Pasir Petroleum Resources Limited has Production Sharing Contract (PSC) with Indonesian Government to explore and develop an Oil & Gas block in Pasir Block, East Kalimantan, Indonesia is hiring for:

HSE Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce HSE policies, procedures, and programs at field/site level.

• Conduct regular site inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and unsafe practices

• Ensure compliance with local regulations, company standards, and client HSE requirements

• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and recommend corrective actions

• Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training to employees and contractors

• Monitor use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and ensure proper safety signage is displayed

• Participate in emergency drills, first aid response, and incident preparedness activities

• Maintain HSE documentation such as checklists, permits to work, inspection records, and reports.

• Support field supervisors and workers in implementing safe work practices

• Liaise with management, clients, and regulatory bodies on HSE matters.

• Promote a strong safety culture through visible leadership and continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil/mechanical/process engineering

• Min. 5 years experience in Oil and Gas Industry as HSE field

• Min 2 year of working experience in KKKS

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Have Oil and Gas HSE Certification
