Open Positions & Job Descriptions

• Construction Manager

Oversee construction projects, ensure timelines, budget, and quality standards are met.

• Construction Supervisor – Mechanical

Supervise mechanical construction activities, coordinate contractors, and ensure safety compliance.

• Safety Technician

Monitor site safety, conduct inspections and implement safety procedures.

• Cost Controller

Track project expenses, analyze budgets, and provide cost efficiency reports.

• Administrator

Handle office administration, document control, and daily operational support.

• VPS Dedicated Person

Maintain VPS systems, monitor performance, and ensure technical support is provided.

• Foreman / Lead Hand

Lead a team of workers, assign tasks, and ensure quality of work on site.

• Welder (WE)

Perform welding tasks based on project specifications and safety standards.

• Rigger (RG)

Safely rig, lift, and move heavy equipment using cranes and rigging tools.

• Pipefitter (PF)

Install and repair piping systems as per technical drawings and safety protocols.

• Lancer (LA)

Operate high-pressure lancing equipment for cleaning industrial equipment.

• Lance Helper

Assist lancer operators, prepare tools and maintain safety on site.

• Labourer (LAB)

Support general site activities including material handling and equipment setup.

• Store Keeper (SK)

Manage inventory, track materials, and ensure accurate stock records.

General Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in each role

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree for professional & supervisory roles

• Domiciled in Sorowako area

• Strong understanding of industry safety and technical standards
