Genting Oil Kasuri Pte. Ltd. (GOKPL) is an energy company and a subsidiary of the Genting Group, a leading multinational corporation headquartered in Malaysia. The Genting Group is actively expanding its presence in the energy sector, particularly in oil and gas, through Genting Oil & Gas, with operations in China and Indonesia. GOKPL operates in Teluk Bintuni and Fakfak Regencies, West Papua, Indonesia, and is currently developing the Asap, Kido, and Merah (AKM) Fields.

Under the Production Sharing Contract (PSC) arrangement with SKK Migas, GOKPL is currently seeking qualified professionals to join our team in the following positions:

1. Construction (Electrical & Telecom) as Third Party Contract

(Site – Papua Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Manage electrical & telecom teams and contractors to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and meets quality standards across all systems.

• Allocate resources and ensure compliance with approved plans, specifications, and permits.

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate troubleshooting during pre-commissioning and commissioning; resolve technical and operational issues.

• Review and approve contractor deliverables (specs, datasheets, MR, TBE, vendor data, drawings).

• Enforce safety regulations, conduct inspections, and ensure compliance with company standards and project management systems.

• Prepare progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

• Manage and resolve conflicts between contractors and involved parties.

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.

• Minimum 5 years in Electrical & Telecom construction, preferably in oil & gas or power generation; proven track record of supervising installation teams and working with large-scale EPCI contractors.

• Extensive experience with electrical and telecom systems (telecommunications, access control, CCTV, HVAC, switchgear, UPS, transformers, busduct, cabling, cable trays, distribution boards, lighting, grounding, lightning protection, cathodic protection, and related systems); proficient in reading and interpreting drawings and schematics.

• Experience with Site Acceptance Test, testing, commissioning, inspection activities for quality control, and implementing safety measures on electrical and telecom construction sites.

• Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team; ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site.

2. QA/QC Supervisor as Third Party Contract

(Site – Papua Barat)

Responsibilities:

• Ensure all project activities comply with the Quality Plan, ITP, and technical specifications, and verify that materials, equipment, and work methods meet standards

• Conduct inspections and tests on materials, welding, pipes, electrical equipment, and mechanics per Oil & Gas standards

• Coordinate with TPI, vendors, contractors, and engineering teams for inspections and testing, including NDT methods (RT, UT, MT, PT)

• Coordinate with the commissioning team during pre-commissioning and commissioning to ensure system functions per design

• Review and maintain Quality Records, MTR, WPS, PQR, and other certifications

• Manage NCRs and ensure corrective actions are carried out per procedures

• Create daily, weekly, and monthly quality reports and provide improvement recommendations

• Conduct internal and external audits for compliance with ISO 9001, API, ASME, and MIGAS, and coordinate with HSE on safety and environmental aspects

• Identify quality system improvements and provide QA/QC training to workers and contractors

Qualifications:

• Minimum education of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as QA/QC Supervisor in Oil and Gas Projects

• Good written and spoken English communication skills

• Certified Welding Inspector to a recognized certification scheme (B4T, CSWIP, PCN, or equivalent)

• Having NDT Level 2 qualification and certificate (RT & MPI/DPI) is preferred

• Having Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 certification is preferred

3. Planner & Reporting as Third Party Contract

(Jakarta Office)

Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop project schedules and create funding plans to ensure project activities align with established work targets.

• Develop a project schedule and temporary organizational structure, while managing and coordinating contractor work, material planning, equipment, and workforce (internal or external) to support smooth project execution without disrupting operational stability.

• Analyze project reports to identify requirements such as materials, special equipment, contractors, and rental tools, and create material request and manage stock levels.

• Regularly update the database to maintain a reliable, accurate, and accountable system.

• Plan and schedule project execution to ensure that planning and schedules align with capacity and established work priorities.

• Schedule and coordinate daily and weekly meetings with all Department functions to discuss any emerging issues related to AKM project activities.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations, Engineering, or Projects within an Oil & Gas company or contractor.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering.

• Certified in Risk Management and Project Management.

• Strong planning & organizing skills, teamwork, and attention to detail.

• High level of safety awareness.

• Understanding and implementation of ISO 9001, 45001, and 14001 standards.

• Knowledge of emergency response and waste management.

• Solid understanding of HSES (Health, Safety, Environment, and Security) principles and emergency procedures in oil & gas operations.

• Familiar with project planning principles and management techniques.
