31. FTI SPS Umbilical and Flexible field Engineer

• Honours degree in Mechanical or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production facility (subsea) in flexible flowline and riser engineering, construction and Installation.

• Experience of relative design methodologies, construction activities, installation activities and associated analysis.

• Considerable experience of relevant Flexible flowline design or installation experience.

• Experience in engineering principles to offshore flexible flowline design and installation problems.

• Experience with Flexible Flowline codes and relevant standards of practice.

• Experience in use of FE software such as Orcaflex, Abaqus and Ansys.

• Experience of design and who have worked for or with a major Operator.

32. ORF Expeditor

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural Engineering from University.

• Experience in Expediting / Logistic Services in a major oil and gas company.

• At least 8 years of engineering experience in Oil/Gas industry.

• Experience in EPCI Project.

• Having experience working in engineering company.

• Experienced with expediting software.

33. ORF Construction Superintendent (Mechanical/Piping)

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production ORF facility construction and Installation.

• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Experience in ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).

• Experience in review and check the project engineering document.

• Experience in lifting, rigging, and installation of offshore equipment.

• Experience with Standard ASCE, AWS, API, SNI and another relevant standard.

• Experience with review permit to work prior work commencement.

• Having experience working in ORF facilities and brownfield project are preferable.

• Experienced with the utilization of Pressurized Habitat during HOT WORK activities.

• Having additional background and experience in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting are preferable.

• Having international or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting such as CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT or other organization are preferable.

34. ORF Construction Superintendent (Structural/Pipeline)

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production ORF facility construction and Installation.

• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Having additional background and experience in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting are preferable.

• Having international or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, or lifting such as CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT or other organization are preferable.

• Having experience working in ORF facilities and brownfield project are preferable.

• Having experience in pipeline is preferable.

35. ORF Pipeline Construction Specialist

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural or Subsea Engineering from University.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production ORF facility construction and Installation.

• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Experience with project engineering document.

• Experience in lifting, rigging, and installation of offshore equipment.

• Experience with Standard ASCE, AWS, API, DNV, SNI and another relevant standard.

• Experience in review permit to work prior work commencement.

36. ORF Piping Construction Specialist

• Bachelor degree in mechanical, mechanical or material engineering (S1) from university in Indonesia.

• Min 8 years working experience in area production facility construction and Installation.

• 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant discipline engineer in upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Experience in ITR-A, ITR-B, and PTW (HOT / COLD).

• Experience in Involved and provide technical support during welding fabrication, installation, NDT, PWHT, hydrotest, chemical flushing, blowing, pigging, and N2 preservation activities.

• Experience in Develop Piping JOB Card.

• Experienced with the utilization of Pressurized Habitat during HOT WORK activities.

• Considerable experience of relevant piping design or during installation activities.

• Familiarity with and experience of applying codes and standards such as ASME 31.3, API, SNI and another relevant standard.

• Having additional background and experience in welding, NDT, painting, corrosion, failure analysis or RBI are preferable.

• Having international or local certification/training in welding, NDT, painting, corrosion or lifting such as CSWIP, IWE, BGAS, NACE, LEEA, ASNT or other organization are preferable.

• Having experience working in ORF Facilities and brownfield project are preferable.

37. ORF Electrical Construction Specialist

• Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering (S1) from university in Indonesia.

• Minimum 8 years supervisory experiences in relevant electrical construction and installation upstream oil and gas facilities.

• Experience with Electrical International and National standards such as IEC, NEC, ANSI/NEMA, API, IEEE, ASTM, ATEX, IECEx, NFPA 780 and SNI.

• Having training / certification CompEx Ex01 – Ex04 to be considered as advantages.

• Experience with the Electrical Specification, Datasheet, Electrical Drawings, Hazardous Area Classification Concept, Lightning Protection Concept, MTO and Bulk Material.

• Having experience of construction and installation of major electrical equipment.

• Experience in develop electrical construction daily progress report.

• Experience with MC-ITR, PC-ITR, PTW (HOT / COLD) and Electrical JOB Card.

• Experience and understanding with project completion and database (PIMS).

38. ORF Mechanical Construction Specialist

• BS/S1 degree in engineering with extensive technical training and experience.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role in oil and gas projects.

• Having one of API 653, API 510 are preferable.

• Experience in inspection, and maintenance of static equipment including pressure vessels, heat exchangers, and storage tanks.

• Experience in industry codes and standards (API, ASME ANSI, ISO, TEMA, ALPEMA).

• Experience with inspection techniques related to mechanical static equipment during fabrication, commissioning and start up.

• Experience with project documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, and equipment specifications.

• Experience in typical work processes of large-scale EPC projects including management of change, and feedback to engineering.

39. ORF Construction Welding & Material Engineer - Piping

• Bachelor degree in material or mechanical engineering.

• Min 10 years working experience in area production facility (topside and subsea) welding.

• Fluent in English and conversational German - Other languages - desirable.

• Certified IWE (International Welding Engineer).

• Experience with applicable codes and standards such as: API 1104, API 5L, ASME B 31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, ASME Section IX, ISO Standard.

• Holding CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent Welding Inspector certificate.

• Certified NDT personal Level 2 for NDT method: RT, UT, MT/PT.

• Having experience working in ORF Facilities are preferable.

40. ORF Construction Welding & Assurance Engineer - Structure

• Bachelor degree in Mechanical or Material or Civil or Structural Engineering from University.

• 8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within oil and gas industry.

• Extensive experience with the design, engineering, construction, and commissioning.

• Proficiency in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

• Experience with quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.

• Ability to identify and document non-conformances, and lead the resolution process to prevent recurrence.

• Experience in supplier and vendor quality control.

• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining project-specific Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with ISO standards.

• Experience with quality audits, inspections, and surveillance activities.
