Job Title: Marine Officer

Department: Field Supports

Direct Report to: Field Supports Coordinator

Direct Subordinate: Transportations & Heavy Equipment Operations Supervisor

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

1. Managing GOKPL Nagote Special Ports Facility (Terminal Khusus/Tersus) & be responsible for the smooth & safe of all marine activities within Tersus, including arranging the arrival, berthing, anchoring up to the departure of all vessels & the utilization of GOKPL Crew Boats & other Vessel.

2. Log-into & monitoring the INAPORTNET, web-based integrated port services information system provide by Directorate General of Sea Transportations (DitJen Hubla), including managing the reporting & port activity permit applications, which shall include clearances, bunkering permit, shifting permit etc.

3. Control & monitoring the stevedoring activities at GOKPL Nagote Tersus in coordination with GOKPL Logistics.

4. Communicate & coordinate with Port Authority regarding GOKPL Marine activities, regulations & any decree or instructions issued by the Port Authority.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Be responsible on the safe & orderly marine activities within GOKPL Marine Facility Area involving all vessels entry, berthing, stevedoring & cast out from GOKPL Jetty.

2. Be responsible & maintain the Inaportnet as the online port administrations specifically for Tersus GOKPL.

3. Be responsible & maintain the good working relationship with the Port Authority.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience: Marine Coordinator/Fleet Coordinator/Marine Officer at Logistics Shore Base Company or Oil Company (KKKS) or major oil & gas project, preferably experienced in specifically handling port administrations matters.

Kualifikasi / Qualification: Min. 2 years experience, Bachelor Degree in Port Management/Sea Transportations//Nautical, ANT – II / S1

Job Title : Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineer

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Responsible for completeness with high quality in the delivery of all aspects of Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineering execution of detailed design, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning. Ensures technical requirements (e.g., project specifications, calculations, data sheets, material requisition, Technical Bid Evaluation etc.) are correctly developed and implemented during EPCI and fully comply with project requirements.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Responsible for Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineering design, quality assurance and expertise in accordance with the project deliverables and execution schedule in greenfield project environment.

2. Responsible for related scope of work in EPCI Tendering, advise and recommend design procedures, processes, deliverables, and alternative studies, as required, to optimize project cost and schedule.

3. Responsible for Interact with Engineering Management Team to complete multi-disciplined engineering activities, ensuring alignment with the Section-head and Engineering Team on project engineering needs, objectives, and requirements.

4. Responsible for ensuring execution of work is technically aligned and in compliance with Company's Operations, Policies, Standards of Business Conduct and Project Management System.

5. Responsible for EPC Contractor's activities smooth execution, including validation and qualification of the documents. Experienced in usage of appropriate design tools, including computer hardware and software; adherence with all project objectives, requirements, specifications, standards, procedures, execution plans and design verification processes in a greenfield Project environment.

6. Responsible for site surveys to validate design for all aspects of the Project execution.

7. Responsible for Monitor Contractor's performance for Mechanical Rotating Equipment Discipline, provide advice and takes necessary actions to achieve Company's design goals and meet specification requirements.

8. Responsible for Monitors the application of engineered solutions.

9. Responsible for Resolve in a timely manner Field Rotating Equipment-related issues that arise between the EPCI Contractor, PMT, vendors, and other interfaces.

10. Provide technical support as required on the pre-commissioning activities and trouble-shooting support during commissioning and start-up activities.

11. Assess and validate EPCI Contractor capability in providing all contract documents, progress measurement and reporting, and recommends additional technical support to address gaps.

12. Responsible for the schedule and related milestones, provide data (narrative, charts, graphs, change management recommendations and recovery plans to address any schedule delays) for monthly progress reporting.

13. Accountable for sharing previous lessons learned and ensuring current lessons learned and captured and communicated to support review teams and future projects.

14. Develop, review, and amend various policies and procedures to ensure that all Mechanical Rotating Equipment engineering references are up to date and relevant.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman /Experience : More than 10+ years of experience in

• Oil and gas projects with major consultancy companies

• Different stages of project (Conceptual, FEED, Detail Design, Construction and Installation) of large size Onshore / Offshore Projects.

• Mechanical Rotating Equipment Engineering (PV, STHE, ACHE Field Erected Tank, etc) Onshore Processing/ Refinery Plans.

• Have experiences as Field Engineer in Fabricator/manufacturer and Construction site

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

• Min. bachelor's degree-qualified in Mechanical Engineering .

• Must be able to develop appropriate technical solutions for specific Rotating Equipment design issues, in accordance with relevant industry or project codes and standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of Rotating Equipment engineers and designers

• Demonstrate a wealth of relevant experience in oil and gas/ petrochemical Rotating Equipment design or similar related industries.

• Experience must include detailed engineering design, Procurement, construction and Installation of oil and gas facilities

• Ability to deal with the resolution of technical and contractual issues and policing the design to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Proven ability to engage in effective dealings with EPCI contractors

• Must be able to work with the minimum of supervision and be technically strong.

• Must be capable of Rotating Equipment Engineering Code and Standards, and Best Practice

•           Shall be capable of reviewing and checking/correcting basic deliverables; preparation of Rotating Equipment Specification, Mechanical Rotating Datasheet, RFQ and others document procedure in accordance with Project requirements
