Job Title : Mechanical Static and Rotating Inspector
Department : Project & Development
Direct Report to : QA/QC Coordinator

B. Job summary
conduct inspections, supervision and verification of static and rotating mechanical equipment to ensure that its installation, maintenance and operation comply with technical specifications, industry standards and safety regulations.
C. Responsibility
1. Static Mechanical Equipment Inspection:
• Check and ensure the condition of storage tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, boilers, distillation columns, and steel structures according to specifications and standards (ASME, API, TEMA).
• Supervise the fabrication process, installation, hydrotest, and non-destructive inspection (NDT).
• Check the quality of welding and ensure compliance with welding procedures (WPS & PQR).
• Ensure corrosion protection such as coating, lining, and cathodic protection is applied correctly.
2. Rotating Mechanical Equipment Inspection:
• Ensure the installation and maintenance of pumps, compressors, turbines, blowers, gearboxes, and motors according to facto1y specifications and industry standards (API 610, API 617, API 619).
• Check the balance, alignment, vibration, and lubrication of rotating equipment.
• Supervise the commissioning and perfo1mance testing of rotating mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
3. Testing and Verification:
• Supervise pressure tests (hydrostatic & pneumatic tests) for static equipment.
• Conduct vibration inspections and condition analysis on rotating equipment using vibration monitoring.
• Ensure NDT testing is carried out according to specifications (radiography, ultrasonic, magnetic particle, penetrant test).
4. Documentation and Reporting:
• Prepare inspection reports, test results, and recommendations for repair and maintenance.
• Ensure all documentation related to inspection and certification is well documented.
5. Coordination with Project Team:
• Coordinate with mechanical engineer and quality control in periodic repair or inspection.
• Attend coordination meeting to discuss work status and technical constraints.
6. Compliance with Safety and Regulation:
• Ensure all mechanical equipment installation and maintenance work meets safety standards and environmental regulations
• Monitor compliance with Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) procedures prior to maintenance work.

E. Job Specification
Experience : At least ten (10) years relevant experience for inspection and testing of Gas Compressor, Pump and Gas Turbine Generator, Pressure Vessel, Storage Tank, etc. associated with oil and gas projects.
Qualification :
• Min. Diploma (D-3) degree in mechanical engineering.
• Having qualifications and certificate for NDT level 2 (RT & MPI/DPD.
• Preferably experience with various types of exotic materials, such as low alloy steel, austenitic, Nickle alloy and duplex stainless steel.
• Good written and spoken English communication skill.
• Familiar with Code, standard, specification related mechanical static and rotating equipment (API, NEMA, NFPA, ASME, AWS, ASTM, ANSI, etc.).
• Have extensive knowledge of welding inspection procedures and techniques, including but not limited to visual inspection, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiography Test (RT) and Ultrasonic Test (UT), in oil and gas environment.

Job Title : Painting and Coating Inspector

B. Job summary
Conduct inspections, supervision and verification of painting and coating processes to ensure compliance with technical specifications, industry standards and safety and environmental regulations.
C. Responsibility
1. Job Quality Inspection
• Ensure that painting and coating applications are carried out in accordance with industry standards (SSPC, NACE, ISO, ASTM, or API).
• Inspect surface preparation before painting, such as sandblasting, water jetting, or other appropriate methods.
• Check the thickness of the paint layer (DFT -Dry Film Thickness) using a measuring tool according to project specifications.
• Ensure compatibility between the coating material and the substrate used.
2. Supervision of the Painting and Coating Process
• Supervise the selection of coating materials, primers, and top coats according to project specifications.
• Ensure that the application method (spray, brush, roller) is carried out correctly and uniformly.
• Supervise curing and drying time to ensure the quality of the coating meets standards.
• Supervise the protection of the surrounding environment during painting applications so as not to pollute the work area.
3. Testing and Verification
• Conduct Adhesion Test, Holiday Test, and Hardness Test to ensure coating durability and quality.
• Check environmental parameters (humidity, temperature, dew point) before and during coating application.
• Ensure coating is resistant to corrosion, chemicals, or certain environmental conditions according to project specifications.
4. Documentation and Reporting
• Create daily inspection reports and submit findings to project management.
• Ensure all documents related to inspection, testing, and certification are well documented.
5. Coordination with Project Team
• Coordinate with painting contractor, coating specialist, and quality control team to ensure compliance with standards.
• Attend coordination meetings and provide recommendations for improvement if any discrepancies are found.
6. Compliance with Safety and Regulations
• Ensure that work safety procedures related to painting and coating are followed, including the use of appropriate PPE.
• Ensure that the coating materials used do not contain hazardous substances that violate environmental regulations.

B. Job summary
Responsible for overseeing all aspects of piping installation on a construction project, including managing a piping teamwork, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with other trades to deliver high-quality piping systems on time and within budget
C. Responsibility
1. Oversee and manage the construction process, including coordinating and directing workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
2. Supervise Contractor's activities and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
3. Enforce safety regulations and company codes, and conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards or violations
4. Communicate effectively with contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project expectations are met also to manage and resolve conflicts between parties involved in the project
5. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings.

2. Thorough understanding of piping design principles, including pipe sizing, stress analysis, and support design
3. Ability to read and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), isometric drawings, and shop drawings
4. Knowledge of welding techniques and procedures, including welding codes
5. Familiarity with relevant industry standards like ASME B31.1, ΑΡΙ 6A, etc
6. Proven leadership abilities to manage and motivate a team of pipefitters, welders, and other construction personnel
7. Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders
