We are Hiring:

HR Supervisor

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, Law, or related field.

• 3–5 years of HR experience, with focus on Performance Management & HR Generalist.

• Strong knowledge of international-standard HR Policies & SOPs.

• Experience in Organizational Development, Performance Evaluation, Training & Development.

• HR Audit experience is preferred.

• Fluent in English (oral & written).

• Strong communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.

• Experience in shipping, maritime, or oil & gas industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and oversee HR Policies & SOPs based on international standards.

• Manage Performance Management and employee evaluations.

• Handle HR Generalist activities (recruitment, employee relations, administration).

• Lead Organizational Development initiatives.

• Design and execute Training & Development programs.

• Conduct HR Audits (internal & external) and provide HR reports to management.
