We are seeking great people to support and enhance our position as a great company in the heavy equipment industry for the position of:

Regional Head

(Plantation/Agro & Forestry Sector)

(Code: RH-PETROMINDO)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collect market information for the Plantation/Agro & Forestry segment and report to the Head Office.

• Review sales forecast and follow-up achievement of sales against target.

• Monitor increased market share of Excavators for branches.

• Create and follow up initiatives to enhance segment sales of Plantation/Agro & Forestry.

• Manage sales achievement including net sales and gross profit of Branches.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree with any related major.

• Experience of more than 10 years is required for this position.

• Good market and heavy equipment knowledge.

• Having a good ability to analyze business opportunities, especially for Heavy Equipment (Plantation/Agro and Forestry segment).

• Good communication, presentation skills, and computer literacy.

• Understands Financial Statement (Profit/Loss, Forecast, etc.).

• Excellent communication; fluent in English both oral and written.

• Multi-tasking, strong analytical, and self-motivated.

• Placement all over Indonesia.

 

Branch Manager

(Code: BM-PETROMINDO)

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and establish strategic working plans for Employees, Sales Operations, Product Support, and Administration tasks.

• Develop and establish a Branch annual sales plan for units, parts, and services.

• Operations & Investment Budget Preparation and Controlling.

• To organize operational activities of Unit, Parts & Service Sales at own branch and between Branches and Head office,

• Responsible for proposing to Top Management special conditions to customers for price discounts, and free spare parts to achieve the company's sales target.

• To organize administrative activities to comply within the Company’s SOP timely.

• Giving direction and decision as Branch Head for all section heads at his/her Branch (including unit sales).

• To set an example for proper Sales, Marketing, and administrative operations.

• To always motivate all the subordinates.

• To conduct control mechanisms of the branch operations, using written reports and visits (fact-finding).

• Conduct performance evaluation meetings periodically for all sections.

• To always function as a leader internally and externally.

• Ensure accident handling procedures are understood and comply with accident investigations regulations.

Qualification:

• Age, max 45 years.

• Bachelor’s degree with any related major.

• Experience of at least 5-10 years is required for this position, especially in Heavy Equipment industry.

• Having a good ability to analyze business opportunities, especially for the Heavy Equipment market segment.

• Excellent communication; fluent in English both oral and written.

• Multi-tasking, strong analytical, and self-motivated.

• To be placed all over Indonesia.

 

Machine Sales Representative

(Code: MSR – PETROMINDO)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Visit customers regularly and report the result through the internal system report.

• To make monthly contact or visit plans through the internal system report.

• Create new demand for sales and get sales prospects.

• To make an offering activity (submit a quotation and do a presentation).

• Negotiation to close the deal and collect the down payment.

• To provide sales and purchase contracts.

• Looking for a finance facility and informing the supporting procedure between the customer and finance company.    

• To arrange the delivery of the Unit.

• To get signature on B.A.S.T. (handover unit).

• To collect the remaining accounts receivable from the Customers. 

Qualification:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree majoring in Mining/Civil/Mechanical Engineering/Agribusiness/Management/Forestry/Economics/ or any related major.

• Experienced at least 2 (two) years with similar position.

• Mature, independent, communicative, outgoing, target-oriented & well-adjusted.

• Good communication in English is a must (spoken & written).

• Having good communication in the Mandarin language is an advantage (Hokkien, Hakka, Kanton, etc.).

• Good communication, able to create and do presentation skills.

• Computer literate: windows application (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).

• Ready to work under pressure situations.

• It is highly recommended that the candidate has their own car and driving license (SIM A).

• Placement all over Indonesia.

 

Part Sales Representative

(Code: PSR-PETROMINDO)

Duties and responsibilities:

• To do parts sales to achieve target goals.

• Regular visits to customers to create parts demand.

• Searching for new prospective customers.

• Make daily and weekly call plans and reports.

• Collect A/R from customers.

• Create sales report to monitor sales achievement to be aligned to sales goal.

• Proactively maintain good relationships with Customer.

• Arrange delivery Parts to Customer.

• To help direct superior.

Qualification:

• Age between 23 - 35 years old.

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experienced at least 2 (two) years with similar position.

• Understands mechanical knowledge, especially in heavy equipment.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and marketing skills.

• English communication skill (oral and written).

• Target-oriented, ready to work under pressure, and self-motivated.

• Ready to be rotated to another office location.

• Placement all over Indonesia.
