30. Offshore Field HSE

21. Umbilical Engineer

• Honours degree in Mechanical or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production facility (subsea) in umbilical engineering, construction and Installation.

• Considerable experience of relevant Umbilical design or installation experience.

• Familiarity with and experience of applying Umbilical codes and relevant standards of practice.

• Experience in use of FE software such as Orcaflex, Abaqus and Ansys.

• Experience of relative design methodologies, construction activities, installation activities and associated analysis.

22. SPS Construction Control Specialist

• Bachelor/S1 degree in Engineering or Science, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, Engineering Physic, or Instrumentation.

• Minimum experience in Subsea/FPSO/FPU control and subsea control oil and gas is 10 years.

• Shall have experience to inspect E&I for material and construction work.

• Strong knowledge in electrical equipment related matters under API, NFPA, NEMA, IEEE, IEC, ASME, etc.

• Having ATEX / IECEX / COMP-Ex Certificate.

• Experience in electrical inspection certificate for hazardous area.

• Experience with EPCI contractors.

23. SPS Construction Umbilical Specialist

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in similar roles, specifically in subsea production systems, umbilicals, or related offshore oil & gas equipment.

• Experience in fabrication, testing, and inspection of subsea structures, umbilicals, manifolds, HIPPS, flexible risers, or subsea trees.

• Experience with major subsea OEMs.

• Experience with project specifications, industry codes (API, ISO, ASME, DNV, ASTM), and client requirements.

• Experience in Develop and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) for subsea equipment and umbilicals.

• Experience with quality assurance activities at fabrication yards, umbilical manufacturing plants, and offshore installation sites.

• Experience in Perform material inspections, welding inspections, FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), SIT (System Integration Tests), and EFAT (Extended FAT).

• Experience in oversee NDT activities.

• Experience in monitor umbilical FATs, loadout inspections, and testing of hydraulic/electrical components.

• Strong knowledge of API 17, API 6A, API 16A, ASME IX, AWS D1.1, ISO 13628, and DNV-ST-F101.

24. SPS Construction FAT/EFAT/SIT Specialist

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Experience as the testing SIT and FAT Subsea System engineer for Oil and Gas for Offshore and Subsea at Similar Project for the Green/ Brown Field with minimum of 10 years.

• 7 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in subsea / offshore oil and gas facilities.

• Have a good understanding of applicable codes and standards such as: AWS D1.1, API 1104, API 5L, ASME B 31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Section IX.

• Experience in EPCI projet.

• Experience in subsea control testing.

25. FTI - QTY Surveyor

• Bachelor degree in quantity surveying, civil engineering, Construction management, or related fields.

• Hold PMP/CCP Project management course.

• Experience in Quantity Surveying 10 years in oil and gas sector.

• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as CostX and Procore for cost analysis and reporting.

• Experience in EPCI Project.

• Experience in cost estimating and Control.

26. Rigid Pipeline Engineer

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, naval or material engineering (S1) from university in Indonesia.

• Min 10 years working experience in pipeline Fabrication and Installation.

• Extensive experience of subsea pipeline design and installation engineering.

• Experience with pipeline engineering analysis.

• Experience with Company safety regulation, Local government regulation and International Safety, Health Environmental regulation.

• Deep analysis in Analysis Software like off pipe, orcaflex, MOSES, Maxsurf, matchcad.

• Involved and provide engineering support during welding fabrication, installation, NDT, PWHT, hydrotest, and pigging.

27. Interface Engineer

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Offshore/Marine Engineering, Subsea Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

• 10 years of experience in subsea systems, installation engineering, or interface management in offshore oil & gas projects.

• Experience with EPCI projects related to SPS, umbilicals, risers, flowlines and installations.

• Strong knowledge of subsea system design, installation engineering, and offshore construction.

• Experience in rigging, lifting, ROV operations, vessel mobilization, and subsea tie-ins.

• Experience with FEED and detailed engineering processes.

• Experience in interface management tools (ICAPS, ProArc, or similar).

• Experience work in fabrication yards, offshore vessels, and engineering offices.

• Experience with coordinate and manage technical interfaces.

• Experience in ensuring alignment between subsea equipment manufacturers, installation contractors, and engineering teams.

• Experience in Identify and resolve interface risks, clashes, and technical discrepancies.

• Experience in review and update Interface Management Register (IMR) and ensure all stakeholders are aligned.

28. FTI - SPS Engineer

• University degree in an appropriate Engineering Discipline (Instrument, Electrical, Electronic, Computer preferred).

• 10 years of progressive subsea controls & systems engineering experience.

• Experience detailing/specifying umbilical and SCM & Subsea HIPPS, SRM (Subsea Route Module) components / terminations supporting the control systems.

• Experience in design, installation and procurement for projects including SURF.

• Experience in reading and creating P&IDs, PSDs and PFDs.

• Experience with subsea interlock schemes supporting the long-term operation of the subsea systems and the ability to work with the client to develop project specific interlock schemes.

29. Installation Engineer

• Honours degree in Mechanical or Civil or Structural Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production facility (subsea) engineering, construction and Installation.

• Experience with DP System, VLS, tensioner, heavy lift crane operation, sea state limiting criteria, loading and unloading equipments on to barge, transportation analysis, overbending and collapsing phenomena.

• Experience in use of FE software such as MOSES, Orcaflex, Abaqus and Ansys.

• Experience with offshore Installation design and installation problems.

• Experience with subsea and offshore facility codes and relevant standards of practice.

• Experience of design and who have worked for or with a major Operator.

• Experience in design and operational aspects of offshore brownfield activities.

30. Offshore Field HSE

• S1 Degree in Engineering.

• Fluent in English.

• At least 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas Industry in both onshore and/or offshore facilities in similar role.

• At least 2 years in managing SIMOPS both onshore and offshore with knowledge of planning tools and SIMOPS Management.

• Experience in execution / field operations, preferably offshore.

• Experience of construction / operations / field HSEQ support in the upstream business.

• Expert knowledge of HSEQ management systems and industrial HSEQ standards especially Safe System of Work.

• Experience in the fundamentals of EPCI – HSEQ matter.
