Position Title  : Chief Operator

Employment Type : Full-time

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields (or a Diploma with relevant experience).

- Experience:

o 4-5 years in Oil & Gas, Energy, or Mining industries.

o 2 years as a Chief Operator, or 4 years as an Operator.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for supervising and implementing the operational activities of assigned slickline projects, ensuring the quality of equipment, the smoothness of work systems, efficiency levels, and result accuracy, so that company operations run smoothly and project goals and targets are achieved.

Main Duties:

• Supervise the achievement of predetermined work targets/programs through monitoring and evaluating project progress.

• Ensure there is no NPT (Non-Productive Time) in the assigned work area.

• Supervise slickline project activities and ensure they are executed correctly and in compliance with applicable procedures and standards.

• Resolve problems that occur or may arise in the slickline project under their responsibility.

• Ensure work permits are obtained from the client and that the tasks are clearly explained to each operator.

• Ensure scheduled maintenance of slickline equipment is conducted.

• Coordinate the availability of data and prepare daily progress reports (e.g., service tickets) to be submitted to the client.

• Supervise the arrival of units/materials/equipment from the warehouse or other project sites, ensuring they meet the project’s required quantity, type, and specifications.

• Supervise the return of units/equipment from the handled project to the warehouse or transfer to another site, ensuring completeness and inclusion of usage data, such as quantity, equipment condition reports, damage (physical and functional), and equipment register.

• Coordinate daily meetings/briefings (or other scheduled meetings) with the team to discuss arising issues, solutions, and evaluate target achievement.

• Coordinate and supervise inventory/data recording of units or equipment under responsibility during the project.

• Supervise the use of tools/materials/equipment during installation and dismantling, ensuring proper execution.

 

Position Title  : Completion Engineer

Employment Type : Full-time

Qualifications:

• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable University.

• Having experience in downhole completion installation job for minimum 5 years

• Age in between 30 ~ 50 years old

• Proficient in both active & passive English communication

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft office (excel & word)

• Willing to placement both of onshore & offshore

• Good communication skills

• Having a good knowledge of drilling / work over & completion operations techniques

Responsibilities:

• Having knowledge of completion procedures, testing and splicing equipment and applying them.

• Performing functional test all completion accessories, including but not limited to test the variance of Production Packer especially ESP Packer, TRSV/Sub Surface Safety Valve, Sliding Slave (SSD), Landing Nipples and Flow Coupling at wellsite.

• Installing Upper Completion equipment in line with operating procedures to ensure flawless execution and minimizing down-time for our customers, able to make root cause analysis and trouble shooting in case of work failure.

• Redressing completion equipment at site.

• Providing front-line support with customer and accurately completing all paperwork prior to or upon completion of job.

• Documenting of completion equipment by maintaining pre and post job well-site records and communications to ensure compliance and regulations are followed.

• Providing technical guidance and mentoring to junior team members to deliver projects within time frames and scopes

• Be familiar in safety issues, ensuring to meet all QHSSE requirements and monitor all safety statistics related at site.

 

Position Title  : Field Coordinator

Employment Type : Full-time

Placement  : Jambi

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree of Oil & Gas Engineering, Mechanical/Petroleum from a reputable University.

• Fresh graduates are very welcome to apply (Preferably have experience in the oil & gas industry minimum 2 years)

• Well experienced handling as Field Coordinator and EMR Engineering on Rig Site and having experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus.

• Fluently communicating in English, both written and spoken

• Able to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating the implementation of plans associated with field operations.

• Supervising subordinates ensuring they adhere to safety and quality guidelines.

• Maintaining records of field operations and activities.

• Manage and remedy any issues that may arise.

 

Position Title  : HSE Officer/ Coordinator

Employment Type : Full-time

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree (S1) in Engineering or any relevant study

• Having minimum 10 years of working experiences in Oil and Gas Industry

• Proficient in both written and spoken English.

• Familiar with SKKMIGAS regulation

• Hold Valid K3-Migas Certification

• NEBOSH IGC / ITC and NIOSH preferred

• Strong knowledge in HSE industry

• Good interpersonal and communication skill

• Good leadership, planning and strategic thinking

Responsibilities:

To plan, organize, direct, coordinate, control the implementation of HSE activities

• HSE Procedures

o Set up HSE policy, guidelines and procedures based on the HSE standard regulation of SKKMIGAS and Manpower Department

o Develop project specific emergency management procedures and emergency response team by collaborating closely with government authorities and other relevant external institutions

o Provide assistance and support to develop Company’s HSE plan and objectives

o Ensure that the HSE procedures is in place in the field during drilling operations

o Socialize the HSE awareness to all Head Office employees and field employees

• HSE Implementation

o Ensure that the implementation of Contractor Safety Management Systems, such as Risk Assessment, Project Pre-qualification, Contractor Selection, Pre Job Activity, Work in Progress and Final Evaluation compliance with BPMIGAS regulations

o Manage and ensure that the implementation of day - to – day HSE compliance with procedures

o Manage and ensure that the implementation of day-to-day HSE during drilling operations compliance with HSE procedures

o Carried out HSE audit / inspection, perform risk assessment, incident / accident investigation and process analysis, provision of  proper personal protective equipment and coordinate training

o Maintain HSE statistical report in compliance with SKKMIGAS and Ditjen Migas reporting requirements

• Monitor and Track the HSE Findings/Corrective actions register for HSE issues ensuring actions are assigned, initiated and closed out in timely manner for such finding :

o ISO 14001

o ISO 45001

o SKK Migas HSE inspection

o Ditjen MIGAS HSE Inspection

• Liaise with government authority

o Maintain strong relationship with SKKMIGAS and other government authorities

o Provide OHS monthly report to SKK Migas, Migas, Kemennaker, Disnaker et.

o Close coordination with emergency agencies (BASARNAS, BPBD, SKKMIGAS IOC, etc)

• Any other duties related to the job as directed by Superior

Internal : All Departments (especially IPM Department)

External : Any government or private institution related to HSES activity, such as SKKMIGAS, MIGAS, KEMENNAKER, HSES Contractors, etc.
