3. Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
4. Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
5. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.
6. Identify and address any issues or problems that arise during the construction process
7. Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and permits
8. Manage the allocation of resources, including labor, materials, and equipment
9. Developing an understanding of the overall plant to enable the assessment of impacts on the overall plant.
10. Responsible for ensuring the execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with the Company's Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

E. Job Specification
Experience :
1. Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in piping, Mechanical, Instrument, electric and telecom construction, preferably in the relevant industry (oil & gas, power generation, etc.)
2. Proven track record of supervising piping & Mechanical teams
Qualification :
1. Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant field.
2. Thorough understanding of piping & mechanical design principles.
3. Having experience of telecommunication, HVAC, CCTV, Fire & Gas, Fire Alarm, Access Control (is an advantage)
4. Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometric drawings, telecom drawing and shop drawings
5. Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, including welding codes
6. Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ASME B31.1, API 6A, etc
7. Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of piping & mechanical supervisors.
8. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
9. Ability to resolve technical issues and conflicts on site
10. Experience in implementing safety measures on a piping construction site
11. Experience in working with large-scale EPCI contractors.
12. Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong.
