Job Title:

Senior Process Safety Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Safety Engineer to join our team, focusing on the development of gas production facilities with integrated carbon capture and storage capabilities. This role is critical in ensuring the safety and reliability of our operations, safeguarding our workforce, and protecting the environment. The Senior Process Safety Engineer will play a key role in implementing safety measures and protocols that align with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and Implement Safety Systems: Create and maintain comprehensive process safety management systems for gas production facilities.

Risk Assessments and Safety Audits: Conduct thorough risk assessments and safety audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.

Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement effective safety systems and protocols.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Incident Investigations: Lead investigations into safety incidents and facilitate lessons learned sessions to prevent future occurrences.

Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering, Process Engineering, or a related field.

•Extensive and solid experience in HAZOP, HAZID, SIL Classification& Verification, FERA, QRA and MAH Register.

•Minimum of 8 years of experience in process safety within the upstream oil and gas sector, with a focus on gas production.

•Proven experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation (EPCI) projects, particularly those for Gas production facilities that have progressed to the production stage.

•Familiarity with carbon capture and storage technologies and their application in gas production facilities would be a plus but not mandatory.

•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to safety and environmental standards. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Sr Drilling Engineer (SDE)

Job type: Contractor (TPC Position)

Job Location: Jakarta, Indonesia

Experience level: 15+ years of experience in Drilling

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Drilling Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in onshore drilling projects, with a strong focus on Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) or Pressure Managed Completion Drilling (PMCD) operations. This role requires a deep understanding of drilling and completion designs and operations, particularly for pre-salt, fractured, or carbonate reservoirs. Experience with CO2 injector wells is preferred but not essential.

Job Description:

• Design and Planning: Develop and implement drilling and completion programs for onshore projects, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and company standards.

• Operations Management: Oversee drilling operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines and budgets.

• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support to drilling teams, particularly in MPD or PMCD operations.

Requirements:

• Proficient in understanding and utilizing the Landmark OpenWells reporting system.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with the Landmark well engineering software suite, including Wellplan, WellCat, Stress Check, and others.

• Experience in workover operations is preferred but not essential.

• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and experience in drilling and completion designs and operations for pre-salt, fractured, or carbonate reservoirs.

• MPD/PMCD Experience: Proven experience in Managed Pressure Drilling (MPD) or Pressure Managed Completion Drilling (PMCD) operations.

Job Position:

Sr. Facilities (Mechanical Static) Engineer (TPC Position)

 

Job type: Fixed Term Contract

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Facilities Mechanical Static Engineer to join our team Project Management Team for a Contruction of a gas production facilities (green field) with CSS capabilities. This role is crucial for the successful execution of Front-End Engineering Design (FEED) and Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) phases of our upstream oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with a focus on static equipment, extensive experience in upstream oil and gas facilities, and a proven track record of leading engineering efforts in complex projects.

Job Description:

a. Lead the design and engineering of mechanical static equipment, including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, etc. during the FEED and EPCI phases.

b. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.

c. Provide technical expertise and guidance on the selection, specification, and design of static equipment for facilities.

d. Ensure that all designs comply with company and industry standards, codes, and regulations.

e. Develop and review technical specifications, datasheets, and design documents for static equipment.

f. Conduct stress analysis, material selection, and corrosion studies for static equipment.

g. Prepare Scope of Work for vendor for statics equipment.

h. Review and approve vendor and contractor documentation, including drawings, calculations, and material certifications.

i. Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements.

j. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, regulatory bodies, and contractors, to ensure alignment and address technical queries.

k. Adopt standard safe work practices and procedures in accordance with the Safety.

l. Other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• 20+ years of experience in Mechanical engineering role within with a focus on static equipment for upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Excellent Technical knowledge.

• Strong understanding of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME, API).

• Proficient in engineering tools/software.

• Good understanding of contracting, procurement and commissioning.

 

Job Position:

Interface Engineer

Job Roles:

a. Supports the Interface Manager in managing the necessary interactions across multiple work streams for major EPCI construction projects providing relevant expertise within the project and, coordination across the various teams.

b. Ensure adequate control of all interfaces that exist for a given project’s (contract’s) scope of work. This also includes interface management between various subcontractors / suppliers / vendors and our internal units in the overall project development.

c. Immediately highlighted to Interface Manager or Project Manager any potential issues related to interfaces with a cost/schedule impact.

d. Produce and distribute periodically reports and will facilitate Interface Meetings on a regular basis.

e. Familiarize with the contract, our contractual obligations and company specific requirements and SoW.

Emergency Response Team – Supervisor

Location:

Responsibilitie:

Manages an emergency response team, including supervising responders, developing training, and implementing emergency plans.

Job Description:

a. Identify emergency situations across all operations.

b. Ensure that the ERT (Emergency Response Team) program planning and partnerships adhere to established standards.

c. Manage ERT (Emergency Response Team) organisational activities related to prevention, emergency response, and preparedness.

d. Oversee and control emergency equipment and assess emergency needs to enhance effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as Emergency Response Section Coordinator and Preparedness in Oil & Gas sector.

• Advance Skill in Emergency Management, Safety, Health & Environment Rescue

• Certification in POM, Basic Open Rescue, and Firefighter Level A.

Pump Operator Assistance (Support Technician)

 

Bertanggung jawab:

Memastikan checklist harian dari penggunaan pompa dan engine, minor maintenance untuk pompa dan engine, memastikan running pompa dengan aman dalam hal unit dan pumping line.

Scope Pekerjaan :

a. Support pekerjaan untuk pemompaan

- Melakukan function test untuk pompa dan engine.

- Melakukan daily check engine dan pompa saat digunakan di Lokasi dan melakukan perbaikan minor apabila dibutuhkan.

b. PM service untuk rigless equipment.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance untuk pumping equipment dan engine sesuai dengan jadwal yang ada.

- Melakukan Preventive maintenance pumping line.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SMA/SMK.

• Minimum of 10 th sebagai rig/rigless crew dapat mengoperasikan unit pompa

a.
