Sumber Migas Nusantara is an oil and gas production company, engaging in joint operations with Pertamina EP for the Jatirarangon Block & Sukatani Block. The company is commited to sustainable and efficient energy production. Our operation designed to meet the highest industry standarts, ensuring the safe and responsible extraction of oil and gas resources we are based in South Jakarta and dedicate to fostering growth and innovation in the energy sector.
Now, we are looking for several experienced vacancies:
1. General Manger
With Requirements as follows:
• Minimum Qualification: Master’s degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics or related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of professional experience in the oil and gas industry, including at least 10 years in senior managerial positions.
• Prior experience in companies operating under Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) or Kerja Sama Operasi (KSO).
• Strong understanding of SKK Migas' PTK guidelines and regulatory procedures.
• Experience in handling POD, WP&B, AFE Close-Out, and other technical and regulatory documents.
• Hands-on leadership in drilling and workover operations, with preference for candidates who have served as Operations Manager, Subsurface Manager, or Field Manager.
• Holders of Wakatek Tambang Certification are highly preferred.
• Maximum age of 52 years old.
• High professional integrity and strong ethical standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, decision-making, and time management capabilities.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Physically and mentally fit.
2. HSSE Coordinator
With Requirements as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field (professional HSSE/K3 certifications are a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in HSSE, HSE, or related safety coordination roles, preferably in oil & gas or energy sector.
• Strong knowledge of HSSE Management Systems, risk management, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven experience in conducting safety inspections, audits, and incident investigations.
• Good understanding of national and international safety standards (e.g., ISO 45001, ISO 14001, OHSAS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to develop practical safety solutions.
• Excellent communication, training, and coordination skills across different levels of organization.
• Ability to work under pressure, handle emergencies, and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and HSSE reporting systems.
• Fluent in English (oral and written) is an advantage.
3. Head Supply Chain Management
With Requirements as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Able Manage end-to-end material and equipment distribution from suppliers to operations.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement, with at least 5 years in a managerial/leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of upstream oil & gas operations and supply chain processes.
• Proven ability in contract management, supplier relationship management, and negotiation.
• Strong understanding of SKK Migas' PTK guidelines and regulatory procedures.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a focus on efficiency and risk management.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results on time.
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
4. Human Capital Staff
With Requirements as follows:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in Human Resources or related roles
• Knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee development, and industrial relations.
• Familiar with labor laws, HR best practices, and HRIS/payroll systems.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with employees and stakeholders.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
