41. Senior Specialist Budget Controller

JOB ROLES

• Compile and prepare initial and revised WP&B and AFE development; Coordinate and collaborate with project management teams and budget owners to discuss and recommend project WP&B in order to ensure the availability of WP&B for Abadi project activities;

• Prepare and recommend WP&B and AFE discussion strategy with stakeholders; Review and analyze project WP&B and AFE discussion process; Provide expertise on WP&B and AFE negotiation process and also recommend solution if any challenge arise during WP&B and AFE discussion to ensure the smooth process of discussing WP&B and AFE in a timely manner;

• Monitor and review WP&B and AFE realization; Identify and analyze the needs to revise WP&B and AFE; Assist and support budget owner on preparing revise budget/AFE with related data and information; Compile and recommend budget / AFE revision to ensure adequate budget / AFE for supporting Abadi project;

• Assist and support AFE close out process; Identify and inform which AFE Close out to be submitted. Analyze, coordinate and prepare data and report for AFE Close out discussion to ensure the timeliness of the discussion and the completeness of AFE data Close out;

• Analyze and develop procedures and guidelines for WP&B, AFE, and Budget Control process for INPEX Indonesia in order to ensure the availability of standards for the preparation of WP&B, AFE and budget as a reference and for the process to run efficiently.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years work experiences in oil & gas industry and having experience in PSC Company.

42. Senior Specialist Project Control

JOB ROLES

• Monitor and review project Contractors work progress; Analyze and recommend project Contractors target, strategy and schedule, and other development service as well as project management system; Monitor and assist project planning and schedule alignment, interface and integration in the each of project plan and phases in order to ensure Contractors target and project planning and schedule are in place as a reliable guidance;

• Prepare project Contractors performance guidelines; Review and analyze INPEX Indonesia project plan and schedule; Recommend project Contractors performance indicators; Conduct and analyze project Contractors performance review process and result to ensure project Contractors performance according to project planning and schedule with deliverable according to agreeable contract; 

• Prepare and provide technical inputs and technical evaluation in tenders related to project Contractors requirement; Analyze and evaluate project Contractors based on evaluation process; Provide technical advice in project contract preparation and evaluate terms and conditions;

• Review and monitor any change and/or deviation of engineering design, technical standard, and contractor deliverable MDR (Management Deliverable Register), provide recommendation to implement Company policy and procedures related to any change/deviation of engineering design, tracking system and record, as well as its interface program; communicate the change to related Parties; in order to ensure engineering design change/deviation comply with Company policy and procedures, and technical standard;

• Monitor project documents incoming and outgoing administration, filing system and documents retention; monitor communication, correspondence, and relationship with approved Contractors related to project contracts; in coordination with other departments and groups develop project report regularly and impromptu; to ensure project administration meet Company policy, procedures and standards, and project report submission within the timeframe;

• In coordination with related departments/groups, collect data and prepare plan of INPEX Indonesia project including its supporting documents to be submitted to SKK Migas, Assist and support to expedite project approval process from INPEX Indonesia Management and SKK Migas; Monitor and review project contractors, provide recommendation and solution to arisen issues and/or problems; in order to ensure documents completeness within the timeframe.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 10 years of work experience, preferably in Oil & Gas industry as project controller or project engineering.

43. Senior Engineer Project Engineering (FPSO)

JOB ROLES

• Review and prepare technical inputs on Project risk assessment and analysis; Review and analyze Project Execution Strategy and Plan; Develop stakeholder interface management development and implementation; Monitor and administer Engineering schedule and resource plan; Monitor and review Quality Control / Assurance Plan to ensure that the project is carried out according to target and project planning taking into account technical aspects, risks and resources;

• Monitor and review Front End Engineering/Detailed Design Performance and Progress including Schedule, Cost and Quantities; Implement and review Engineering Practices and Processes (MOCs, LOPA, HAZOP, SIL etc.); Assist  relevant department to develop Project Cost Estimates and Quantities Development; Advise and assist residence engineering team with respect to day to day issues; Analyze and recommend  plan and mitigate any potential issues ahead of time in order to ensure OLNG Dual FEED project progress achieve the target with optimum cost and resources;

• Coordinate Residence Team activities; Support and assist  Residence Team Manager to prepare project planning, monitoring progress, conducting audits and reviews; Review, monitor and compile contractor resource availability to ensure project milestones and objective are met, the work complies with all relevant government and international regulation, align and/or above INPEX Indonesia  technical, cost and HSSE expectations with sufficient resources;

• Provide input for project tenders in the FEED phases and OLNG project engineering technical and evaluation for EPCI tender proposal related to Onshore LNG plant (OLNG) development project, in order to select the appropriate contractors. submitted by prospective contractors/ vendors;

• Monitor and evaluate contractor performance; Monitor, review and resolve any issues with contractor during contract implementation to ensure contractors performance achieve according to contract;

• Monitor and communicate any change and/ or deviation of elements, specification, process, system and others that are proposed in the each of FEED phases, implementation of company MOC policy and procedures; in order to ensure any change and/ or deviation for project engineering meet engineering principles and comply with Company policy and procedures;

• Create and maintain safety behavior by working with Contractor to Demonstrate HSSE risk is ALARP; Monitor compliance to HSSE Requirements Per Jurisdiction/Area/Activities; Manage and monitor Compliance to Permitting Requirements to ensure OLNG activities according to HSSE and comply with rules, regulation and company guidance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s in engineering or Technical Science; Tertiary degree in Engineering is preferable

• A minimum of 10 years in the Oil and Gas industry, minimum 4 years LNG experiences.

44. Senior Engineer Project Management

JOB ROLES

• Provide high level expertise in the establishment of PMS objective, strategy and plan form engineering and technical perspective as basis of PMS development during project phase to ensure PMS are in place as a reliable guidance;

• Conduct and monitor engineering and technical aspect PMS implementation during project phase according to PMS activity plan and schedule; Analyze and evaluate engineering and technical issues during PMS implementation; provide recommendation and improvement to solve engineering and technical issues in order to ensure PMS implementation align and supports INPEX Indonesia project strategic planning;

• Coordinate, review and analyze engineering and technical aspects on PMS guidelines and standard operating procedures; Review and analyze projects indicators; develop and recommend guidelines and standard operating procedures adjustment and improvement to ensure its alignment with INPEX Indonesia projects objectives, best practices,  applicable regulation and guidelines under PSC, industrial practices, and Tokyo Head Quarters policy;

• Review, develop and propose PMS technical aspect for project, tender technical review, project documentation; Provide technical evaluation and recommendation on PMS tender process to ensure technical aspect on tender document align with INPEX Indonesia project guidelines and standard;

• Coordinate, Review, analyze and monitor project management system (PMS) best practices in global world especially in oil and gas projects; in coordination with Tokyo Head Quarters and related departments, identify, develop and propose PMS need in INPEX Indonesia that consist of business policies, procedures, guidelines, rules etc.; in order to ensure availability of reliable project management system as project guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in any engineering degree related to Oil and Gas Industry.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience with 7 years in the Oil and Gas industry in Project Engineering or Project Management team.

45. Senior Engineer Quality Control

JOB ROLES

• Apply and monitor project quality assurance management systems. Review and monitor quality control management system project activities determined by INPEX Indonesia for project activities, its objective, plan, and strategy; define, develop and provide recommendations and advance expertise on technical integration quality control management system and its requirement such as policy and procedures, administration, documentations, and other quality control system requirements and standards; review, monitor, and analyze updated quality control system in technical integration; in order to ensure available guidelines of quality system management in technical integration;

• In coordination with related department, develop plan and socialize quality control management system to other related department, Contractors and Suppliers; monitor and review quality control management system implementation in all phase of technical integration project activities, provide solution on any issues and emerging problems; in order to ensure implemented quality management system in technical integration projects meet determined quality and standards;

• Review quality control management system inspections/conduct audit in the Technical Integration working area and on Technical Integration project activities including contractors as planned and impromptu; Monitor and evaluate their compliance to the Technical Integration quality management system, and evaluate inspection/audit findings as well as necessary corrective action to ensure Technical Integration and Contractors compliance with HSSE Management System standards;

• Review and monitor quality control management system implementation results, audit results, input from related Groups and best practices; Develop and propose quality control system management improvement particularly in Technical Integration Section and generally in INPEX Indonesia project activities in order to maintain and provide continuous improvement on Technical Integration quality management system;

• Develop and maintain Technical Integration quality control management system, audit standards, procedures and programs, and support other Group Leaders in conducting audits and providing feedback for improvements in their operating units.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.

• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Quality Management experiences are required.

46. Senior Engineer Project Engineering (OLNG)

JOB ROLES

47. Senior Engineer Completion

JOB ROLES

• Progress and review detail well completion design engineering studies (tubing design, completion equipment design including sand management plan, perforation strategy, well foldback plan, material selection, completion fluid design, XT deployment etc.); Optimize completion design to be deliver on time, effectively and efficiently with low HSE risks; Conduct, review and evaluate required engineering studies for completion well design that includes draft well completion program, operation procedure and HSE management plans;

• Coach, monitor, and review risk assessment and opportunity register of completion engineering; Check completion design has no deviation from INPEX Corporate standards and INPEX Indonesia manuals and policies and Indonesia regulatory requirement;

• Review and identify required completion equipment, service and LLI (Long Lead Item); Prepare contract strategy and procurement plan for completion equipment and services; Prepare and review technical functional specifications and scope of work of equipment and services; Progress tender/procurement process for completion equipment and services;

• Review and prepare updated well completion duration and cost estimation for FID and IVAS DP4 and demonstrate competitiveness; Prepare work program and budget /AFEs in order to ensure required budget and plan for completion engineering studies and program; Progress regulatory compliance process to be able to obtain approval as per schedule;

• Provide engineering support to other departments (i.e. Subsurface, SURF, HSE); Develop and maintain coordination with external party to ensure new technology, best practice and other related lesson learned can be applied in INPEX Indonesia drilling activities. 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years with Well Completion engineering and operation experiences in the Oil & Gas Industry.

48. Senior Engineer Drilling

JOB ROLES

• Progress detail drilling design engineering studies (casing design, drilling string design including drill bit and down hole tools selections, torque & drag and hydraulics calculations, drilling mud design, cementing design, drilling rig selection etc.); Optimize drilling design to be deliver on time, effectively and efficiently with low HSE risks; Conduct, review and evaluate required engineering studies for drilling design that includes draft drilling program, operation procedure and HSE management plans;

• Review risk assessment and opportunity register of drilling engineering; Check completion design has no deviation from INPEX Corporate standards and INPEX Indonesia manuals and policies and Indonesia regulatory requirement;

• Identify required drilling equipment, service and LLI (Long Lead Item); Prepare contract strategy and procurement plan for drilling equipment and services; Prepare and review technical functional specifications and scope of work of equipment and services; Progress tender/procurement process for drilling equipment and services;

• Prepare updated drilling duration and cost estimation for FID and IVAS DP4 and demonstrate competitiveness; Prepare work program and budget /AFEs in order to ensure required budget and plan for drilling engineering studies and program; Progress regulatory compliance process to be able to obtain approval as per schedule;

• Provide engineering support to other departments (i.e. Subsurface, SURF, HSE, Logistic); Develop and maintain coordination with external party to ensure new technology, best practice and other related lesson learned can be applied in INPEX Indonesia drilling activities.

49. Senior Engineer Mud

JOB ROLES

• Progress detail mud engineering studies during FEED phase; Review, analyze and recommend standard, plan and target for mud engineering during drilling and completion activities; Optimize mud and completion fluid design effectively and efficiently with low HSE risks; Evaluate and define risk and opportunities analysis;

• Study and prepare draft programs for drilling mud and completion fluid in line with Local laws, SKK Migas rules and regulations, INPEX standards and manuals;

• Prepare technical requirement regarding mud services contract; Prepare and recommend contract and procurement strategy, technical functional specifications and scope of work of mud and related services (e.g. solid control);

• Prepare drilling mud and completion fluid cost estimation for IVAS DP4 and FID. Prepare work program and budget /AFEs in order to ensure required budget and plan for mud engineering studies and program; Progress regulatory compliance process to be able to obtain approval as per schedule;

• Estimates the mud, materials, and chemical requirements for stock and for running of all drilling and completion phases; Prepare logistic and supply chain plan for drilling mud/completion fluid.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.

• Minimum 10 years with Drilling Engineering and Operation experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.
