11. Senior Engineer Offshore Material & Corrosion
JOB ROLES
• Review, evaluate and advice material selection and corrosion management for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Develop and recommend material selection and corrosion mitigation objective, plan, and strategy; Approve or not contractors material selection deliverables. Provide material and corrosion discipline support and recommendations during the Select and Define phases in the delivery of modifications and projects for INPEX Indonesia project (including policy and procedures, administration, documentations) in order to ensure available basis for design and project specification, guidelines of material and corrosion for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia Project;
• Develop and recommend material specifications and standards for Offshore facilities and/or equipment in INPEX Indonesia project; Compile, review and advice related department related to material specification based on project plan and strategy as well as company material standard; Assist and support related department regarding material selection for their project to ensure material selection and corrosion specification and standard are understood and accepted by related department and are properly documented for future reference;
• Monitor and review material and corrosion management system implementation throughout Offshore project scope and contractors activities; Assist the identify & assess phase in the delivery of modifications and projects; Provide material and corrosion discipline input as required into initial scoping and business case development; Coordinate and support related engineering department; provide solution on any issues and emerging problems; to ensure that material selection and corrosion management strategies for oil and gas facilities will provide technical integrity during the projected life cycle and meet determined quality and standards;
• Review and conduct material and corrosion inspections/audit in INPEX Indonesia project area including relevant manufacturers, suppliers, contractors, and materials testing laboratories as planned and impromptu; Monitor and evaluate their compliance with material specification and standard; Analyze and review HSSE matters are given due consideration in the selection of materials and the corrosion mitigation strategy. Evaluate inspection/audit findings as well as necessary corrective action to ensure material selection and Contractors compliance with HSSE Management System standards;
• Provide technical review and evaluation on material and corrosion tenders for Offshore facilities and/or equipment; Verify, analyze and evaluate contractors material selection to tender proposal submitted by prospective Contractors/Vendors, provide recommendations to ensure materials selected for INPEX Indonesia project comply and according to project and International standards and specifications;
• Review, analyze and evaluate application of new technology in material and corrosion; Conduct, review and recommend studies on material Selection and corrosion studies, cathodic protection, painting and coating, insulation related specification; Calculate corrosion rate for process and marine pipework and equipment; Establish report regarding corrosion rate and corrosion risk for each project phase; Expand the use of currently used materials where practical to reduce costs and risk of failure. Review, analyze and monitor risk management for material and corrosion management in coordination with related Departments and Groups develop and propose risk assessment method based on technical standards (DEP); in order to ensure availability of reliable risk assessment method and support material and corrosion management system.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Material and Corrosion experiences are required.
12. Senior Engineer Welding
JOB ROLES
• Define, develop, and evaluate welding quality assurance program based on best practice; Monitor and review industry welding best practices and technology improvement and deploy solutions; Ensure Quality Assurance implementation , Review and implement best practice - such as technical and process methodologies, procedures, standards and specifications for all types of OLNG construction and installation as part of performances monitoring system.
• Review, analyze and evaluate the execution plans with respect to welding and implications for construction, implementation of welding quality assurance programs by monitoring, testing, or evaluating construction and installation performances for discontinuities or differences in characteristics of overall INPEX Indonesia project production system according to determined engineering standards (DEP).
• Monitor and review contractors welding plans and quality based on project plan during FEED and detailed engineering design and ensure these plans meet project requirements; Review and monitor INPEX Indonesia Management evaluation (including other INPEX Business Unit, JVP), and Third Parties on the Contractor’s deliverables quality assurance.
• Review and analyze welding and relevant construction aspects and ensure adequate risk assessment and quality assurance of technical interface and integration and its process in Contractors/Vendors activities; Review and monitor the report feedback on potential risks during manufacturing and any limitations, testing, lead times, IMR, etc. to ensure risk assessment and quality assurance for welding program are being documented.
• Review and evaluate technical aspects on any deviation of specification, process, system, and others based on Project Welding inspection results, its impact to the overall LNG production system; provide technical justification and recommendation to those nonconformity treatment based on safety and environment considerations, deep analysis, and engineering philosophy/principles.
• Create/propose early identification, KPIs, leading indicators and tracking system. Ensure tools, procedures and QA and potential risk in technical and integration are all covered by quality management system; develop, monitor and evaluate database of INPEX Indonesia project; Maintain and record data, information, and documentation of any nonconformity occurrence both in Company and in Contractors.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in Engineering or Technical Science. Advanced degree in the above is Preferable.
• Minimum 10 years in the oil and gas industry. Welding experiences are required.
13. Head of Health
JOB ROLES
• Initiate, coordinate, and analyze employee medical program and health program initiative for employees and dependents; Monitor employee occupational health (including visiting worksite, meeting with project staff) to ensure optimum health condition of employee that enable them to perform their jobs in effective and productive manners.
• Coordinate, monitor, and control Medical Check Up (MCU) program for new recruits/pre-employment/pre-placement, annual medical check, specific medical check and exit medical; Recommend and consult MCU result to employee and/or HR to ensure employee and contractor in fit to work condition.
• Coordinate, monitor and implement/execute medical services and medical programs to all employees, visitor and contractors (in house clinic, insurance, social security); Develop, maintain and update medical emergency response plans (MERPs); Manage and coordinate their implementation in INPEX Indonesia and its projects through periodical exercises and drills to ensure optimum health condition and readiness off medical emergency response so employee be able to perform their jobs in effective and productive manners.
• Manage the administrative works related to medical health services, such as medical reimbursement from employees and dependents verification and payment, hospital and laboratories invoice verification and/or payment of services; in order to ensure complete administration and valid bills/invoices of medical health services.
• Coordinate and monitor occupational health inspection, audit and risk assessment in INPEX Indonesia area and all project operations; monitor the result and develop program as prevention and corrective medical health for employees and dependents as well as communities surrounding operations/projects area; to ensure all health risks are controlled to levels of ALARP and health-related investigations as well as corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate in monitoring and analyzing Government rules and regulation, SKK Migas guidelines related to medical health; monitor and control to develop and propose medical health policy and procedures; to ensure updated medical and health policy and procedures.
• Develop, monitor and lead health socialization & training, wellness program, health promotion and rehabilitation program; Coordinate with all department for program implementation to ensure program effectiveness that support INPEX Indonesia activities and to enhance health awareness of all personnel in INPEX Indonesia and its project including contractors and relevant external parties.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Medical (Medical Doctor) has experience working in Oil and Gas Industry
• A minimum of 13 years and ever hold Head position in Oil and Gas Company/Industry at least 7 years
14. Specialist Health
JOB ROLES
• Develop and propose Company Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) policy and procedures, including occupational safety or industrial hygienist and community or public health management system and risk assessment compatible to local and international standards and best practices.
• Develop and propose OSH programs and initiatives; coordinate and monitor the OSH management system implementation and issues handling, OSH inspections/audit in the working area including contractors as planned and impromptu.
• Develop and provide training materials to socialize the OSH programs; to ensure Company activities comply to Government OSH rules and regulations, Company policy and procedures, and international standard.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Industrial Hygiene, Chemical Engineering or relevant Engineering and Science.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the Oil and Gas industry.
15. Lead People Development
JOB ROLES
• Monitor Company strategic plan in short term, middle term, and long term; coordinate the team to review current status of competency alignment to the Company strategic plan both competency as a position requirement and competency assessment result of employee; coordinate the team to develop and propose people development plan and program; in order to ensure availability of people development program and plan that align with Company strategic plan and target;
• Coordinate, define and propose talent pool criteria such as high performer of employees based on employee performance appraisals result (EPMS), competency requirement in current and in future position, competency gap assessment, employee working experiences, specific skills, etc.; coordinate to screen employees according to the criteria; in order to ensure talent pool data updated and complete as an internal sources of candidates to fulfill Management/Company strategic plan;
• Lead the team to prepare, propose and execute people development program for candidates in talent pool as a part of succession planning which consist of assignment in a position, individual development program (IDP), mentoring programs, leadership development programs, executive development, and others programs including mentoring, tutorial, OJT, training program and/or seminar/conference for Manager level and above; evaluate people development program effectiveness and the program impact to such employees; in order to ensure people development programs match to the need of Company succession planning;
• Coordinate competency assessment programs conducted by determined third party or internal party, monitor assessment method implemented in the assessment process and review the assessment result; coordinate and monitor in updating employee competency database; in order to ensure competency assessment process meet Company quality standards and competency assessment result of determined employee is valid and update as a base of development program implementation or in fulfilling Management/Company plan;
• Coordinate and monitor to develop and propose format and system of knowledge management, monitor and evaluate knowledge content submitted by individual employee to be uploaded in the system; coordinate and monitor to develop and propose sharing session programs for all departments; in order to ensure knowledge management and sharing session are in line with Company quality standards;
• Coordinate to provide explanation of employee education support and other policy related to people development and procedures to such employee, to ensure education support policy and procedures are implemented properly and well-informed.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor degree in any discipline.
• A minimum of 13 years experiences with minimum of 3 years experiences in oil & gas industry.
