B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Please describe briefly the job and responsibilities of the above position

✓ Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field with over 5 years of experience as Local Content Specialist in O&G Industry.

✓ Hold valid certificate as Local Content Verificator issued by Dirjen MIGAS is a must.

✓ Experienced in designing, establishing, managing the long and short-term Local Content Achievement Strategy, Policies, Procedures, and Workflow to ensure smooth operation and fulfilment for all business requirements that to be aligned with the required approval matrix and authorities.

✓ Review Local Content documents, such as: Integrated Local Content Strategy, Local Content guidelines, Local Content Scope of works and deliverables for Contractors, Calculate Local Content targets for contracts, supervise and evaluate local content implementations. Monitor, review, and verify local content commitment on each contract either self-assessment or through appointed third party; recommend penalty for suppliers/contractors if necessary to ensure local content realization report/certificate of each contracts and POs is available.

✓ Able to represent the organization in front of the external and internal parties like; suppliers, vendors, different authorities, business unit managers concerning the related SCM department business.

✓ Excellent written and oral communication skills, data analysis skills, good organizational skills, and good negotiator.

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

✓ Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Economics, Applied Science, or a Related Field with over 10 years of experience as Procurement in O&G Industry.

✓ Hold valid SKK MIGAS PTK 007 certificate is a must.

✓ Experienced in designing, establishing, managing the long and short-term strategies of procurement functions, policies, procedures, and workflow to ensure smooth operation and fulfilment for all business requirements that to be aligned with the required approval matrix and authorities.

✓ Able to represent the organization in front of the external and internal parties like; suppliers, vendors, different authorities, business unit managers concerning the related SCM department business.

✓ Proven record in design, manage and set the rules of bids, tenders, and quotations; Bidder's participation, evaluation, selecting therefore hiring and contracting until delivery.

✓ Able to manage Contract with suppliers, negotiate the prices, terms and conditions that ensure the maximum benefits for the organization and to be aligned with the organization's policies and local laws.

✓ Liaises with key company employees to determine their procurement needs.

✓ Understands Supply Chain Management Procedures, Logistics, and Knowledge of Supply Management Software.

✓ Excellent written and oral communication skills, data analysis skills, good organizational skills, and good negotiator.
