B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary
Supervising cost estimates and cost control during project execution, ensuring all projects are completed in a safe cost efficient manner, in good QA and QC and well documented ensuring maximum value is obtained for GOKPL.
C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility
1. Review day to day monitoring of live project expenditure and reporting on variations from cost engineer.
2. Support the Development manager in ensuring engineering estimates are prepared to the appropriate level of accuracy as an investment opportunity matures.
3. Assist in the preparation of project documentation, cost estimate, execution plan, vendor and project QA and QC and any other necessary documentation through the life of a project.
4. Liaise with SKKMIGAS and Corporate financial groups in support of the engineering manager to obtain necessary project approvals.
5. Responsible for monthly report on specific project spend and forecast for development and planning manager.
6. Responsible for PEER and project gate reviews as required.
7. Responsible of cost database relevant to Genting energy operating are for all associated engineering activities, services and materials.
8. Responsible for implementation document management system facilities for project document Controls.

Pengalaman / Experience : At least 15 years in Operation / Engineering / Project in Oil and Gas Company / Contractor

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary
Controlling budget utilization in Project & Development by analyzing project budget proposal, monitoring OPEX & CAPEX, WP&B, AFE including verifying and processing invoices and reporting budget usage in the Project Department to ensure project financing aligns with the approved work plan and budget.
C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility
1. Involve on preparation budget proposal including provide supporting data to be submitted to internal home office and SKK Migas (PP, WP&B and AFE).
2. Controlling and monitoring budget utilization and actual cost expenditure project, including Operational Expenditure (OPEX) and Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) align with the approved budget.
3. Checking and verifying Contractor’s invoices project, to ensure that invoices are paid in accordance with the contract.
4. Preparing monthly cost reports Project, including forecast project cost update with comprehensive, and accountable.
5. Preparing and updating regularly monthly cash projection and cash call project.
6. Preparing monthly summary contract expenditure project.
7. Preparing monthly accrual project (including journal adjustment/correction, if needed) and familiar with SAP system.
8. Preparing final cost reports with comprehensive, accurate and accountable for submission Close Out Report AFE Project to SKK Migas.

Pengalaman / Experience : At least 5 years in Financial / Project in Oil and Gas Company / Contractor
Kualifikasi / Qualification :

2. Have CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) certificate
3. Have knowledge in Financial Budgeting, General Accepted Accounting Principle (GAAP), AFE, WP&B, PSAK
4. Have a macro level understanding of business process in oil and gas.

Position Purpose
Responsible for ensuring related reliability of all main Utilities, machineries and production equipment (static and rotating equipment) to have maximum operational availability in order to support the continuity of production operations in compliance with COMPANY KPI targets in the implementation of Asset Integrity Program, Safety Critical Maintenance Plan and Maintenance Program
Main Resposibilities
1. Develop and implement reliability strategies and maintenance plans for AKM Production Facilities
2. Develop and implement RCM & RBI strategies and maintenance plans for AKM Production Facilities
3. Conduct reliability analyses, failure mode effects analyses (FMEA), and RAM analysis to identify critical assets and potential risks
4. Collaborate with engineering operations, and reliability principles integrations.
5. Collaborating with Maintenance Team to ensure that reliability is integrated into all aspects of the organization.
6. Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
7. Develop and maintain documentation and procedures related to reliability engineering
8. Support asset integrity program and develop contract related reliability equipment
9. Reliability data analysis at CMMS
10. Identify and facilitate opportunity/problem framing activities related to reliability improvement
