1. GM Business Development (Code- BD)

South Jakarta Office

Degree in Engineering or relevant education with 15+ years of Oil & Gas Industry experience in business development, commercial management, country management, or strategic growth roles within: FPSO / FSO; Offshore production; Offshore marine infrastructure; Oil & Gas O&M; Offshore EPC or offshore asset management sectors. Strong understanding of: SKK Migas procurement and tender processes; Indonesian KKKS frameworks; TKDN and local content regulations; Onshore – Offshore contract & EPC contracting models and commercial structures. Strong commercial negotiation and deal-structuring capabilities. Strong financial modelling and investment evaluation skills.

 

2. Asset Integrity Engineer (Code: Integrity)

South Jakarta Office

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marine/Naval/Ship building or equivalent with minimum of 10+ years extensive relevant experience in marine industry or offshore oil & gas projects.

Monitor and manage the structural integrity of the hull, mooring lines and turret systems. Develop, implement, and (RBI) programs for both topside processing equipment and marine/hull structures. Manage Corrosion Management Strategies, including the monitoring of Cathodic Protection (CP) systems, chemical dosing, and sacrificial anodes.

Extensive experience and exposure to Root Cause Analysis and troubleshooting of marine operational equipment with state-of-the-art diagnostic techniques

 

3. Procurement Manager (Code: Procurement)

South Jakarta Office

Minimum 15+ years’ experience or equivalent in offshore oil & gas industry operation & maintenance. Conduct thorough market research to pre-qualify and onboard reputable global and local vendors capable of meeting stringent offshore quality and safety standards. Lead commercial bid evaluations, price normalization, and total cost analysis to ensure competitive, transparent, and defensible selections. Drive negotiations on high-value purchase orders (POs) and service contracts, focusing on pricing, lead times, warranties, payment milestones, Liquidated Damages (LDs), and Incoterms. Good knowledge of local regulations, TKDN, etc.

 

4. HR Executive – (Code: HR)

South Jakarta Office

Minimum 5+ years’ experience, relevant bachelor degree background. Ensure all offshore crew documentation complies with maritime authorities and oil & gas regulatory bodies; Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process; Manage the complete onboarding; manage crew competencies and arrange training; support arrangement payroll process; knowledge of IT is a plus point.
