Job Title : Material & Corrosion Engineer
Department : Project & Development
Direct Report to : Project Manager
B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary
The Material & Corrosion Engineer is responsible for ensuring the integrity and longevity of equipment, pipeline systems, and materials used in oil and gas operations. The role involves assessing material compatibility, developing corrosion prevention strategies, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and codes to mitigate material degradation and corrosion-related failures and ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications, and coordinating with other disciplines to deliver high-quality equipment and pipeline systems on and within budget. This involvement for EPC and EPF phase 1, preparation of Phase 2 Development and also engineering support for Operation, including tender scope of work preparation, in-house engineering activity, and reviewing Contractors documents.
C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility
1. Evaluate and select appropriate materials for oil and gas exploration, production, and transportation facilities.
2. Conduct corrosion risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
3. Implement and oversee corrosion monitoring programs, including coupons, probes, and other inspection techniques.
4. Analyze failure data related to materials and corrosion to identify root causes and corrective actions.
5. Ensure all materials and corrosion management activities comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
6. Collaborate with engineering and operations teams during procurement, fabrication, installation, and maintenance phases.
7. Prepare technical reports, documentation, and records related to material selection and corrosion control.
8. Stay updated on developments in materials science and corrosion technologies.
9. Attend and participate in HAZOP, HAZID, Constructability Workshop and other meeting which required input from Construction.
10. Review, comment and approve deliverables produced by EPCI & EPF Contractor. The Documents/Deliverables for review/approval include Project Specifications, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluation Reports, Vendor Data and Drawings. 11. Responsible to perform routine and periodic check and maintenance of material and corrosion for all plant facilities system during operation phase. 12. Responsible to install, maintain and monitor Corrosion Control System. 13. Evaluating Cathodic Protection System.
14. Develop and implement the corrosion monitoring program
15. Develop all procedures/SOP and contract service related to material and corrosion that needed during operation phase

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification
Pengalaman / Experience :
1. Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in pipeline construction, preferably in the oil & gas industry
2. Proven track record of supervising pipeline installation teams
Kualifikasi / Qualification :
3. Bachelor's degree in Materials / Mechanical / Chemical / Metallurgical Engineering with qualification in Corrosion Engineering.
4. Experience in corrosion management, materials selection, and failure analysis in the oil and gas industry especially related to CRA material.
5. Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (API 570, API 651, NACE MR175, NACE SP0169, ISO 8044, DNV-RP-B401)
6. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
7. Proficiency in corrosion modeling software and inspection technologies (Norksok, ECE, etc.)
8. Must be able to work with minimum supervision.

Job Title : QA/QC Engineer
Department : Project Development
Direct Report to : Sr. QA/QC Engineer
B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary
Overseeing all Quality Assurance and Quality Control activities to ensure that products, services, and processes meet established quality standards and comply with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and COMPANY expectations. The QA/QC Engineer plays a critical role in developing, implementing, and maintaining the quality management system while providing technical support and mentoring to the QA/QC team to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and project timelines also budget.
C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility
1. Perform & Review on Procurement, Construction and Commissioning related QA/QC documents such as Project Quality Plans, Quality Control Procedures, ITPs; MS; WPS; PQRs; TQs; Deviations; Material and Vendor Approvals etc., Agree upon, monitor and follow up with the contractors & Vendors for the timely submission and approval of all project QA/QC related documents.
2. Monitor manufacturing, inspection, and testing activities at vendor/supplier workplaces by reviewing Third Party Inspection reports, procurement status reports, and TPC contractor inspection reports in a timely manner.
3. Monitor the adequacy of inspection, testing and supervision related to project activities, procurement and fabrication in manufacturing as well as construction and commissioning activities to ensure compliance with project quality requirements.
4. Provide active support to the project team in the review & finalization of various project document and record's templates & indexes such as; Project Final Dossier; Pre-commissioning dossier, Test Packs - pressure tests / Checking etc., and ensure their effective implementation by the random review of associated documentation and occasional participation in respective punch listing walk-through.
5. Monitor and coordinate with other parties to obtain MIGAS certification: Certificate of Inspection (C01) and Approval of Operational Eligibility (PLO), in accordance with government regulations.
6. Conduct monitoring and closing related to the Non-Conformity Report list on vendors and CONTRACTORS during the project and ensure all installations and fabrication are in accordance with the quality requirements contained in the project specifications, codes & international standards.
7. Prepare and ensure the adequacy of quality requirements in tender documents.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan /Job Specification .
Pengalaman / Experience :
1. Minimum 10 years as QA/QC Engineer in the oil and gas industry.
2. Have sufficient knowledge of international standards such as: ASME, ASTM, API, AWS, ISO 9001, etc. MIGAS regulations.
3. Have experience in both internal and external audits.
4. Have experience and knowledge regarding Certificate of Inspection (COI) and Persetujuan Layak Operas' (PLO).
5. Have knowledge of inspection types (visual, dimensional, welding, coating, NDT such as RT, UT, PT, MT) and testing techniques.
Kualifikasi / Qualification :
1. Bachelor of Engineering Degree
2. Have a Welding Inspector certificate (B4T, or equivalent)
3. Has a Lead Auditor certificate ISO 9001; 2015
4. Having NDT level 2 certificate is preferred
