Project Engineer ( Solar )

Kualifikasi:

• S1 Teknik Elektro, Energi, Mesin, atau bidang terkait.

• Memahami dasar sistem PLTS / Solar PV.

• Mampu membaca dan membuat drawing teknik seperti layout, SLD, wiring diagram, dan cable routing.

• Memahami PV module, inverter, grounding, AC/DC protection, monitoring system, dan mounting.

• Mampu menggunakan Microsoft Office dan AutoCAD.

• PVsyst / HelioScope menjadi nilai tambah.

• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi, koordinasi, dan problem solving yang baik.

• Bersedia ditempatkan di office maupun site proyek.

Job Description :

• Membuat desain dan dokumen engineering PLTS.

• Melakukan perhitungan teknis PLTS.

• Review datasheet, BOQ/BOM, dan technical specification.

• Koordinasi dengan tim project, vendor, client, dan subcontractor.

• Mendukung instalasi, testing, commissioning, dan handover proyek.

 

Diamond Drilling Supervisor – Geothermal

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience 

• Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Diamond Drilling Supervisor

• Mandatory: Direct experience in Geothermal Drilling with Slim Hole Drilling operations

• Solid track record in high-temperature formations 150°C+ and hard rock drilling

• Previous experience with wireline coring systems: HQ, NQ sizes

• Familiar with geothermal well design: surface, intermediate, and production casing

2. Technical Knowledge & Skills 

• Strong knowledge of Oil & Gas BOP systems and well control principles

• Hands-on experience with BOP equipment: annular preventer, pipe rams, blind rams

• Understanding of kick detection, shut-in procedures, and well kill methods

• Experience with aerated drilling, mud cooling systems, and lost circulation material

• Able to interpret drilling parameters: WOB, RPM, flow rate, torque, and ROP optimization

• Proficient in daily drilling reports, IADC reports, and tour sheets

3. Certifications - Mandatory

• Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate - Driller/Supervisor Level

• Valid POP / POM / POU certification from ESDM Indonesia*

• SKKNI Drilling Supervisor / SKK Migas Certificate

• First Aid & Fire Fighting Certificate

• H2S Training Certificate preferred

 

Diamond Core Driller – UDR Rigs

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience - Mandatory 

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Diamond Core Driller

• Must have hands-on experience operating UDR Series drill rigs

• Demonstrated core drilling experience to depths of 1,200 – 1,500 meters

• Slim hole drilling experience strongly preferred

• Experience in hard rock, broken ground, and high-temperature formations is an advantage

• Previous work on geothermal or deep mineral exploration projects preferred

2. Technical Skills & Knowledge 

• Proficient in wireline coring operations: core recovery, rod handling, bit selection

• Strong understanding of drilling fluids, mud systems, and hole stability management

• Ability to troubleshoot rig hydraulics, top drive, and rod handling systems on UDR rigs

• Experience with directional wedging and borehole surveying preferred

• Able to maintain accurate shift reports, core run sheets, and equipment logs

• Knowledge of well control and hole collapse mitigation techniques

3. Certifications 

• Valid SKKNI Diamond Driller Certificate / SKK Migas Certificate

• Valid POP certification from ESDM Indonesia

• Well Control Certificate preferred for geothermal projects

• First Aid & Basic Fire Fighting Certificate

 

Mud Engineer – Geothermal Operations

Minimum Qualifications:

1. Experience - Mandatory 

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience as a Mud Engineer

• Must have direct experience in Geothermal Drilling Operations with High Temperature wells >150°C BHT

• Hands-on experience with high-temperature mud systems: polymer, bentonite, and aerated mud

• Proven track record managing total losses, severe LCM treatments, and thermal degradation issues

• Experience with 12-1/4", 8-1/2", and 6" hole sections in geothermal formations

• Previous work on slim hole geothermal wells is a strong advantage

2. Technical Skills & Knowledge 

• Expert in high-temperature rheology, filtration control, and thermal stability of drilling fluids

• Strong knowledge of geothermal formation challenges: fractured zones, acidic fluids, steam entries

• Experience with mud cooling systems, aerated drilling, and foam drilling techniques

• Able to design and maintain mud properties: MW, PV/YP, gel strength, pH, filtrate, MBT

• Proficient in solids control equipment: shakers, centrifuges, degassers, desanders

• Experience with corrosion inhibitors, H2S scavengers, and scale inhibitors for geothermal

• Ability to run pilot tests and recommend mud treatments based on real-time drilling conditions

• Ability to prepare daily mud reports, end-of-well recaps, and cost analysis

3. Certifications 

• Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Geology

• Valid IWCF or IADC Well Control Certificate preferred

• Mud School Certification from recognized institute: Baroid, MI-SWACO, Halliburton, etc.

• POP certification from ESDM Indonesia

• H2S & First Aid Certificate required

 

General Requirement for all position

HSE & Leadership

• Strong commitment to HSE with experience in geothermal safety protocols

• Demonstrated safety leadership with Zero LTI track record

• Experience conducting pre-job safety meetings, JSA, and hazard identification

• Experience working with Company Man, Drilling Supervisor, and rig crews

Other Requirements

• Physically fit to work 12-hour shifts in remote exploration camps site work on 6/2 or 4/2 roster

• Willing to be assigned to all geothermal project locations in Indonesia

• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia

• Computer literate: MS Office, drilling reporting software
