Project Engineer

• Minimum S1 Teknik Civil

• Pengalaman sebagai Project Engineer di Oil & Gas Area minimum 3 tahun di posisi kontraktor

• Familiar dan punya pengalaman kerja menggunakan Ms Project / Primavera

• Terlibat mulai dari persiapan tender ( sebagai kontraktor ) sampai project selesai.

1. Melakukan monitoring dan review material dan tools yang diperlukan dan tim yang akan bekerja beserta fasilitas pendukung lainnya.

2. Membuat laporan progress project dan melakukan inspeksi lokasi / supervisi

3. Berkoordinasi dengan tim engineer lain untuk bekerja dalam lingkungan kerja yang kolaboratif dan memprioritaskan keselamatan.

4. Menetapkan tujuan dan sasaran tim, serta mengevaluasi kinerja individu tim di bawahnya.

5. Menjaga dokumentasi yang akurat terkait desain, perawatan, dan pengoperasian fasilitas, serta semua aktivitas yang terkait dengan pengelolaan proyek.

6. Memantau, mengontrol dan memastikan bahwa seluruh kegiatan dilakukan sesuai dengan prosedur yang berlaku dan memenuhi standar Manajemen Kualitas (Quality Management) dan Manajemen K3L (SHE Management) dengan mengacu kepada standard yang berlaku.

Project Manager

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (D4/S1) in Engineering major

• Have minimum 10 years experience as Project Manager/similar role

• Have valid PMP Certification

• Have valid Subsea Certification

• Have experience in Subsea and FPSO/FPU/FLNG environment

Subsea Operation Support Engineer

• Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering master’s or bachelor’s degree

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities is a must

• Experience in engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

• Experience in Subsea Operation: Subsea Facilities Integrity, Subsea Pipeline Integrity, Subsea Intervention and subsea monitoring, troubleshooting and optimization

• Experience in Well Integrity: Well Integrity Managementfi)  Experience in Subsea Operation Readiness: Simops, pre-commissioning, commissioning, shutdown, Integrated Handover to Operations, Start Up and First Period Production Knowledge

• Experienced with EPCI Contractors

Integrity Support Engineer

• Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering master’s or bachelor’s degree

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities is a must

• Experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

• Experience in pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

• Experience in engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

• Experience in Asset Integrity: SECE (Safety Environmental Critical Element) and OCE (Operational Critical Element) & relevan Performance Standard, Baseline Inspection, RBI, Damange Mechanism, FFS, Inspection Management System

• Experience in Operation Integrity Readiness: Simops, pre-commissioning, commissioning, shutdown, Integrated Handover to Operations, Start Up and First Period Production Knowledge

System Integration Engineer

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical degree.

• Experience in Project Engineering in a major oil and gas company for similar package.

• Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry, both offshore and onshore.

• Not less than 10 years of experience of working with contractors and supervising the contractors.

• Holder PMP (Project Management Professional) training certification is must.

• Experience with FEED (Front-End Engineering Design) and detailed engineering processes.

• Experience working in fabrication yards, offshore vessels, and engineering offices.

Project Cost Controller

• The job holder must have an Engineering or Construction degree (degree in Finance and business is also beneficial).

• Experience in Project Cost Estimate in a major oil and gas company.

• Hold PMP/PECP Project management certification

• Not less than 10 years of working experience in oil & gas industry in subsea facilities.

• Not less than 10 years of experience of working in a prior similar position.

• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCIC) workflows.

• Experience in proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, and project management software.

• Experience with EPCI project tracking, progress measurement, and forecasting.

Project Reporting Support Specialist

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in project reporting, data integration, or project controls within the oil & gas industry.

• Experience working with EPCI projects, offshore developments, or large-scale energy projects.

• Experience in engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning (EPCIC) workflows.

• Experience in proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, SAP, and project management software.

• Experience with EPCI project tracking, progress measurement, and forecasting.

Operation Support Engineer

• Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering master’s or bachelor’s degree

• 10+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities is a must

• Experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

• Experience in pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

• Experience in engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

• Experience in RAM analysis, Maintenance Plan, RCM, Work Load Analysis, SPIR review, SECE & OCE Identification, Maintenance Strategy Selection, Major Maintenance on future Turnaround, CMMS data as per relevant MMS docs ie MEL, PBS, Item Numbering, GMP etc

Maintenance Support Engineer

• Relevant Oil & Gas /engineering master’s or bachelor’s degree

• 7+ years’ experience in relevant Maintenance Engineering and Operation Readiness Assurance at upstream oil and gas facilities and CMRP certified is a must

• Experience with Maintenance Management or technical experience.

• Experience in pressure equipment, rotating equipment, electrical equipment

• Experience in engineering drawings and documents including P&ID’s, C&A, etc.

• Experience in RAM analysis, Maintenance Plan, RCM, Workload Analysis, SPIR review, SECE & OCE Identification, Maintenance Strategy Selection, Major Maintenance on future Turnaround, CMMS data as per relevant MMS docs ie MEL, PBS, Item Numbering, GMP etc
