• Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance and construction projects.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of mechanical and piping activities within the LNG Facility.

• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with engineering specifications and standards.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Responsible for Security, Safety, Health, and Environment of work area.

• Enforce and promote a strong safety culture within the team.

• Conduct regular safety meetings, risk assessments, and incident investigations.

• Implement and monitor quality control measures to ensure the integrity and reliability of mechanical and piping systems.

(National - Site Based)

LNG Electrical Instrument Telcom (EIT) Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising and monitoring the electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication systems in LNG Facility. To running maintenance of LNG Facility in the field of Electrical, Instrumentation, and Telecommunication effectively and efficiently.

Some of your duties will include:

• Lead a team of electrical, instrumentation, and telecommunication technicians from ANG and also from vendors/service providers.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team's adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Organize EIT team in case of scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

• Ensure that company policies and systems are clearly understood and implemented effectively and efficiently by each subordinate and service providers / vendors.

• Assisting Superintendent Maintenance & Engineering in developing & implementing plan of activity Maintenance of EIT systems.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems, including control systems, sensors, and safety systems.

• Ensure compliance with industry codes, regulations, and standards.

• Manage the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of telecommunication systems, including data networks, communication lines, and security systems.

• Collaborate with AMNT IT departments and/or service provider professionals to maintain secure and efficient communication networks.

• Participate in the planning and scheduling of maintenance, repair, and upgrade projects.

ENGINEER – LNG PROCESS AND SAFETY

(National - Site Based)

As the main person and resource in the process and safety engineering disciplines related issues in the LNG Facility operation and maintenance works

Some of your duties will include:

• Design, monitor, optimize, and troubleshoot LNG Facility processes and performances to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Review start-up and operating procedures

• Provide guidance to Operation during start up LNG facilities

• Conduct plant performance test

• Evaluate and implement improvements to enhance process performance, reliability, and efficiency.

• Supervise and review Laboratory Chemist works, reports, including ensuring all laboratory apparatus, consumables are available for each LNG cargo unloading process.

• Control and ensuring flow meters are accurate at the level acceptable for commercial and legal documentations.

• Update the Engineering deliverables from EPC Contractor on AS-BUILT status with the latest modification, revisions made during operation and maintenance and ensuring the actual plant conditions are the same with the engineering drawings / diagrams / datasheets etc.

• Prepare SOW including engineering design deliverables (drawings, diagrams, datasheet etc) for maintenance works to be performed by Contractors / service providers, then monitor the works in collaboration with Maintenance department.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate process designs with overall LNG facility.

• Develop and implement safety strategies and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

• Conduct safety assessments and risk analyses for LNG Facility processes and equipment

• Implement and manage process safety management (PSM) programs to prevent and mitigate potential hazards.

• Stay informed about and ensure compliance with local, national, and international safety and environmental regulations applicable to LNG operations.

• Interface with HSESS Superintendent to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Support  in developing and updating emergency response plans for the LNG Facility, including procedures for handling accidents, spills, and other emergencies.

• Support in conducting drills and exercise to test the effectiveness of emergency response plans.

• Prepare and maintain documentation related to process safety, including process hazard analyses (PHAs), safety instrumented systems (SIS) documentation, and operating procedures.

• Ensure that all process safety documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant personnel.

• Develop and deliver safety training programs for LNG Facility personnel, focusing on process safety, hazard recognition, emergency response.

• Work with the training department to ensure that employees are adequately trained on safety protocols.

• Lead investigations into process-related incidents, accidents, or near misses.

• Identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Collaborate with other engineers, operators, and LNG Facility personnel to address process and safety concerns.

ENGINEER – LNG INSTRUMENT TELECOM

(National - Site Based)

Instrument & Telecom Engineer in an LNG Facility plays a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining instrumentation, and telecom systems to ensure the safe and efficient operation of LNG Facility and all plant equipment performance achieve optimum reliability and performance and minimize downtime.

Some of your duties will include:

• Initiate plans, policies and procedures for improving work efficiency, safety practices and on-going training in the Maintenance & Engineering Department.

• Reviewing and monitoring plant IT systems performance in accordance with the established company goals and objectives.

• Implement the plant’s maintenance program ensuring that all equipment’s high service reliability and performance.

• Monitor plan effectiveness and recommend changes as required.

• Plans and implements the LNG Facility plant’s turn around program and sees to it, that materials, spare parts and consumables are at hand and execution of activities are within the schedule.

• Evaluates the training needs of the maintenance personnel and coordinate with Training Dept

• Update the Engineering deliverables from EPC Contractor on AS-BUILT status with the latest modification, revisions made during operation and maintenance and ensuring the actual plant conditions are the same with the engineering drawings / diagrams / datasheets etc.

• Design, configure, and specify instrumentation and control systems for LNG processes and equipment.

• Implement control strategies to ensure safe and efficient facilities operations.

• Design and oversee the implementation of telecommunications systems, including data networks, communication equipment, and security systems within the LNG Facility.

• Collaborate with other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical, instrumentation, and telecom systems with overall LNG Facility.

• Ensure seamless communication and coordination among different systems.

• Participate in the layout and placement of electrical and instrumentation equipment to optimize performance and facilitate maintenance.

• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines to avoid interference and conflicts.

• Oversee the commissioning of  instrumentation, and telecom systems.

• Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of all systems.

• Minimum 5 (five) years of experience in electrical and instrumentation design, preferably in the LNG or oil and gas industry or petrochemical.

• Experience with telecommunications systems would be advantageous.

• Experience in Maintenance would be advantageous.

• Experience with telecommunications systems would be advantageous.

• Proficiency in using Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for  instrumentation design.
