A. Job information

Job Title  : Piping Inspector

Department :  Project & Development

Direct Report to : Piping Inspector

B. Job summary

Conduct inspections, supervision, and verification of installation, fabrication, and testing of piping systems to ensure compliance with standards, codes, project specifications, and safety regulations.

C. Responsibility

1. Quality Inspection of Work

• Inspects installation of pipe, fittings, flanges, and other components to conform to isometric drawings, P&ID (Piping & Instrumentation Diagram), and project specifications.

• Identifies and reports defects or deviations from applicable standards.

2. Fabrication and Installation Supervision

• Ensures pipe fabrication and installation are performed in accordance with welding procedures (WPS & PQR) and industry standards (ASME, API, ANSI, etc.).

• Supervises installation methods, such as welding, flange connection, and material handling.

3. Testing and Verification

• Conduct inspections before, during, and after welding to ensure the quality of pipe joints.

• Supervise non-destructive testing (NDT) such as radiography (RT), ultrasonic (UT), magnetic particle (MT), and penetrant testing (PT).

• Ensure the implementation of hydrostatic and pneumatic tests in accordance with safety procedures and technical standards.

4. Documentation and Reporting

• Prepare daily inspection reports, defect reports, and recommendations for corrective actions.

• Maintain inspection and testing records as a reference for project compliance.

5. Coordination with the Project Team

• Coordinate with piping engineers, welding inspectors, and quality control to ensure smooth project

• progress. Attend coordination meetings to discuss work status and obstacles found.

6. Safety and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure all piping work meets occupational safety and environmental standards.

• Supervise the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and compliance with occupational safety procedures in the project area.

7. Materials and Technical Specifications

• Verify material certificates (MTC) to ensure pipe, fitting, and flange materials meet project specifications.

• Supervise coating, heat treatment, and other pipe protection procedures.

Internal : Lead QA/QC, Piping Engineer, QA/QC Team, HSE Team, Surveyor,  Material Control, Commissioning team

External : Contractor, Sub-Contractor, Third Party Inspector, Government

E. Job Specification

Experience :

• At least ten (10) years of experience in piping welding, piping inspection and testing associated with oil and gas projects.

Qualification

• Min. Diploma (D-3) degree in engineering preferable in metallurgical/material engineering.

• Having qualifications and certificate for NDT level 2 (RT & MPI/DPI).

• Preferably experience with various types of exotic materials, such as low alloy steel, austenitic, Nickle alloy and duplex stainless steel.

• Good written and spoken English communication skill.

• Familiar with Code, standard, specification related piping equipment and welding (ASME, API, ASTM, etc).

• Have extensive knowledge of welding inspection procedures and techniques, including but not limited to visual inspection, Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) and Penetrant Testing (PT), Radiography Test (RT) and Ultrasonic Test (UT), in oil and gas environment.

• Qualified welding inspector to recognized Certification Scheme (B4T, CSWIP, PCN or equivalent)

 

A.Job Information

Job Title : Civil Engineer

Department : Project & Development

Direct Report to : Project Manager Senior Civil Engineer

B.  Job Summary

Involved in EPC & EPF phase 1 execution, involved in FEED activity (value engineering), involved in preparing CAPEX & ITB phase 2, involved in phase 2 process tender, involved in house activity ( technical note for construction engineering)

Ensure the Civil/Structural engineering design, procurement, construction and project completion is completed in compliance with the project objective and contractual requirement i.e. project schedule, cost, HSE, company standard and procedures.

C.  Responsibility

1.  Responsible for handling & guiding EPC & EPF phase 1 execution including interface for Civil/structural scope of work

2. Responsible for preparing ITB AKM Project Phase 2 for Civil/Structural scope of work

3. Responsible for being involved in AKM Project process tender

4. Review and approve electrical design deliverables, including drawings, calculations, study and  specifications and other deliverable documents, submitted by the Contractor, Subcontractor or Vendors to ensure they meet the project requirements

5. Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international codes and standards, including electrical safety regulations.

6. Assist in monitoring project timelines and civil/structural-related milestones, ensuring that the electrical work is completed on time and within budget.

7. Monitor and manage any civil/ structural issues or delays, ensuring timely resolution to avoid project delays.

8. Ensure that Civil/work is carried out cost-effectively without compromising quality or safety.

E. Job Specification

Experience  : Min. 10 years' experience in civil/Structural engineering, with a focus on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream).

Qualification  : Proven experience working as an civil engineer on large-scale, multi-discipline EPC projects mainly Jetty Geotechnical Shoreline Protection

Strong understanding of civil design and installation in the oil and gas sector.

Familiarity with industry codes and standards, International and Government Regulation

Familiarity with Civil/Structural software such as STAAD PRO, SACS, PLAXIS etc.

Have experience in Workshop such as HAZID, HAZOP, 3D Model, etc.

Familiar with all civil/structural study such as Jetty, geotechnical shoreline Protection, soil improvement, Piperack, Vibration/Dynamic Foundation, etc

Strong technical knowledge and project execution.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify technical and logistical issues early on and develop solutions.

Ability to manage and oversee Contractors and Subcontractors in a collaborative environment.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with multidisciplinary internal team, Contractors, Subcontractor, Vendors, etc

Job Title : Instrument & Telecom Engineer

B. Job Summary

The Instrument, Control System and Telecom Engineer is responsible involved in the development of project specifications, review and approval of design and supply of Instrument, Control System and Telecom System for production facilities, ensuring that facilities meet project objectives, industry standards and best practice for safety, reliability and cost.

Performs all activities related to Instrument, Control System and Telecommunication System engineering design and review; assist contract in preparing scope of work for bid document for the related works; assist procurement for technical aspect in preparing bid document for purchasing related materials; and if required, to assist construction in fabrication, installation, and testing of related works at fabrication/construction site; assist during pre-comm/commissioning and start-up at site.

C. Responsibility

1. Responsible for planning, design, procurement and construction of Instrument, Control System and Telecommunication System in accordance with International and company standards and specifications

2. Conceptual and Front-End Engineering: To participate and contribute to the safe and efficient instrument and telecom design for major projects, preparing philosophy and basic design

3. EPCI Support: Provides technical assurance in aspects of Instrument and Telecommunication System engineering including response to engineering queries in the execution of development EPCI contracts.

4. Provide technical input in preparing, evaluating and reviewing the instrument project documents such as design basis, design criteria, specification, data sheet, calculation, technical bid evaluation and cost estimation.

5. Responsible for monitoring EPCI Contractor's performance for Instrument & Telecom Discipline, provide advice and takes necessary actions to achieve Company's design goals and meet specification requirements.

E. Job Specification

Experience : Min. 10 years' experience in Instrument, Control System and Telecom engineering, with a focus on oil and gas projects (upstream and/or downstream) for different stages of project (Conceptual, FEED, Detail Design, Construction and Installation until Commissioning and Start-up) of large scale Onshore/Offshore Projects.

Qualification : Proven experience working as an instrument and telecom engineer on large-scale, multi-discipline EPC projects

Strong understanding of instrument and telecom design and installation, including control system package, metering package, field instruments, fiber optic and other telecommunication system in the oil and gas sector.

Familiarity with industry codes and standards, International Regulation & best practice such as e.g., API, ISA, ISO, AGA, NFPA, IEC, ANSI, etc.

Familiarity with Government Regulation/Local Regulation such as SNI, PERMEN, etc.

Familiarity with Instrument and Telecom software such as Instrucalc, Pathloss, Manufacturer's sizing software etc.

Have experience in Workshop such as HAZID, HAZOP, 3D Model, SIL/LOPA, SAFOP, SIMOPS, Project Start-up Safety Review, etc.

Experience with major instrument and telecom equipment, such as ICSS Package, Metering System, Wellhead Control Panel, Telemetry System, Fiber Optic Design and Installation, Pipeline Leak Detection System, Telecommunication System (LAN/WAN, Telephone, Radio, PA/GA, CCTV), etc.

Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation systems and project execution.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify technical and logistical issues early on and develop solutions.

Ability to manage and oversee Contractors and Subcontractors in a collaborative environment.
