Job Title : Petroleum Engineer

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Responsible for planning, managing, and optimizing oil and gas exploration and production activities  from well planning and drilling to production operations—to achieve technical and economic targets efficiently.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Evaluate well drilling and completion, design workover programs.

2. Analyze reservoir, production, and pressure data to optimize well and field performance.

3. Develop production optimization and well intervention strategies.

4. Supervise field operations related to drilling, completion, stimulation, and well testing.

5. Prepare technical reports, economic evaluations, and field development recommendations.

6. Coordinate with geology, reservoir, and surface facility teams to ensure safe, high-quality, and cost-efficient operations.

7. Ensure all activities comply with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards and government regulations.

External : LAPI-ITB, Schlumberger, CNLC, Lemigas, etc.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Minimal 5 years experience in Petroleum Engineer

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or Chemical engineering.

2. Strong understanding of reservoir, drilling & completion, and oil & gas production techniques.

3. Familiar with petroleum engineering Software (e.g., PetrelRe/tNavigator, Petroleum Expert IPM, Pipesim, etc).

4. Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

5. Good communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.

Job Title : Junior Reservoir Engineer

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Supports Senior Reservoir Engineer in managing reservoir performance and developing strategies to maximize hydrocarbon recovery. This role involves analyzing reservoir data, updating models, and contributing to field development planning. Assist in preparing technical reports, conducting simulation studies, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to optimize reservoir management and ensure alignment with company goals and SKK Migas’s regulatory standards.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Collect, verify, and analyze reservoir data such as PVT, pressure, and production data.

2. Monitor reservoir and well performance to support hydrocarbon production optimization.

3. Assist in building, updating, and validating dynamic reservoir simulation models.

4. Prepare technical reports, presentations, and development recommendations.

5. Support reserve evaluation and field development planning activities.

6. Collaborate with geology, production, and surface facilities teams for technical decision-making

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Minimal 3 years experience in Reservoir Engineer

Kualifikasi / Qualification :

1. Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering or Chemical engineering.

2. Basic understanding of reservoir engineering principles.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel.

4. Familiar with PTA and Nodai analysis.

5. Familiar with Petrel RE/tNavigator, Petroleum Expert 1PM, Kappa Saphir, Harmony Welltest, etc.

6. Strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.

Job Title : Pipeline Inspector

Department: Production

Direct Report to: Production Superintendent

B. Fungsi Utama Jabatan / Job Summary

Responsible for inspect pipelines for flaws, holes, or break in lines, and maintain the integrity and safety of pipelines. Pipeline inspector often seeks to find defect so they can make repairs and prevent further damage. Their duties include inspecting pipelines such as telecomunications and electrical power. Including in their jobs are pipeline integrity and pigging activites coordinator.

C. Tanggung Jawab Jabatan / Responsibility

1. Identify and evaluate pipeline facilities to determine their structural integrity and effectiveness, and ensure compliance with all regulation and company policies

2. Perform detail inspections of pipeline facilities, checking for corrosion, leak, cracks, and other physical and structural issues

3. Maintain accurate inspection records

4. Develop and seal and submit PMs, which can include supporting services, modification, or reline recommemdations

5. Identify problems or potential issues and recommend solution to management

6. Conduct regular compliance audits of operating pipelines

7. Perform equipment maintenance on pipeline inspection tools, including cameras, crawlers robot, test instruments and flow meters

8. Perform inspections using handheld and man-down devices

9. Maintain inventory level of inspection tools and vehicles

10. Conduct internal training on inspection processes and best practices

11. Maintain update for internal training systems

12. Working understanding of pipeline integrity, corrosion, and mechanical damage.

E. Persyaratan Jabatan / Job Specification

Pengalaman / Experience : Have experience in Oil and Gas operations minimum for 10 years Pipeline Inspector or equivalent in onshore Oil and Gas facilities.

Kualifikasi / Qualification : Associate’s degree in engineering
