• Strategic HR Planning
• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with mining operations
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for site and corporate roles
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles
• Employee Relations & Engagement
• Resolve complex employee issues and grievances
• Foster a positive work environment to improve morale and retention
• Training & Development
• Identify skill gaps and training needs

• Develop and manage salary structures, bonuses, and benefits packages

• Willingness to travel to remote mining sites

Payroll Superintendent ( Assistant Manager Payroll )
Job Description:
A Payroll Supervisor is responsible for managing and executing the payroll process within a company. This role sits at the intersection of HR, finance, and compliance, ensuring employees are paid accurately .
Key Responsibilities
• Data Collection & Verification
o Gather attendance, overtime,Ritase, leave, and other compensation-related data
o Verify accuracy of employee records and timesheets
o Familiar with Payroll calculation in Mining
• Payroll Processing
o Calculate salaries, bonuses, deductions, and allowances
o Process payroll using I Core or payroll software
o Ensure compliance with labor laws and tax regulations (e.g., PPh 21, BPJS)
• Documentation & Reporting
o Generate payslips and distribute them to employees
o Prepare payroll reports for management and finance teams
o Maintain confidentiality and security of payroll data
o Manage social security contributions (BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan)
o Coordinate with finance for salary disbursement
• Employee Support
Address payroll-related queries from employees and Assist in resolving discrepancies or complaints
Qualifications & Skills
Education : Bachelor in accounting HR, or Business Administration
Technical Skill : Proficiency in payroll Software, Excell and basic accounting principles
Soft Skill : attention to detail , confidentiality and time management
Regulatory Knowledge : Familiarity with labor law, taxes codes and BPJS Kesehatan and Ketenagakerjaan
Age : 30-40 Years Old
Domicile : Jakarta
Experience : 4-8 years in Payroll
